Although there is a lot of traffic due to the airport on the way there, the experience at the hotel is worth your troubles. The inside is very modern and beautiful and the service was excellent

The rooms are very clean with very modern amenities. The main foyer is beautiful with a waterfall and very chic seating. The breakfast is also amazing with omlets, cook to order eggs, fresh bacon and buffet style food as well. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable, affordable stay.
Great for getting to the airport the night before a flight
Ok here it goes:
PROS: Hotel is excellent, rooms are just insane. We booked the top floor PH which you can only enter floor with a key card. Pool is desent and open 7 limit capacity cause of covid.
CONS: Got turned off with pay a day parking $45 !!!!. thats ridiculous i paid $1,900 5 days and cant even get free parking. Parked next door $16 daily. . Breakfast: the worst they give you a little lunch box with 2 cold boiled eggs, hard as a rock bagel, like, really HILTON?, im from NY by the way.
I've still got four more days left to my stay so I cannot be definitive with my review at this time. Good breakfast and kind people is a plus, but broken items in my room and slow internet issues are a hindrance to comfort and conducting business. I'm always being offered points to my account, but truly that doesn't change a bad experience. Effort to mend a bad experience with good ones is where I would feel a renewal in my confidence, but there is a mountain of things I see that need addressing with this hotel so far.
I'll update my review when I have more time to be conclusive with my feelings.
No maid service unless you stay longer than a week.
Great place to stay for business travers who have meetings around LAX and Torrence.
Nice hotel, the breakfast is good and so is the service. I would stay here again
Favorite hotel. Close by the main streets. Free breakfast every morning
Very nice Embassy. Rooms are more stylish than most Embassys I have stayed at. Park in the basement so that you can take the elevator straight up. Also Avis rent a car is next door and the shuttle here only takes you to the airport.
Nice place, complimentary Internet, what else could you ask for?
Free airport buses, not far from the airport. Very good standard and great breakfast with lots of options.
Don't confuse this with the SOUTH embassy suites airport hotel.
Great stay. Bed was a little to firm for my taste. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would return.
Ambience, staff, rate and proximity all worked well for an enjoyable visit
Very bad value for money. I am a pro hospitality so I will not publish the photos but all rooms on the 2nd floor (211) have a sal balcony with cigarette butts and never cleaned. Bathroom not lit enough. Parking $ 40 per day. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but they smell so much smoke that we had to change rooms twice. The restaurant is expensive against the staff of the restaurant are nice. The only highlight and the fact that despite its proximity to the airport it is not noisy. Continental breakfast with hot but the fruits have no taste. Cleanliness a review car mats sal. Hotel convenient but really bad value for money !!!!!!
Clean, modern, hotel that offers: free WiFi, free breakfast (including omlettes made to order), and an evening social with free alcohol (liquor, wine, beer) and snacks. This hotel also has a robot that delivers small items, upon request, to your room. Very nice hotel and close to LAX.
Location is outside. Bus station right in front of the door.
I loved the free breakfast from 7:00-10:30 AM and free snacks/drinks for dinner. They have a robot that provides room service too - how neat!
Very clean, respectful staff, and prompt service. Good breakfast
Traditional Embassy suites but very modern and clean. Exactly what you expect from the suites!!
Very nice hotel but the air-conditioning is less than optimal so the room was hot and there really wasn't anything they can do about it but they gave us a fan
Great experience: open bar in the evening, free snacks, and a little robot that delivered stuff to you room.
Thank you Embassy Suites for checking us in and giving us a great stay. We appreciate all your help and we enjoy the complimentary breakfast.
Amazing service with great rooms and breakfast service
The rooms are nice. Knowing it is next to an airport, we don't expect much from the views. Free breakfast, though the options are limited
Amazingly big 1 bedroom suites with an outstanding free made-to-order breakfast.
It s a nice walk to Embassy Suites if you are not in a hurry.
I was disppointed to see that the rooms were not well kept and clean at this hotel. The toilet was not clean properly. The couch had crumbs of food and stains from who knows what. One thing I did enjoy was their breakfast service.
Comfy beds, convenient location, cool happy hour, & great breakfast!
First time at LA Embassy Suites Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. I would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast is made to order and is delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly.
Room was nice size, bed was very comfortable but traffic on noise so loud we could not get much sleep.
Great Hotel, super close to LAX. They offer a decent breakfast which included in the price. Service is awesome and the rooms are equipped with anything you need. Clean and modern. Prices can be a little expensive though.
Clean hotel, decent price range, a little tricky finding the hotel. They include a full breakfast. Being next to the airport wasn't bad. Could hardly hear the planes arriving and departing.
The hotel overall is ok. I did not like the way the staff forced me into a handicap room...nothing against the handicap. The bed in the room is very squeaky. I plan to ask for another room tomorrow morning. Surprised me with the parking fee which is $40.00per day unlimited in & out access.
I could hear every car and truck go by! Air conditioning rattled all night. Horrible experience!
Room was great but evening reception was a bit disappointing due to very limited selection of drinks and just chips and salsa as snacks. An easy jump to the airport and the shuttle runs 24 hrs which helps when you have an early flight. They also utilize a robot for room service items. Cool concept but I can not attest to its performance.
First time for me in an Embassy Suites hotel. Rooms here are really large and comfortable. I particularly liked the door in between the living room and bedroom that allowed me to start working early whilst my wife got some more sleep. Despite being really close to LAX you have no interfering noises in the room. At check-in we got a note to inform us about "peak-hours" for breakfast. We didn't manage to avoid the hours marked as orange or red but neither the first nor the second time it was really crowded and there were plenty tables free. Bfast was pretty good with an excellent omelette station. The hotels shuttle service to the airport is operated by a third party. It runs approx. every 20 mins but doesn't operate on a fixed schedule. Keep in mind you may need to wait a while.
Good hotel, big room, cheap price, 2 tv in room Very suitable for children's family.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and modern. They have a nice Manager Reception each evening with some light snacks and drinks. Great gethering area. The conference facilities were also nice.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are good size. The breakfast is great. Omlets are amazing. Just don't drink the water bottles in the hotel room. They cost $6 and it isn't obvious.
Interior very sorpremdente. Normal service. Rooms I didn't like particularly. Location near the airport excellent for those who must go by plane
Very noisy car rental across the street , cars honk all night long. Don't stay there.
AC did not get as cold as I would have liked but other than that it was a good stay
Great staff, great happy hour and breakfast. Room are quiet and up to Embassy Suites par.
If man likes the sound of taking off and landing planes, man is right here. Rooms are ok for the cost level. Bar very nice, staff too !!! Next time I would not choose this hotel, especially as we mentioned yesterday at the reception on arrival that we wanted a quiet room !! They are definitely here too !! But playing roulette for the prize we will not be any more !!!
Staff are good rooms are nice you get what you pay for only room for improvement would be proper signage on the busses at the front of the vehicle and information on pick up points on the shuttle busses from LAX as it's like trying to herd cats otherwise.
they put us in room facing the main room my partner and Kids couldn t sleep all night cause of the cars passing by and on the other side the guy calls early in the morning waking up my Kids for a cc info while I am sleeping looked like I was running away.i paid more to stay in this hotel to enjoy my vacation but ruined everything . I would never stay here again.
The overall stay was good. However hygiene can be improved..
Conveinitly located near LAX , this hotel offers clean rooms and a friend staff and quick access to the rest it south west LA.
Love embassy suites! Great hotel, great customer service. They even had a robot assistant for house keeping. The pool looked a little dirty though. Water was pretty stagnant.
Everything was clean and staff was very kind and professional
The complimentary reception and breakfast are great!
My room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is free... And the buffet is very rich. In the afternoon between 5 to 7 pm in the atrium they serve complementary drinks and light snack.
Four stars because the TV doesn't work properly and the room thermostat doesn't work.
The embassy suites was a great deal when I stayed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
It's great. The beds are pretty comfortable including the couch bed
Only stopped for a drink. Service was slow but nice.
My wife and I stayed here for two weekend nights. Very quick check-in. Temperature checks and masks worn everywhere.
For its excellent service prices and its comfortable and clean rooms.
Good place to stay for a night, only problem is that the aircondition wasn't great. It was extremely loud, and could either be turned off, or to extremely cold.
Fab hotel with a robot named "Winnie". No more waiting for housekeeping to deliver to your suite. For a $2.00 fee she can have it there in a jiffy. And the free breakfast if fab. They will even make your omelette any way you like it. Parking is $30.00 but its worth it.
Looks to be nicer and more up to date than the other nearby embassy suites (very weird placement btw, why not have one in downtown LA instead of 2 right next to each other by the airport?) Parking is way too expensive for guests as well. Breakfast is great as is usual at the Embassy suites, however it's missing a lot of the unique amenities that I'm used to at this hotel. And don't even think that you're going to automatically get upgrades as a Hilton honors member without fighting for it, Even in a hotel that is not fully booked. I was so frustrated I gave up even asking for privileges I always get easily whenever I stay here.
Overall pretty disappointing for what I expect from an embassy suites, but being that embassy suites is just a comfy and clean hotel in general still gave it the obligatory 3 stars.
They need bigger balconies but we enjoyed our stay here. The shuttle driver was awesome.
100% excellent value for money.
ultra friendly and helpful staff
To date this is by far my favorite hotel around Los Angeles airport. 1 star less because unfortunately we can hear too much planes compared to other hotels closer which probably have thicker glazing.
Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean with no issues. Free breakfast is extremely filling and convenient! The balconies are a plus for those sampling the medicinal offerings of California! I'll definitely be looking out for their hotels in every city I travel to!!
Cool, calm, and quiet. That all I wanted and got. Also the breakfast buffet was great as well as the staff. Very pleasant and pleasing.
Great place to stay before an early morning flight out of LAX. The hotel is very clean and updated. The rooms are spacious as always. And the hotel shuttle got us from the front door to LAX within 5 minutes. I will stay again if I am ever in the area. Pro tip: budget and avis are right next door so save yourself the overnight parking fee and return your car the night before and take the hotel shuttle.
Great place.
Reasonable price . Let's go back
Nice laid back hotel. Friendly staff and has a robot
The absolute rudest manager was working last night. Got into LA past midnight and we got on the wrong shuttle even though our driver was asked twice if he was taking us to the hotel that we were booked. He said YES. And I thought shuttle drivers were supposed to help you with your luggage and such when picking you up from the airport? Maybe I m wrong but this old man sat in the driver seat and did not help me and my husband or my children with our eight pieces of luggage on or off the shuttle. Was told our only option was to go back to LAX to catch another shuttle because they wouldn t help us. So we got an Uber. Stay at the other Embassy suites not this one in the area. I was told their franchise owned and these employees need better customer service training.
