The ordering system can be confusing given the all-virtual shift and when you go to pick your order up there is a mishmash of lines with no delineation of who is standing where for what.

My wife enjoyed her bagel sandwich but my cinnamon sugar bagel was highly disappointing. It only had the faintest dusting of cinnamon sugar on one exterior side (as well as some random sesame seeds). I would have expected cinnamon swirls throughout the bagel itself or something more substantial, as it was I could barely detect the cinnamon sugar.
