Room was nice and spacious, sleep sofa was a little hard. The managers reception was awesome
Great service, Great breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable!
Absolutely recommend this Hotel.
Nice, clean, close to Arlington cemetary to visit our son!
Currently staying here for the next three days due to our house renovation and the staff has always been wonderful from Keisha(night receptionist l) who checks us in up to the breakfast people who makes sure our tables are clean
Awesome staff, great drinks at the bar, and nice rooms.
Clean rooms. Free pair of socks in the corner of the room. Great value
Feels like home away from. Friendly staff and a very clean environment. Great breakfast and great staff. Would highly recommend.
Provided plenty of space and a good breakfast for my school.
The free breakfast was amazing. Also the last that was making the eggs was really nice.
My husband works in Williamsburg from time to time, therefor we chose to constantly stay in this hotel if available .Costumer service is fabulous ..very friendly employees . Social time is wonderful and so relaxing in this hotel just as well is breakfast . Fresh and tasty foods .. I love the lady that prepares the Omeletts she is awesome and funny I give it 5 stars !! Always enjoy my stay !!
Please help me find this very special family blanket that was left in room 215 on Sunday afternoon!! Hoping for a Christmas miracle!!
I must admit that I'm very dissatisfied with this Embassy. Check in was a breeze, however when we got to our room we were freezing because the heater didn't work. After getting moved to another room, my wife found hair in the bed. So finally after changing the sheets all was well. Embassy Suites is slacking at this location. The staff was ok, and as always the breakfast is worth getting up in the morning.
Great sevice, Great food and a clean room. I did not like my first room due to the fact that it was near the pool. The manager Matt gave me another room during a busy week with no problem. The breakfast was awesome too. The cooks here are great.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfy!
Our room has an odd smell, possibly just run down. It also is right above the pool and lobby which is crazy loud and
we cant sleep. While the staff is friendly, they seem to be under staffed as they dont answer the phones.
Somewhat dated but very comfortable property just on the outskirts of Williamsburg proper.
This company is breaking the law. I am on the do not call list and I continue to receive telemarketing timeshare solicitation calls from an automated bot system on behalf of this establishment.
Just ok. Needs alot of updates. Room smelled a little moldy. They didn't release the$50 hold on the room. The housekeeping did come and clean the rooms everyday we were there though. Check in staff was very friendly. Stayed 7-/19-21.Kids loved the pool(teens) Would stay again.... it served is purpose.
Honestly this place is phenomenal the people, the food, the pool as well
The hotel is awesome, the breakfast was awesome. Everything you could want. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars was because we came back to the hotel and the room stunk. Someone was smoking in the next room. They gave me a week excuse saying though our room was not smoking the next room wasn't. Having asthma this was not good. They sent someone up to febreeze quickly but it didn't last all night. They didn't give us any break for the inconvenience of having to wash all our clothes.
This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. The entire city was closed down due to a snow storm but they made sure we were fed. They addressed a minor need in my room quickly. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed.
Nice places to stay good free breakfast, nice big room
very affordable and well located. the room wasn't very clean.
Hot in the bathroom ac been acting up
Down side is why charge for washing and drying
Breakfast is great poppy seed cake is wonderful
No air conditioning in lobby, dining area, and hallways.temp is 96 degrees.
Not the prettiest hotel, but most areas were recently updated. They have free breakfast and 2 hours of open bar for select drinks each day (it includes liquor). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rate was a little over $100. Well worth the money, would gladly stay again.
Location was good, close drive to everything. Breakfast was good, rooms were nice. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room. We were given a smoking room and they could not move us the first night. It smelled terrible and was all of our stuff smelled. After we were able to get a new room the second night, everything was great.
Thanks to the Embassy Suites Williamsburg I now know what it's like to stay in a hotel on the hottest day ever recorded in May... With no Air Conditioning!
At 78 degrees in the room, it was like a sauna. The poor employees at breakfast looked miserable.
The response from the hotel was "we're working on it.". No apology, no responsibility.
Great location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Great value.
Was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the room. The room smelled like mildew. Housekeeper did not replace used linens. There was only one working washing machine for hotel guests. Breakfast was good, but could have been hotter or a microwave would have been useful in the breakfast area.
Stayed here for a school trip, very nice room, good breakfast, and helpful staff.
Very unfriendly front desk Employee (Kelli) no Hello, no How are You or welcome to ES, all she was able to say with her lazy mouth was " Last Name " what an disappointment for a Hotel that charges $ 289,- a Night !
Many of the 2nd floor rooms have windows in the bedroom that overlook the pool. It can get pretty loud. Not the best Embassy Suites we've every stayed at.
Had a wonderful time. Hotel was clean staff were nice and friendly.
Was really nice although there was a camp there when we went and was a bit noisy
The bar and food are really good. Breakfast is good if you order.
Pleasant stay. Nice breakfast. Nice manager reception and pool. Understaffed though.
Embassy suites Williamsburg has a great location to shopping and restaurants, but the hotel has outstanding services. Great bar, morning breakfast, pool, hot tub,and fitness center.
Not as good as many Embassy Suites that I have visited in the past but the staff was friendly and did try to fix the issues we had.
Great friendly management group. Fun (and free) happy hour every night. Close to Colonial area. We loved it.
This is a bit of a budget Embassy Suites. Not as elaborate as many others. It's comfortable and clean and conveniently located.
Nice hotel but restaurant /bar area not big enough. Had problems with hot water in the mornings. Staff very friendly.
Nice hotel with good amenities, even during the pandemic. Large indoor pool can be used with no reservations required. The usual breakfast buffet is not available but a hot made-to-order breakfast with eggs, potatoes, biscuit, and meat is still available. Staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with. Rooms are nice with completely separate living room area and spacious shower/bathroom. Only complaint I have is with the bedding (blankets are too light and pillows not firm), but overall this is a great hotel for the cost. Would definitely stay again when returning to Williamsburg.
NO HOT TUB!
We made the choice to come to this hotel solely because the website says there is a hot tub. We had planned a couple of long days seeing the sights and doing a lot of walking. The promise of a hot tub and a heated pool seemed like the perfect way to unwind. We walked all over Jamestown and Williamsburg and made it to the hotel shortly after the check in time and checked into a reasonably comfortable room. Grabbed our swim suites and made our way to the pool area. The pool was about 60 degrees and freezing cold. We looked for the hot tub and finally asked the front desk. They explained that they had filled it in about two months ago and that Hilton had not updated the website. We are not the only customers to complain to the onsite staff about the lack of a promised amenity. There are other hotels in the are that do have a hot tub and heated pool but because this is a popular vacation destination there were no hotels with rooms available for us to move to.
Now we have just spent 9 hours at Bush Gardens and planned for a nice hot shower and maybe a soak in the tub. Surprise! No towels in the room.
False advertisement!!!
Excellent decorum and friendly staff, yet I had a problem with the WiFi in one of the farther rooms on the first floor.
Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel and very clean!
Great place, handy to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Easy drive to all, take Colonial Parkway less traffic. Free full breakfast along with a free cocktail hour in the evening. Rooms have great beds, carpet clean, see what carpet says in hallways. Check in was quick with Hilton Honors.
Altogether a great visit. A clean two room suite at an extremely reasonable price. Excellent breakfast complete with an omelet station. The hotel also finger food at a social hour in the evening.
My family and I checked in on Friday evening through the app used the digital key AMAZING option. Had a small issue but the staff was on it, they had it corrected in minutes, the breakfast and restaurant where great. Truly 5 STAR Service all around especially the front desk Staff and Managers. Thank you for making our stay Great.
Everything has been wonderful, from the friendliness of the staff, to the room accommodations
Nice hotel plenty of room for Motorcoaches to park in the rear
A nice hotel yes, an embassy suites no way. Rooms are small, breakfast is drowned in grease and the 30 minute line to eat is reminiscent of a Golden Corral waiting for the staff to refill the empty plates and food items. I will not be back
I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They give you a welcome back upon check-in, parking is great, and there are multiple access points to the building. They host an event every evening for their patrons. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. They have an indoor pool if the weather is poor outside. They offer snacks and free drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. This place was packed and it's easy to know why. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but it won't be our last!
Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The history about the area, what to do, and where to go is helpful for tourists.
In it's hay day, it was probably a gem. Today, it's a nice place for families on a budget. Breakfast was good, when it was kept up, took a while to replenish.
The night hotel staff surprised my daughter with yummy chocolate lava cake tonight at the happy hour, and serenaded her with a beautiful rendition of happy birthday. The cake was delicious, and the free happy hour sangria was perfect. The bartenders and servers were polite and had such positive attitudes that it really made the night perfect.
