My family and I stayed here on our cross country road trip, after earning a free night on Hotels.com. Their own parking lot is small and hard to maneuver, does offer handicap accessible parking and entrances. Parking in the hotel lot is expensive, paid 106$ for two nights. The parking lot was swept clean and free of debris. Located near the airport, expect a lot of foot traffic in, and around the hotel. The desk staff that handled our transaction was friendly enough.
The hotel is very nice inside love the design. It offers apartment like rooms, with free WiFi, comfortable beds, extra fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, extra linens, large bathroom. On site convenience store, with a cute robot Butler that delivers to your door. Offers a free grab bag breakfast, with limited options. Definitely would stay here again.

Always unforgettable encounters with the lovely Edith Alvarez and her team of experts! (And might I add a special shout out to Maria at the front desk...shes a gem) I travel the nation and stay at tons of Embassy Suites from coast to coast. I work with sales teams all over but nobody tops Edith Alvarez! Edith is thorough timely, precise, detailed and extremely professional. She breaks everything down to where it makes sense to the client. I'd just never seen anyone in sales so on point. Her genuine concern for client is evident in every word and every action she takes. To say that she always go the extra mile to make me and all my students feel welcomed is an understatement. Keep her, reward her, promote her. Hang on to her. She is truly a blessing...a rare find in today's times. God bless you Mrs. Alvarez and thank you for all that you do to make every experience my favorite! Guest rooms and meeting spaces are gorgeous!

Very disappointing for my first stay at this hotel! I chose it because I read positive reviews. I have never paid so much for a hotel but I wanted it to be special for my granddaughters 13th birthday! The pool and spa were filthy. The foam in the spa even had a layer of brown scum. There were unsupervised kids ranging from toddlers to teens who were screaming, running, and splashing all over the place! I then had to endure the smell of marijuana for the next 2 days even though it is a non-smoking hotel. The complementary breakfast was not good. The fruit was awful. I don t even know how that s possible living in California! I paid extra for the premium floor and the unlimited access to the snack vending machine that was very difficult to use and absolutely gross and sticky and often not stocked! The bed was comfy and atrium was pretty but overall experience was not good. I will not be going back!

The Embassy Suites North is an upscale hotel a short distance from LAX. Checkin was quick and easy and the room was definitely a suite with a very nice interior and very clean. There were several minor issues, however, such as lights not working, broken toilet seat and lack of hot water at the sink. The price was competitive for LAX, but still high.

This airport is located right by LAX. The interior architecture was a bit old-fashioned, but it seems like the interior finishes have been renovated. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. I stayed for business and would stay again. They also have a robot Butler that delivers room service and store items which I didn't get to try, but the staff seemed stoked about it!

Hilton Hotels are known for a high level of comfort and prestige. ... the best in accommodation and a high standard of service for which Hilton hotels are renowned..however, I was not obliged with that kind of service. The front desk clerk Sparkle made us feel unwelcomed just because we had made our reservation at owners rate. I did not know owners of Hilton hotel are treated in such a disrespectful manner. I had to call CS for help and they were able to resolve our issue but the worst aspect of the situation was that the manager on duty never apologize for the inconvenience or try to make us feel good or better due to the problems even after they figured out it was their fault. Upon check in room smelled like smoke so I had to move to different room, but that was no better as the bathroom was dirty.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. Our rooms were quiet despite being nearly in the landing pattern of LAX. Complimentary happy hour and free hot, made-to-order breakfast options were on point and amazing! One downside is that the hotel charges over $30 nightly to park onsite in extraordinarily small and insufficient lot. I would recommend this hotel for anyone without a vehicle, and would steer those using on their own transportation to book elsewhere to save on costs.

I like the idea of Embassy Suites and this one was fine. First room smelled like smoke and AC didn't work but they fixed quickly. Second room was fine though they clearly hadn't gotten to it yet on the returns - busted couch, loose bathroom fixtures. Dinner at the restaurant was adequate.

The parking was horribly squished and they charged me for nothing. The place smelled outside and the insides were dull. The conference room was pretty outdated but everything functioned well and the bathrooms were clean.

They charge you $44 for everyday you want to park your car in the hotel garage. The suite itself isn t as nice as I expected, although the beds were comfortable. The staff wasn t all that friendly. There was this man who I m guessing was in charge of the hotel he was walking around just looking after us as if we were going to do something bad. He made us feel completely uncomfortable. I understand that we were a bit younger than most of the guest but we payed the same amount and we deserved the same respect. Our experience here wasn t good and I probably wouldn t have left a bad review but they made us feel uncomfortable most of the time we were there.

Was giving this hotel a 5 star review except for a few issues:

Firstly my reservation was cancelled when I got there and we had to be rebooked and then unfortunately they rebooked ya for one night accidentally instead of two, both of these issues were quickly and efficiently handled by the front desk.

I was concerned as an issue happened while we were there where a young woman was being removed from the hotel because she wasn t a guest. I m not sure what the situation was if she came with a friend or snuck in or whatever, but the young woman was clearly in distress begging the front desk to make a call for her even to 911 because her phone was dead n all they kept telling her unmovingly is that she wasn t a guest and they can t help. As a young woman myself that s a bit frightening.

That being said, the breakfast was A1 and completely free! The omelette station was delicious there was always a full spread, we ll stocked, very clean, great customer service.

The room was clean, and spacious, scalding hot water (just the way I like it with nice temp moderation when needed). Nice room service, fluffy pillows with goose down feathers, free hbo, we thoroughly enjoyed.

Will definitely book again.

I loved my stay here!! (August 28-September 1) Room was a bit warm upon arrival but cooled off. Nice and spacious! Close to the airport. It was also quiet for a Hotel that was nearly booked to capacity. Just wish we weren't in a time of COVID-19 so I could have enjoyed more amenities and the daily breakfast!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed The first week of February of 2021. First off it s $40 a night for parking. They don t have any house keeping until the 7th day of staying (who s even gonna stay that long in a hotel?!). And they serve the worse breakfast (pre-package boiled eggs to be exact with a cold bagel!) and you don t even get a choice of beverage except tea or coffee (not even water!). This place is a disgrace!

Staff went above and beyond. My room didnt book online and by the time we arrived it was sold out. Front desk was able to find a room for us, then after the restaurant had closed the manager still provided service for me after a long day when she didn't have to serve me.
And the rooms were clean. No complaints! Very happy dad!

Like most embassy suites this one had good service. Free breakfast and light happy hour. Very close to LAX with shuttles to and from LAX as well. Rooms were a bit noisy from the airplane and traffic sounds. Bed was near the window. Has fitness area hot tub and pool. And some restaurants nearby.

My husband stays here atleast once a month for work and we tag along when we can! The rooms are clean, very modern feel. I love that there s a balcony in the rooms, microwave, small refrigerator for drinks and food and a coffee machine!
Morning breakfast is always a hit and the happy hour salsa and drinks are a favorite w the little ones.
The pool area is always clean when we ve used it and staff here are great!
For the price, worth it!

This is your classic Embassy Suites with an enormous atrium in the center. While majestic, you frequently are woken by noise from the cafeteria down below. The food at this Embassy Suites was good, not great. The location was very close to LAX. Beds were nice and so was the room. All in all, good, but not great. Served its purpose.

Rooms are very spacious (I had the one bedroom + suite). The dining area is very nice with a little water fountain running through it. The breakfast could have been better as the pancakes were like rubber. Overall positive experience as the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here after travelling in from London. We took advantage of the free shuttle bus to arrived at the hotel extremely tired and we greeted by very welcoming reception staff.

Our room was on the top floor, Unfortunately only 2/4 elevators were working as the other were being renovated. This was a problem for us.

The room was a king suite, it was quite spacious and over looked the city rather than back towards the airport. As we were only staying overnight and had an early flight we didn't make use of any of the amenities. Breakfast was a simple affair, although if we had more time we would have visited the made to order kitchen.
