One of the best opioid substitution programs available in Seattle, Wa. The only con is they should be more strict about benzodiazapine use. This program only works as long as you make it work.

They have alot of services to help in recovery , it is open to everyone

I've never seen more people working in one place that gave less of a F***. I guess since they provide medication, that compassion & understanding are better found elsewhere. There are few staff here that seem to care, let alone know how to deal with those with severe addictions. Wanting to get better is all on the patient, as they get thrown throw hoops by most of the staff! Maybe better training & hiring people with compassion would help!

Hello! I'm moving to Seattle from Lansing, Michigan. I only go to the clinic on Monday, Wed, Friday. My job is moving me there. My question is my dose is 250mg. Do you have caps?

The councilors seem to only be there for a paycheck & that's it. Every other employee other than them is nice though

Their place is the best in Seattle. They are very supportive in the treatment they provide.

The staff is very friendly and encouraging. Their willingness to help work with us and not just kick a person off the program is amazing.

Evergreen treatment does great things for people helping them improve their life. They offer several different medicated treatment options, groups, as well as counselling.

The staff are very professional, friendly, and sobriety focused. The building is clean. Evergreen treatment services is the most professional methadone clinic that is federally funded. They are client oriented, and keep the neighbors happy with the job they are doing. Other methadone treatment facilities i have gone to have illegal drugs being sold all around. Evergreen has a handle on this problem and they stopped it before it started. They counselors are understanding and although it's not a requirement most are in recovery also which makes them empathetic towards their clients. Evergreen is trying to think of new ways to get people involved in recovery not just wanting to take methadone and not combat the whole problem. We need more places like evergreen!

So I'm enrolled in the methadone program here at this clinic. I used to go to THS(therapeutic health services) in Shoreline but always wanted to transfer here to Evergreen. Why?? One of my main reasons was for transportation assistance from my sister/mother because they go to this clinic also (now only my mother & me). The way that most things are done here are better, in my own opinion, then how THS does stuff. I WOULD reccommend this clinic to ANYONE & EVERYONE with an opiate addiction. They also give you the choice of suboxone or methadone here now, but methadone is better for me but everyone has to figure out which ia better for themselves!

August 5th 2018 9:30 am on a Saturday. They just opened the doors. There's a recent staff shortage do to 4 staff members leaving the facility. Whether this was a collective decision by the staff in question. Or, if it has to do with internal misappropriation of Methadone....
No body knows. What I do know is Evergreen treatment was not prepared for the backlash of controversy that comes along with one hand not knowing what the other is doing.
So clients at the end of the day have to absorb the unexpected moments when everything falls apart internally.
What I find disturbing is we are the ones who need help and our lives are in the balance of ETC ability to act expeditiously in stabilizing the problem

How can u get the true help u need when the counselors here arent older then 25 years old & don't have any kids of they're own... If u haven't ever been an addict how can u really help one??!! I was told to NOT bring my kids to my appointments. But during my minor children's summer break I had no choice but to bring them. I was told that I wasnt in compliance because I came w both kids. I ended up having to leave my kids w a stranger that I barely knew so I wouldnt get kicked out of treatment.... I asked for my medical records and was told NO. No because they weren't safe w me. My own medical records aren't safe w me.... Crazy huh!. Even tho I can prove all of my urine analysis were & are completely clean, I guess I am not realiable enuf to keep documents safe. They give me weekly carries and the medication is safe enuf to send home w me but not my paperwork... There's a major control issue going on in this place! If u speak up you will get kicked off of treatment. If u speak up u will get reprimanded. You must kiss ass to stay on the program. Its hard being a 35yr old woman with 2 kids and im also 7months pregnant putting up w non sense from a 25yr old newly outta college wanna be counselor with a control issue and something to prove... I wish they focused on helping the patients more instead of adding to the drama in theyre lives!! Also, I just had a close friend die of acute withdrawl from methadone and from alprazolam. He was recently kicked off of this program and is now 3wks later passed away. His funeral is on next Thursday... Evergreen is not taking into consideration that its patially theyre fault for not offering him a treatment bed date!!! Instead they threw him off to just figure it out.... Hes in God's hands now, but who suffers for them having NO compassion?? My friends mom and grandma and father who lost they're only son do... He is the 4th person this year to die coming off of this clinic. It feels like some1 should be held morally responsible!!! Some1 should be held accountable- but no one ever is..... Its so unfortunate-

A bit understaffed, but the best treatment like this I KNOW of. Very dedicated core staff, the police however target clients for jaywalking or anything else they can do to pressure from community to close this location, even charging anyone leaving by car with DWI if they admit to taking any prescribed medications just to harass and intimidate.

I have been at ETS for about 10 years now and I am pleased with the overall level of care there. Staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate that. I transferred to ETS from THS and I have done SO much better since moving to Evergreen. I can definitely say that Evergreen is the Cadillac of the methadone clinics, hands down. Thank you for caring about your clients!

It's a Methadone clinic, so there's always going to be a "stigma" about the people who seek treatment there. Ask yourself this though: ISN'T IT BETTER FOR RECOVERING HEROIN ADDICTS TO HAVE A METHADONE PROGRAM (such as Evergreen Treatment Services)TO GO TO, INSTEAD OF STEALING YOUR STUFF!?

Great facility that is focused on recovery. Miles ahead of the other clinics that provide this service in seattle.

Great place with awesome staff! Just make sure to follow their rules and respect them and they will respect you. They're very helpful and they're good about getting you to the right dose hastily. Best clinic in the state in my opinion.

I hate giving rides to friend's I actually wont do it again my car was hit just about every time ive been there and the people who backed into me had the nerve to get mad @ me they barely can see let alone hold their own head up, never security in sight. people seem to be over medicated be it methadone or or street drugs & watch out for the pedestrians crossing the street most people j walk or if they do use crosswalk @ light they cross anytime they feel like,I've seen multiple cars almost hit people crossing when they are not supposed to its a mess out there from morning till about 1pm. Not to mention the cars that feel they can stop & park rite in the road in front of treatment center that causes back ups or almost wrecks. Between dosing hrs use caution if you have to go down there I've also witnessed multiple assults again no security in sight or they're on their fones not paying attention.

They do a thankless job, and do it well and with compassion.

This place has forever changed my life the counselors are amazing the drs understand the program and believe in it and its success for most clients they truly care its safe comfortable clean no cravings it lasted 24hrs I. Never felt sick

They are the best. They saved my life. If you are on the wrong path then please go aee them they can help.

They are very rude, they do not treat you like a human being, they actually treat you as if you are a criminal wanting you to UA every week and they have a man that stands right there and watches everything you do even if you're there volunteering your own self meaning that you do not have to be there but you're trying to get better for yourself and your loved ones they still want you to UA I don't think that that is so bad but to have a person standing there watching you literally standing over you is extremely uncomfortable.

Very helpful for opiatw replacement therapy. Most of the dosing nurses, couselors amd security are pleasant. Alsp acupuncture included.

I've been going to Evergreen for over a year. Have been treated with respect & would recommend methadone program to get off opiate!!

Have been going to this clinic for as couple years now, I love the way they treat me and actually seen to care.

I am unsure of the ACTUAL Value of this service. What I have witnessed is more of a concern about condemning people who are struggling with dependancy issues. What seems to be their goal is to catch their clients engaging in behavior to discharge the client from their services.

If you have an opiate problem, this is tha place for you to checkout. They have drug treatment, housing assistance and much more. They offer Methadone and Suboxone.

Treatment here is a great way to help people with heroin addiction.

So many people are alive because of this state funded addiction less lives lost to a senseless disease.

Counseling is great,security is horrible you cannot talk to no one and sometimes are followed and watched off property the dispencery picks on people if they are having a bad day,but besides that they have saved my life and a lot of others.They would definitely be my 1st choice before any other outpatient clinic in Washington.
