I stayed here for three weeks. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Kesha and DJ were great bartenders. The only problem was the breakfast. The bacon was way over cooked more often than not and the omelette was more of an egg wrap. The only person that could make a good omelette is Theresa. I would definitely stay here but unless Theresa is cooking, I'd pass on a made to order breakfast.

Well, the hotel is ok. Room smelled like mildew but for the most part it was clean. My biggest complaint, however, was the WIFI. It was non existent during my stay. Do not come here if you are on business because you re not getting a consistent connection at ALL!!

Though the rooms were surprisingly small and tight (not as spacious and open as Springfield, the night staff's friendliness, attentiveness and tact overcompensated for it. They were great!!! (A very select few of the day staff...I can't say the same for.) The housekeeping staff were awesome and cheerful also! Everyone for the most part made you feel warm, welcome and at home. The kitchen staff and bartender...TOP NOTCH!!! They made u feel like family. Will definitely return for another long weekender stay! ***Note: This Embassy does not have a shuttle. We were informed it was due to the city being small.

The price is good. Breakfast is great. Kids loved the pool. Ac is too noisy and you couldn t really get a decent temp out of it. Updates needed. Mattress pad on bed of couch had too much lint so did the blankets. Staff are so friendly. Near everything. Would come here again

HORRIBLE!!!! The earliest time we got housekeeping was 8 PM most of the time. When we came to our room, there was food on the counters, clothes in the drawers that weren t our and it was just disgusting. When my family went to the pool, my mom left her bag in the room and then we assume that housekeeping took it and left it in the breakfast area. We called front desk and they said it was in the breakfast area but we never went to the breakfast area at that time. I think the people even took some of my mom s money. DONT COME!!! And I am not exaggerating about this. The people at the front desk also looked through her bag and told my grandma she should hold on to it. She has some very valuable stuff in there and all she had was a card and some money (which disappeared ) this was a bad experience. I thought embassy suites were supposed to be nicer.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South,...

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South, 4650 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas, 75062. This is by far my worst experience with a Hilton product. My experience is really worth a 1/2 star. The room (221) was never cleaned before we were assigned, never cleaned while we were there. It was clear the room was not vacuum. There was balled up paper on the ground and particles of food near the TV in the bedroom. I repeatedly asked for the room to be cleaned and each night we returned the beds were not made, the trash not emptied and we had to keep asking for towels and wash cloths so we could shower the next day. I was told the manager would be in touch the next day and no manager bothered or cared enough to assist in resolving the issue. This was a miserable experience and I don't think I would stay in another Embassy Suites. I am not an animal and did not appreciate being treated like one. The only good part of my experience was the concierge/greeter Henry who made us feel extremely welcomed during breakfast.

We just left this hotel and our stay was wonderful. Levi at the check in desk took care of all of our needs and started our stay off right. The room was clean and the breakfast was great! We will stay there again.

The employees were very kind and hospitable, however the room itself was dirty. We found things that previous guests had left behind, and there were places where the room clearly to be given maintainance. In the hallway the carpet was dirty and stained even though it looked fairly new, and the doors to the rooms were covered in dents and scuff marks. We also asked for a late check-out, but housekeeping tried to come in twice.

Amazing staff, great amenities and clean rooms made this place the best non resort hotel I've ever stayed at. Matthew, the evening desk manager genuinely loves his job, the bartenders and food staff were exceptional, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. I will stay here again next time I go to Busch gardens.

Very disappointed with the layout of the room. When you enter, the bathroom is immediately to the right. The pull-out couch, which we needed to use, is directly ahead, and the bedroom lays on the other side. With the pull-out couch pulled out, there would be hardly enough room to squeeze by to get to the bathroom. And who wants to risk waking a sleeping toddler during the night to get to the bathroom!?!? We asked for a room with a different lay-out, but were told they are all like this. On top of the bad layout, the room is a bit sad and old, with dingy carpet and sagging couch cushions. We decided to check out and go to the much nicer Homewood Suites down the road. The staff were nice about it.

I'll never stay here again!. Facility was dirty. Lobby carpet was filthy. Over my two days here the hall way I stayed on was never cleaned. I know this because a piece of paper laid in the exact same spot for those two days. My room has not been properly cleaned. Crumbs and dust were in the corners and under the desk. Badly stained and discolored couch arms and cushions. I woke to more than 100 bites covering my lower extremities and back. I was moved to another room. The "manager" was apologetic. I was surprised/disappointed that I was not offered a reduced rate, or a comp night or even a few extra HH points, nothing. Oh well, maybe he wasn't that concerned if I returned or not, which I won't.

First night, Wednesday, check in, staying till Sunday (wife is working on-call for holiday), great evening reception with free draft beer and well drinks, no limit. Staff has been great so far. Michelle and Joseph & DJ were keeping up great with busy bar area and all the people. Ms. Tonya (manager) was very nice and informative about area. Room is great, very spacious. Morning complimentary breakfast, made to order eggs with all the filling in my omelet , was great, still full 7 hrs later. Lenny and Earnistean made a great team and were very pleasant to speak with. Would definitely recommend this hotel chain. If you include free breakfast and happy hour free drinks, the room cost is about 50% of the overall cost. Ms. Joy (front desk manager) was great on the phone before we arrived as well as in person during our stay. I hope others had or will have as great an experience as us during our mini stay-cation at this Williamsburg area Embassy Suites by Hilton. Additional review given on the Hilton Honors web/app to commend the holiday shift staff. Well done and Thank you all for a great holiday at your establishment.

I booked a reservation for this hotel on the Embassy Suites website. When we arrived, I learned the hotel was oversold. As a result, they re-booked us at the budget hotel down the street. This was not a comparable property, but we stayed there anyway. I have two young children and it was late. Ironically if I wanted to cancel my reservation I would have needed to do so two days in advance. Unfortunately, they cancelled it for me the day I arrived. This was very disappointing. Prior to this, we also liked staying at Embassy Suites hotels. However, we will steer clear of this one.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites in Williamsburg, VA. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was spotless, and we even had a sweet little note written by Deloris of the housekeeping staff wishing us an enjoyable stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and we would stay there again when in the area!

Well, VA is in phase 3 of opening and this hotel is giving you a tiny yogurt, apple, and a granola bar for breakfast. So if u are lactose intolerant, too bad. Embassy is known for their breakfasts, And of all the hotels I ve stayed at in last week of travels, this was the slackest! The owners are dropping the ball... it s bad when Hampton shows the guests more courtesy than the Embassy.
Room appeared clean, just carpet stains. We r just so disappointed in the customer service. You d expect them to do better by offering muffins or hot breakfast sandwiches like Hampton did. This was an insult. Not even water!

This is a very family-friendly place. They have great made-to-order omelets each morning. They now have 2-bedroom 2-bath suites, great for a big family. Indoor pool, fitness center on site. The 2-bed 2-bath suites have 4 TVs. Our kids loved having their own shows without fighting over it. These rooms also have 2 fridges, 2 microwaves,a dining and living area, which has a sofa bed. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is old and needs repairs, updates are really needed. Our room smells like wet animals, and periodically during the day the room and hall are filled with the smell of food. There's a plaster bubble that drips water when shower is on. It's very unsettling. The front desk is nice and housekeeping. The people serving and cooking the breakfast needs a little help with smiling and being polite. Maybe there should be rooms specifically for pet owners. Because I don't want to pay to lay on furniture that someone's pet has been all over. I don't have pet so I don't want pet hair or smells on me! Remember whose the paying customers.
