Breakfast was provided by the front desk even though we weren't guests of the hotel. Swan was laying on her eggs in the middle courtyard pond.

Very nice hotel. We brought our doggy and booked the pet friendly suite. Not sure how many of these units they have but check-in time was 4pm and room was not available until a little after 4.
The lobby was very nice with a fireplace and a big Christmas tree for the holidays. They offer a nice breakfast with made to order omelette and pancakes. But the best part is the outdoor atrium area.
Loved how much room there was in the suites. Perfect for our family of four! And very much loved their daily happy hour! Free drinks and snacks, very nice!
The breakfast crew is fantastic! Beautiful facilities and atmosphere.
The grab and go breakfast was dreadful, especially since it does not offer gluten free bread/pastry options.
The carpet in the hallways is in desperate need of replacing.
Upside: staff are friendly. Great outdoor seating options. Room was comfortable and clean.
Supporting good place to buy a good used car easy to do business with bought three cars for my family Thomas Jones
Friendly staff, great breakfast and Manager happy hour as they are known for. Last day there given notice of work to be done and no hot water after 11:30. But even at 10:30 there was no hot water and not even enough water pressure to run the shower.
Breakfast was great! Rooms were small, and we had a broken hair dryer.
Not happy at all. Pool & jacuzzi had beyond chlorine. Need to relax in the evening & could not. Gasly smells was so horrific could not breath. Left something behind. They stated would call me & NEVER did!! So basically the person who cleaned the room took it.
We had a very relaxing stay at the Embassy Suites in Napa Valley. The free happy hour did not hurt either.
Good look, but nothing really that deserves to go there specifically. Be aware that there is no WiFi in the room, only in the living room.
Very good value for the area. Excellent free breakfast and "manager's reception" - although getting free inexpensive quality wine/snacks in wine country doesn't make a lot of sense.
Nice hotel in downtown Napa. Has breakfast. Internet could have been better.
Awesome hotel. In the heart of Napa. Close to great restaurants. About an 8-12 dollar uber ride to anywhere in downtown Napa.
This is a high-end establishment with all you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. There are two onsite heated pools, restaurant and bar, and a vacation atmosphere. The only downside is my room was near a high traffic area and I awoke at every noise including the couple next to me who came to their room at 2 AM.
Stayed in the presidential suite. Great room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suggested a comedy show that night at a local theater. Some friends that were supposed to stay with other friends at another hotel ended up staying in our room once they saw it.
The hotel is very beautiful and the people are very nice. The front desk, Ken, gave us a nice room and checked on us after we checked in to the rooms we are living in through text. I would return to this hotel and recommend others.
This was my second time staying here within a year. I got the best service both times. The breakfast is the best around!!
Ground floor rooms facing inward were noisy from suitcases and employees rolling carts on the tile. Also very dark with only a small window in the bedroom. Clean and well maintained.
Beautiful property, delicious complimentary breakfast, clean and well kept. There are swans in the courtyard! Pull out bed sucked in the living room and getting extra pillows and towels delivered to the room took forever.
They had great service. We asked for several things and they were very patient and gave it to us in a timely manner. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I like that they have sinks outside the room as well so you can wash your face while someone else uses the bathroom. The breakfast was free and cooked to order which was very nice. The selection wasn't that much but it was good enough.
Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds that included ducks and a swan in their pond. The on site restaurant was very good and the lady hotel manager was extremely helpful. We enjoyed R stay and will be back.
Great hotel. High quality and clean. Welcoming staff who provided a fee bottle of wine.
A very nice property, great location, and the made to order breakfast thumbs up!
Service was good, food was good areas not well marked
Great place, simple and comfortable rooms, big bed, good service. Been here several times for a biannual retreat. Good bargain.
I try to stay here every time I'm in Napa. The breakfast is excellent not to mention the indoor pool and hot tub.
Stayed here with my boyfriend during Easter weekend for some wine tasting. Parking immediately was easy to find and not too crowded. The rooms are very clean/modern and bigger than i thought they'd be. The nicest part would be the gardens that have several swans living in them!
Nice rooms. Good breakfast and happy hour. Attentive staff. Great location.
Nicest embassy suites I've stayed at. Awesome rooms, happy hour, and breakfast
Really nice hotel in that is elegant, clean, comfortable and unique. The interior is open space walk ways with lush green walkways and little pills for Sean and ducks. The free breakfast is amazing and an outdoor pool and an indoor pool are available. Really close to wineries in Napa and saint Helena you should definitely consider sleeping here
Nice place with complementary breakfast and happy hour.
Emergency overnight stay at Embassy Suites was a pleasant one.
Nice hotel, great made to order free breakfast, comfy beds. Would stay again
Newly renovated, clean with friendly staff. It s a long-ish walk to the Napa center but totally doable.
I had a wounded time there everyone was really nice there
Nice large rooms, beautiful garden, and nice breakfast.
Couple small issues that were resolved by the super helpful staff almost immediately.
No hot water I stayed for three nights and each morning there was no hot water available - guest services moved me to two different rooms on the first morning but with no increase in the hot water - on the second morning I was moved to a room with hitter waters and this morning I was told to use the hot tub by the pool - how terrible is that ?!?
Where do i begin!? I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and arrived late night for my check in after a long day only to be greeted by an awesome man named David at the front desk. He greeted us with a warm smile and i knew we made the right choice to stay here. He got us checked in quickly and made conversation about our trip so that he could best assist during our stay, even pulling out a map and giving us suggestions on what to do and where to go in the neighborhood. It didnt end there. We needed assistance the 2nd night with getting a bucket of ice for our wine so we could sit at the fireplace and David ran around to find us it and bring it to us at the firepit quickly. The room was big clean and spacious. The outside area had a lot of nice scenery and the outside firepits were a plus. The breakfast was good fast and easy. The location was perfect for napa! Thank you David at the front desk for making our stay exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again!
I organized an overnight offsite to Napa / Sonoma for my team at work and we had like a dozen or so rooms at this hotel. The hotel staff (mostly worked with Tara and Kristin) was good to work with in my group booking experience -- pretty fast w/ replying to emails etc.
The hotel itself is pretty nice -- this isn't a W or anything, but I thought it was better than most of the other cookie-cutter Embassy Suites I have been to before. They have a nice pond area with swans and a fake windmill -- sounds kind of cheesy but it actually looks good.
Our rooms ran I think $150 (Fri night rate) for triple occupancy which I found very reasonable given that it included a happy hour and a full breakfast buffet. They have complimentary newspapers also. The rooms are pretty good as well, with a kitchen inc. fridge & microwave, two sinks, and a full living room area.
Kind of annoying that you had to pay for the wifi would be my biggest complaint probably. The rooms also again aren't like 5-star (kind of older looking), but again I thought it was totally reasonable for what we were paying.
We didn't drive (had a bus) but based on the map/what I remember from looking around, it seemed like it was in pretty centrally located / easy to access. All our guests seemed very satisfied with this hotel and I would recommend it to others.
Is a great hotel to stay on they are very attend so please full and the breakfast morning is the best the Mexican preserving you are very polite and they always ready to help
The rooms are nice, it's nice to have a separate bedroom. But the walls here are paper thin! We actually moved from the 1st floor to the 3rd bcuz the ceiling/floor above us creeked so loudly it woke our baby. They had no problem moving us though. Really good breakfast. Downfall is they charge for wifi and cell service isn't that great inside building. I would stay here again for sure, but only on the 3rd floor.
Convenient location which allows for walking to downtown. Very nice courtyard. Always has a great breakfast and evening gathering (with wine and beer).
Beautiful hotel. Nice happy hour and delicious breakfast
Best place to have a Banquet or a Xmas Party. The food is to die for. The hospitality is very nice and helpful.
Was there for an event unfortunately didn't stay the night but the staff there was amazing.
My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at the Embassy Suites in Napa CA. All the workers that we were in contact with were all so helpful and welcoming. The Manager Deborah was awesome! She was such a big help. It was our first time going to Napa and Deborah and her employee were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they both answered all our questions and recommended places to go visit since we weren t from there. Overall this place was beautiful! The pond area, the inside seating area, the room! Oh And the complimentary whine bottle and breakfast was great! We ended becoming members of a nearby wine vineyards so we plan on booking with Embassy Suites for all out future wine tasting trips in Napa! Thank you to Deborah, and the employees for a great experience, can t wait to go back for our next trip!
This place was great. From check-in, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They gave recommended a bunch of places to eat and also gave us a complementary bottle of wine. Highly recommend for a trip to Napa
Service was great. Any problems was fixed. The way they controlled the heat was the only issue and they sent a heater
Nice hotel at the start of Napa valley. Good delivery of the Embassy suites benefits of reception and breakfast. Updated bathrooms but rooms are in some need of TLC. Overall a decent value but everything in Napa is $$$$
Location is convenient to downtown Napa and you can walk there in 20 minutes. Lobby and dining areas are large and open. We had a room adjacent to the outdoor courtyard pool. Even remodeled the rooms feel dated. You can hear your neighbors walking on the creaky floors. The rooms have an older hotel smell. The place needs to be torn down and reimagined.
Good location. Walkable to downtown. Friendly staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Free breakfast and manager hour are nice but limited.
It's a decent hotel, but way overpriced for what you get! The made-to-order breakfast is subpar, our room looked like it was remodeled, but it still looked banged up, and the door to the bedroom would not shut because of previous damage. The fridge in the room was barely cold. The grounds are nice and staff is friendly. Location is good, but a good part of the rooms face towards the highway. Rooms are not sound proof at all!
Very accommodating, allowed us to check in early and check out late. Good breakfast, clean large rooms.
Great locating!
Nice staff, great food, and beautiful rooms!
In 2017 I can t stand a hotel that has Wi-Fi this slow and spotty. If you need to get some work done or download a large file forget about it. The Wi-Fi only connects at all 1/3 of the time.
The rooms and beds are OK. The staff is friendly.
Hotel was nice, but talk about an over priced tourist trap of a town Napa has turned into.
Great location within walking distance of downtown.
Friendly staff, but the facility needs an overdue remodel.
Right off the highway so it's convenient to get around the Napa area. All the rooms, for the most part, are about the same. The luxury executive suite gives you a sliver view of the fountains from the"living room", which is also the same wall as the entry door. Met our family of 4 plus 1 needs after a wedding near by.
