Location is very close to Hwy 29, Downtown Napa and the Outlets mall. Very impressive breakfast...start early to avoid the rush. The full bar Happy Hour (for 2 hours) is a must, they make any drink you want served with the usual bar snacks. There is a 14% Tourism tax plus $18 for parking.

The Embassy Suites Napa has become my go-to getaway place. The rooms are nice lovely decor oh, but the staff are amazing there and definitely take my lodging experience to another level. One of my favorite places besides the indoor jacuzzi, is the complimentary cocktail reception! Reminder, its hosted every evening starting at 5 p.m.
There's a nice variety of snacks including cheese and popcorn, and they have a lot of options in regards to cocktails and wine.
Breakfast is on-demand ordering with other a la carte options, and is sufficient enough to get your day started off right if you're going to be exploring Napa Valley. (p.s. they have blueberry pancakes )
The outside Courtyard is just amazing to look at and it captures the Napa Valley vibes. I don't want to give up all the surprises but it's definitely a place to stay if you're going to be coming to Napa Valley!

Wonderful room, location, great outdoor pond, & indoor atrium. The late afternoon reception is great. The bartender makes delicious ( his. Own recipe ) sangria. Mai Tai was bomb.
I had a fresh chorizo omelette & pancakes. Wow. I will definitely come back.
Mandy at front desk was also very polite, made a great first impression to us after we had been dricing several hours.
A nice welcome , a great drink two hour reception and we are all smiles.
Thanks #napaembassy

Superb great staff, so friendly and helpful. Facility is a little dated but acceptable. Two swimming pools, one indoor one outdoor which are great for all year round fun. Kiddo enjoyed watching the swans at the little pond, the swans have been there since 1985!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Noise from neighbors is sometimes too easily heard. The beds are a little soft for my taste as well as the pillows. All of this is made up for by the beautiful grounds, free cook to order breakfast and daily happy hour. We will be back.

Staff was rude. Their check in isn't until 4, which is very inconvenient when you are in town for a 5:00 wedding. When we called they said to come early because "there are always rooms ready early", except when we showed up early there weren't any rooms ready early. Apparently they are loosing money on the rooms because you have to pay an extra $15/night for parking in their lot, which was not full the entire time I was there. Half of the room outlets were non-functioning and the house provided iron had broken buttons. There is one area for taking your dog, and it strangely enough is located far from any entrances to the hotel.

The outside presence for this hotel is quite stunning, especially for a Embassy Suites. Beauty is abundant! The rooms are modern and well appointed. Nice walking distance to/from downtown Napa. A great start to your day is the made to order breakfast which includes omelets with chorizo, pancakes, muffins, delicious OJ and cereal. Great choice when in Napa. The cons are the spotty Wi-Fi and the thin walls/ ceilings where you can hear more than you want.

The nice young man who booked the room neglected to mention the $100 or so of extra charges for our dogs and parking in the parking lot. He also mispelled my name on the booking and apparently it caused confusion and delay in checking in. The rate apparently didn't include in room heat so they brought a space heater with a broken switch after two requests about an hour apart. Several elevators were broken so we had to park in back then walk back nearly the entire perimeter of the hotel to find our.

People who really like wine seem to like the hotel. Maybe the staff were just having a bad day when we were there. We are not hotel snobs, but had nicer experiences on our trip for a third of the money at other hotels. The wine country experience is probably wasted on us, but the room was very nice...just no heat. Very odd heating system. And parking system. And elevators... Maybe drinking first helps...

The Embassy Suites in Napa has always been a go-to hotel for many of our clients, friends and family. The spacious suite-style interiors have been recently redesigned and modernized. The grounds are beautiful with waterways and ponds. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant on site. Good location and walking distance to Downtown Napa for many popular restaurants, shopping and wine tasting rooms. Rooms are reasonably priced for the Napa area and include breakfast!

Excellent venue. We came for a continuing education course. The staff were super attentive during the course, making sure A/V was working properly, etc. The food was fantastic, and breakfast was provided both days--the omelettes were phenomenal, those ladies kicked butt! We also had drinks at the bar in the evening, which was super convenient.

Prepared breakfast is very salty and dinner was well cooked, but woefully under seasoned.

HVAC system is really out of date, water condenses and drips from ceiling filter, and suite has a really old and musty smell.

Took my grandkids on the Santa wine train and made a night of it. They loved the hotel, spacious room, great room service, beautiful grounds, great cooked to order breakfast, and welcoming, attentive staff. It made for a memorable holiday event.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk lady, Laurel, had such a fun personality and told us to hurry cause happy hour ends in 30minutes which consisted of free drinks and snacks. Fran, the bartender, was great too. It was busy but service was quick and he happily went through what HH consisted off.
