The hotel is equipped with an amazing fitness center which includes a peloton bike, and there is a lovely fireplace and sofa area in the front lobby. In room dining was quick as well and the food was delicious and high quality. I can't imagine a better experience or hotel in Napa. I highly recommend as everything here was top tier.

An expansive property, with beautiful gardens and pools. Dining area is beautiful, with chairs along the pool. Watching the ducks and swans sunbathe while you gobble up amazing omlette options is a must do. All in all a superb place to stay if you're exploring the Napa valley and its surroundings.

The hotel wasn't good for us. The reception promises more than what the rooms deliver. The lobby is very spacious and welcoming.

The suite booked for three adults was not suitable and a great disappointment, is only suitable for a family with one child. However, you have to prepare the sofa bed yourself. The third adult, like ours, has no wardrobe or storage space except for a chair. The bedroom was ok, but there was also a lack of storage space. The second vanity unfortunately took up the space for a luggage rack.

The space in the bathroom was sufficient. At least there was a large vanity for the toiletries. But I found it unhappy that in one suite the bathroom was only accessible from the second room. You don't want that if you are traveling as a couple and another adult as a friend.

There is simply no space for suitcases and bags in the bedroom and also not in the so-called living room with sleeping facilities. The hotel is very noisy. The furniture wasn't the very best either and had a slightly worn touch.

We were also unlucky that guests celebrated very loudly and our room on the ground floor was also the "smoking area".
The bar impossible to visit in one evening - brightly lit, tables not cleared, more than noisy guests, etc.
Parking is chargeable. After complaining about the room, I got it for free.
I wouldn't book the hotel again, there is definitely better for the ambitious price.

We didn't use the indoor pool. He didn't look particularly inviting.
We have been to Embassy Suites and the Hilton Hotel several times, this hotel was the worst so far.

I would like to mention the very loveless breakfast.

Hosts are very helpful and professional. Clean and well kept grounds and room. Breakfast had great variety and indoor pool felt amazing. Stayed on a busy weekend and had no issues. For the cost it was well worth it.

No heat! It was 63 degrees in the room and I was told the hotel did not have heat in the rooms. The phone in the room was out of service. I went to the front desk and, after expressing my distress, I was offered a space heater. It was brought in promptly and worked adequately. When paying $500 a night for a room, I do expect to be able to heat or cool it without being made to feel unreasonable.

The hotel is overall nice; well-appointed rooms, admittedly cute courtyard, and good breakfast as well. The reason for not four or even five stars however are through a few faults that I have not experienced at other similarly priced hotels.

1: "Eco friendliness." The room does not have a fully functioning heating system. From what we could garner during our stay there is a two-way system where everyone either has access to just heating or cooling at the same time, not both. So we were not able to use the 'heat' during our stay and had to have a separate space heater.

2: The insulation/paper thin walls. During the second night of our stay some adorable quartet of girls* decided it would be a great idea to stand screaming just out our window... and then go to their room which was unfortunately the room above our own and continue screaming. The insulation in my dorm room from back in college was even better than what they have here. Apparently insulation (that in addition to keeping in heat does a good job at blocking sounds) is not appealing for this site. Also it seems that Emily has a friend that sat down in poison oak, fascinating what you can learn at 1 A.M. in the morning.

The site will provide you with your own space heater should you need it, and normally I don't think the excessively loud girls will be a problem. Were it not for those issues I would give this place a 4/5, but still I think expecting a working thermostat is a simple expectation for any hotel in this day and age. There is free alcohol mid afternoon; the scenery is rather nice, free parking, etc. They do charge for wifi, so just bring a hotspot really. I just wish I could have enjoyed my stay more.

*White girl drunk ... ladies of the night lets say.

Second time staying at this Embassy Suites in Napa. Great staff, the managers reception is always a good addition. Who doesn't love free adult beverages? The breakfast is satisfactory as well. No complaints and we intend to stay again.

Room service, and all the staff are awesome and helpful people. Hotel was clean and it will be our next stay here at Embassy Napa hotel if we come back again. Hotel offers free good breakfast and from 5-7 pm free snacks, drinks and wine. Nice atmosphere at the bar and good affordable food from the restaurant. This hotel gets 10/10 stars From us and we definitely recommend Embassy suites Napa Valley to our friends.

Hotel controls heat and A/C. They have a two pipe system and only one can be on; they decide which one depending on the season. Beds are uncomfortable. Walls paper thin. Very old and outdated. Food was horrible. Granted, this is off season and they are short staffed, but that shouldn t effect the customers as we are still paying a lot for room. For the price and flagship (Embassy Suites), very disappointed

This Embassy suites is quite nice! My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they made sure I had my preferred coffee pods in the room which was awesome! This location is close enough to walk to downtown Napa (about 20 min. walk) The amenities are pretty great. Manager's reception every night, cook to order breakfast and a great indoor hot tub and pool.

This is our second stay here. The room was great and even ready early. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and a couple free beers, Goose IPA, from the reception. We had done the wine tasting during the day. Breakfast is mostly the usual from all the Embassy Suites, but they also added a couple special omelettes. We'll be back there next time in Napa, too.

$18 per day to park? (June 2018) In Napa? Nice grounds inside with fountains and swans. Rooms are nicely appointed with current furniture and thoughtful details, i.e. a vanity with an extra sink in the bedroom, hooks for your towel or robe in the bathroom, etc. Avoid getting rooms on the back side of the hotel, farthest from the front entrance. These rooms have the freeway right outside the poorly insulated windows, so your bedroom will be polluted with traffic noise all day and night. I didn't see any signs, but it would be nice to have a few more obvious signs to direct you to the lobby, the bar & restaurant, the elevators, etc.

We booked a king size room through their reservations unit and when we got here we had been bumped down to two double beds which means me and my wife had to sleep separately and we never do that and they could not accommodate us for what we had booked other then that it's got a beautiful landscape and good service

DO NOT STAY HERE. Impossible to reach customer service representative. No service on property and they make you pay for wifi so I had to leave property while sick and in pain to get service and sit on hold for hours and never even get help. They give you nothing little on the website or promised even when asking about covid restrictions before hand. Then when I asked for a refund I was neither fully refunded nor given my money immediately so now I have no money to stay in another hotel for up to five days. I'm having a medical issue which is why I chose to stay here at all. I needed rest and relaxation and now I all I get is to stay in my car until the refund comes or go all the way home. I was also promised a room that isnt available or already booked so we didnt even get what we made our reservation for. I expected better of a napa hotel especially that costs me 203 a night to stay in. I am contacting corporate until I am satisfied and feel heard because this trip was supposed to be relaxing and help me heal and instead I'm crying in my car writing this and not even in the room for the one night im being forced to pay for of 4 I booked.

The Hotel is very nice but i can't believe that they still CHARGE for INTERNET service, which is very SLOW !!!!!!
We are in 2017, and we're Not in INDIA or AFRICA to pay for the SLOW internet service.
First i tried $10 internet and i ran Speakeasy Test and i could NOT even finish the test. It would just crash on me, and the speed was approximately 2.0 Mbps. Can you believe that ??? In 2017 ???
Than tried the one for $15. and the speed was around 5.5 Mbps but it would still crash on me.
Called their Tech support and 12 Midnight and spent around 40 minutes with them on the phone trying to fix the Speed...
We finally got it working at around 9Mbps, and it wasn't crashing...
I am still speechless, that i'm in a High-End hotel and having this kind of issues with the ESSENTIAL thing today called INTERNET !!!

Breakfast and happy hour were great perks. Food and drink were good. Landscaping grounds and buildings were nice. Wifi in our room was unacceptable however. Signal was only detectable some of the time from the front half of the room and undetectable in the bedroom.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The grounds and layout of this place are very lovely, the central courtyard has swans and ducks! My kids named all of them. The included breakfast was just excellent! Who doesn't like made to order breakfast that comes with your room? Also, the happy hour was very nice. Hot tub was out of order first day I was there but was in operation on the second day and it was great.
