Good hotel with nice rooms. The location is a little less, not much to do around it.

New Years celebration like no other, hotel staff did excellent job in preparing the ball room, food was outstanding, looking forward to bringing in 2021 there.
Great staff. Good breakfast. Lots of options for a healthy breakfast.
Great service, rooms are tidy and comfortable, employees are polite and helpful, overall a really beautiful place.
The rooms are roomy, nice and cool. There's a tunnel connecting you to Bass pro shop which is nice. The breakfast is delicious, you can order omelettes or fried eggs at the grill. There's renovations going on and I can't wait to see the new rooms
We have stayed at some of the very best hotels in the same area of Grapevine, and don't get me wrong, they are some awesome hotels. But, the Embassy here off bass pro drive is 5 star in our book. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with 5 star benefits. Made to order breakfast, complimentary evening drinks, and the staff is awesome. The location of hotel is also a plus, with the easy to get to mall, AMC theaters, Bass Pro Shops. So much more I could say, but mainly with us trying the other great hotels in same area, the Embassy Suites tops them all.
Attended a graduation party in one of the suites. Very nice! I would stay there.
The room was very spacious. As a family of four it was nice to have the living room area to spread out in. Breakfast was awesome and hotel staff were all very friendly.
Embassy Suites left me stranded in inclement weather.
I arrived at DFW Airport last night and called the Embassy Suites Operator desk at 7:46pm to ask if their shuttle service was running as I heard DFW was having Thunderstorms. I was told by the operator that yes the service was running, where to wait (outside at arrivals) and took both my name and my phone number. The operator repeated my name and phone number back to me and said that it can take up to 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.
After 30 minutes I called again and was told I would be picked up in 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I called again and was told the shuttle service was not running due to inclement weather. I was told to get an uber which the hotel did reimburse me in full (including tip).
Let's recap. Embassy Suites left me stranded outdoors in inclement weather and did not give me the courtesy of calling to tell me that they had stopped running their shuttle (they had my name and number and knew I was waiting.) I could have made other arrangements if Embassy Suites had been honest and direct with me that they were not running their service. Very disappointing.
This is a beautiful Hotel right next to Bass Pro Shop, they are actually connected by a breezeway with a restaurant between that serves great fried fish plate. Staying at the top you can see for miles and miles! Not far from Downtown Grapevine with wine tasting you cant say no to. Take the tour unwind its $50 for 7 wineries! Very well priced, wont be upset with this decision.
The AC was broken and the staff says they don't have the tools to fix it but will fix it in the morning. So I had to stay with my children in a miserable room. They send someone at 3 am in the morning after I told the hotel we couldn't sleep and he confirmed it wasn't cooling off in the room, apologized and left. I am not a drinker so happy hour doesn't mean anything to me. The place is dirty with cigarette pieces everywhere. The place is run down, Staff was NOT helpful. The pool is dirty and the hot tub had no water in it. I travel a lot in the USA and this is by far the worst I have seen yet.
Rooms are seriously dated and behind in maintenance. Lobby is updated. Breakfast is nothing amazing but good with a chef station that's quick even when busy. My room had a weird smell and bright green lights pointed at windows from outside
Room wasn't clean.interior wall and bathroom floor paint peeled.
Very comfortable and roomy hotel. Materesses were firm for my taste, but the pillows were awesome. Shower was comfortable and I dozed off a bit in it. Breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I've had, included made to order omlettes! Would definitely recommend!
Started off great, staff is great but the hot water went out & couldn't shower till the next day, at check out he was supposed to award me with extra points for the inconvince but i still have not received them a month later. Also if your a early bird breakfast and coffee doesn't start till 7 AM
It was a great experience, comfortable beds and lovely black out curtains and the BEST Breakfast bar in town!
Super nice hotel. Great food and atmosphere. Kid friendly and in a great location.
Excellent accommodations. The staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Even though the hotel was being renovated, the service was over the top.
Hotel is fine but temperature in business rooms and lunch area is outrageously cold and over the 3 days this was never fixed. On the other hand temperature in rooms was hot !!
Just parked my car here and shuttled to the airport. Easy, no complaints
Breakfast awesome, room awesome. Bathrooms super clean.
I was there for a business meeting and the place was beautiful, clean, quiet and the space was perfect.
Went for a family reunion and the staff were all very helpful and so sweet. Unfortunately the rooms are very outdated especially for the price. It really didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. It was also very warm and humid in the building. The wifi for guests was incredibly slow and would kick you off every few minutes, I couldn't even stream a movie. It's better than a motel but it feels about the same quality as a La Quinta or something like that
Awesome breakfast, clean rooms. Pool was closed on a Sunday at 11am. Huge disappointment for my 4 year old son. Not sure why they didnt wait until checkout time to chlorine shock the pool?
Great hotel to stay!!! Even its fsr form dallas downtown, its very nesr from grapevine downtown, the ammenities from the hotel are great
So nice, food, atmosphere, service, price. Nothing not to like here
The rooms were very well organized and easy to distinguish where my meeting was. The room was quite large and spacious for our business team.
So, as the entire roster of hotel guests stands outside at 2 am with 4 firetrucks and 4 ambulances assembled in the parking lot, and with water pouring down into the lobby, and some sort of apparent fire event going on inside, Google wants me to rate my stay. Gotta tell you, here on Night #1, after having to wait well past the 4 pm check in for my room to be available today, my stay isn't so great.
The complimentary happy hour and omlet breakfast is great. Rooms really need some better pillows. Way too soft.
Very nice layout. Food was excellent. Great support for our meeting.
Great place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Great customer service. The decor is beautiful. Clean spacious rooms. Will definitely stay again.
Super high end hotel with great rooms. Tv and fridge is provided. There is a restuarant and a Starbucks. They also have a happy our at their bar. There suppose to be a shuttle ride from DSW airport and back to it. You need to call for the shuttle when you are at the airport so they come and pick you up. When we called their phone line was down so we had to take an uber. They reimburst the Uber cost to one of our friends but not to us. That is the reason i gave them two stars. I think it would be only fair to reimburse such a cost when they advertise for it. It was not our fault that their line were down.
Fantastic venue for group events. Clean, modernized interior was nice. Staff was friendly, food was good and convenience of having a hotel and spacious event center connected made for a smooth transitions between each element.
I've only ever parked my car at this hotel to travel out of DFW. The staff is friendly. The shuttles pick up passengers every 30 minutes like clockwork.
Manager's reception, delicious free breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great exercise room. . . .What more could you want? Highly recommended!
The Embassy Suites in Grapevine was a very good experience. When we arrived found out that the Embassy was doing construction remodeling on main areas of the building , outside of that people gave courteous friendly service . The room was great, love the lay out of the room and the Buffet breakfast was good too. Only four stars because of the remodeling outside of that I would definitely stay here again.
It's under renovation construction so it's a bit loud and dirty. My room had a nasty smell as did several of my counterparts. I hope their renovations fix their issues.
I stay at about 100 Hilton properties a year. This one will be head and shoulders more memorable than the other 99. But not for positives reasons.
Bad weather caused me to miss connection at DFW. I had a choice between a Hampton or the Embassy North DFW. I chose the Embassy since my rebook was not until 2:30 pm the next day. My thought was better workout facility, made to order breakfast, and I may be able to get some food when I check in at about 11:40 pm. I struck out on all of them.
They did last call at 11:30 pm, no dinner. Showed up to breakfast at 9:10 am after visiting their gym. Unfortunately they shutdown breakfast at 9 am. (That was my fault for not checking. I am just used to Embassy breakfasts until 10 am.) Go to take a shower at 10:30 am and the water is shutoff for the hotel remodel project... Yes that's right, no water. I blame the Hilton app for not communicating when a hotel is under construction.
Their gym was not bad. Free weights and a bunch of treadmills. They also had a shuttle to airport. Two stars for me. And that was after no water for a shower.
I arrived today Friday December 22, I will go until the 26. Very spectacular on the outside, the reception was remodeled, I liked it more before. The old rooms and the carpet all broken. I do not recommend it.
Lovely public/lobby space and friendly staff. The rooms are very dated and disappointing, but I saw the sign in the lobby about an update coming so that's great. Maybe I'll rate it 5 stars when I return
Great location and a great staff. This place does need renovations though.
Used to be a loyal Hilton customer (15 plus years), but the last 1.5 years experiences have left it hard to stay that way. This trip has been no exception. I've stayed at this property multiple times over the last 2 years and each time it has been under renovation. In the past this was mentioned on the HHonors site and a nominal discount was applied for any inconveniences that may be incurred. This time there was no warning and I'm paying the full rate. Not pleased because there is constant noise making impossible to rest or work from the hotel during the day. Not 100% sour on the brand, but they've been dropping the ball a lot more over the last couple years.
The stay was great! Snacks and drinks each evening were amazing!
A little outdated, but clean and comfortable. Construction work during our stay was a bit of an annoyance
The staff is incredibly attentive. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. There was construction going on during my visit, but it didn't affect my experience.
Amazing property, well kept, friendly service, great amenities and the daily complimentary happy hour puts it over the top! Far better hospitality than some of its local competitors who rely on their size and uniqueness. As a business traveler who lives in hotels I can truly say this hotel made me feel at home!
The service is really good and quick. The staff is really helpful and will try to serve in the best way possible.
Nice atrium building. However, not really a four star hotel. Popcorn ceilings, wallpaper, grossly poor and overloaded internet, meager extremely over priced vending machines without a snack shop, no plugs by bed. The restaurant and lobby area are being remodeled but even then there still will be a long ways to go. No mention of remodeling when making reservation.
I had a problem with a third party reservation confirming something they shouldn t have before I booked. I thought I was out $1,100 but let me tell you guys Embassy was so nice and concerned about my situation. I had the most easiest conversation with their manager and they resolved the situation immediately! If we are ever back in the area we are for sure staying here! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.
Service and rooms were great and even though they are renovating they still had their amazing breakfast available in the morning. Only reason for four out of five is because I booked for a single king size and upon arrival was informed they only had a double Queen room. Not a big deal but they should let you know upon booking.
Do not ever stay at Embassy suites I have stayed with them anytimes but will not ever again. First our flight was delayed so we ask if they would transfer our stay to another hotel but guess what they wouldn't and still billed us for the room. Then we showed up at another Embassy Suites that did not tell us that construction was going on. Then we complete our trip by showing up to our hotel in Dallas TX where the whole @@@@ Embassy suites was infested with fleas. With in minutes of walking in I was covered. By the way my husband and i was only in Texas so i could go to MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER.
We have spent 3 nights every couple of weeks in Embassies suites but never again.
Rooms are clean, bathrooms clean, big conference rooms, good service, there is construction going on which is tedious but not a huge deal
If we are in Dallas, and they have space, we stay. We love this location. They always have extra pillows for us, so thankful for that. We were sad to find out there was no hot tub, though.
The shuttle service for the Airport is horrible service. I scheduled to be picked up at 9 am, called 15 mins before and the General Manager said that he just left. It took 25 minutes to make it to the Airport. The General Manager is very rude and uncompassionate.
