Some of the rooms are being renovated resulting in excess noise. A sander was being used in a unit above my room, and I could hear a dog barking in one of the rooms. Very noisy. Also, there is now a fee for overnight parking, $18 night. The Westin, Verasa in Napa, had valet parking, and it's free.

The two room suites are very nice, the grounds are landscaped beautifully, the white and black swans are unique, the staff is friendly and helpful, the cooked to order breakfast is delicious, and the complimentarydrinks at happy hour can't be beat. I have enjoyed both my stays at the Napa embassy suites.

No heat in any rooms for most of the day. Have no fear because they will send you a space heater and you can run the hair dryer to stay warm. $215/ night to run a space heater and a hair dryer. I need the happy hour to forget why I m here.

Overall clean and quiet with complimentary breakfast and early evening reception. Rooms are relatively comfy, but there were some things in our room that weren't working properly (living room TV, phones).

The stay was amazing. The breakfast is great and the evening reception with free alcohol is awesome. The rooms are large and comfy. Finally, the decor is perfect for Napa and even includes a duck/swan pond with fountains that is beautiful

Great big suites and comfy beds. Love their made to order breakfasts. The pond and swans are so relaxing. The breakfast staff are fantastic, as is the housekeeping staff. Both friendly and helpful.

Great location, great breakfast, room space is good and clean, decor needs updating.
Major complaint- Heating in rooms:
Temp Outside-40
Temp in room-66
Thermostat set-80
I asked front desk to check on heating in room and they said the heat hasn t been turned on- they are still in neutral zone. So basically I am wearing winter coat at all times while in my room
Seems unheard of to stay in a hotel with no heat .

This place is amazing. It's not like a typical Embassy Suites but the difference is very positive! The atrium building in beautiful and spacious and is the perfect place for the (INCREDIBLE) cook-to-order breakfast, nightly reception, and as a place to sit and read or chat with friends. The staff is super helpful and friendly and gave me several good suggestions for local vegetarian dining options, as well as a map and a quick overview of how to walk to downtown. The outdoor courtyard area is simply beautiful, and though I'm here on business I actually forced myself to get a third cup of coffee just to sit down by the pond and listen to the birds and soak up the sun. Simply an excellent hotel in every way.

It was amazing I love the way things are set up free breakfast and snack time where you meet new people and chat. Rooms are remodeled comfy and nice and the environment is freindly. The spa could use some work on as the chlorine fumes are highly irritating. Other than that it was a great experience even the indoor pool is balanced saltwize. You can taste it

Stayed here for one night and the hotel is amazing with a small pond and several resident swans. The rooms weren't particularly large but were well stocked and comfortable. The included breakfast was great with cooked-to-order eggs, bacon, potatoes, and an assortment of other breakast staples.

I recently called Embassy Suites to book a room for my birthday in Napa! The representative was helpful in locating my Hilton Rewards account so I could benefit from additional savings on their costly room rate. My birthday is not until July, so I will follow up on my experience. I definitely believe you get what you pay for which is why I am not going cheap for my 30th birthday! Ahhhhh....that s the defining age of a real grown woman! At least to me. *sigh* Life is so amazing!

The location was great and the room was ver spacious. There was a nice welcome happy hour and breakfast was also great! The only thing is that we could hear our neighbours walking in the room above and they were up at 6am!

It's pretty good so far my only complain is when we checked in last night the female receptionist was rude I already went to her to check in but she was like a mute so I went to David next to her he was pretty nice and warm and helpful the rude lady receptionist gave a little laugh when the guy helped me maybe she's just born rude ...the room is clean and free hot breakfast indoor pool is nice and clean also 3 stars because since we paid so much for the room we expect professional staff especially the front desk also the heater and AC in the room was not working properly it was cold good thing there's enough blankets and when were warm it won't get cool enough...the cook who makes the eggs was kind of rude.....the indoor pool was nice and clean but there was no anti slip mats around the floor was wet and slippery as expected and I almost slipped so be careful! We checked in March 31st around 9 or 10pm checked out April 1st

My husband and I stayed here about a week and a half ago and had a wonderful time. The courtyard is really relaxing as there are swans and ducks that swim around the property. One swan was guarding a couple of eggs she had recently laid. In addition to the serene surroundings and the awesome location, I have to specifically recognize the housekeeping staff of the hotel for their excellent service. I accidentally left my Kindle Fire in my hotel room and didn't discover my mistake until the day after we checked out. I promptly called the hotel and was informed within a day that the housekeeping staff had recovered my lost item and would be shipping it back to me. I am really grateful for their honesty, promptness and professionalism. If I'm in the Napa area again (which I hope to be), I will definitely be staying at the Embassy Suites!

This is our second time visiting Embassy Suites Napa Valley. It is in a perfect location right off the freeway, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. The staff has been nothing but friendly and the breakfast and manager's reception are so worth it.

The Embassy Suites in Napa Valley is a good hotel wit a great location, many amenities and a great hot breakfast. However, I would personally not stay at this property anymore for two main reasons. Wi-Fi is spotty - especially in the bedroom. We had to move to another bedroom to get better reception and it still was dropping. The rooms that are looking onto the freeway are very noisy so your comfort will depend on the room you get. Our room was facing the freeway so there was noise all night. The front desk at check out did not ask us how our stay was so we just left without saying anything about all this.

This place is the worst!!!! So overpriced!! I d understand for $100 a night but no this was $300 something a night. We could hear the cars on the highway all night- the windows aren t drowning any noise. It was so loud and traffic stayed strong all night!

Now the room- biggest question of the night.... what s the mystery splatter on the wall in the bathroom? Did no one clean this or is it a stain? The carpet wasn t vacuumed, there is someone s hair in the shower and the bedding smells funny.

We ve had to cancel our 2nd night and move hotels.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. They're known for their breakfast and I can see why, very good food. Great location close to everything you want to see in the Napa area. We stayed in a king suite and it was spacious.

A wonderful stay so far! David at the front desk is very cheery, great at giving recommendations, and just generally a pleasure to work with. Our room was in great shape. The 'galley kitchen' in the executive suite is a wet bar and microwave which is a poor naming in my opinion, but it's what I'm used to seeing described as such at hotels. The bartender Fran that hosts the nightly reception is friendly and energetic. The nearest wine tasting by foot was John Anthony (which on a side note was the best Cabs I've ever had) under 15 minutes for wife and myself. Making it to the Wine Train was maybe a 25 minute walk. Google has parking marked at free, but that is not correct. It is $18/night currently (staying at the start of Crush). The breakfast is one of the better we've ever had included as part of a stay, and as perpetual gold/diamond members Hilton properties have always treated us very well. The gym is small, so the cardio equipment may have a line in busy seasons. Overall, the grounds are lovely and it is a great place to stay just outside of downtown Napa.

Solid 4 stars but that's not due to staff or amenities whatsoever. Just about everyone from the front desk to the breakfast kitchen to the bar (shout out to Fran) were super nice and accommodating. Rooms are pretty large and feature a separate bedroom and living area. WiFi was solid everywhere but the bed, which was hit and miss but not big deal.

Staying here gets you a free hot breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes... The works. Even the normal assortment of cereals and other continental options. Every night from 5-7 there's a happy hour with plenty of mixed drinks, beer, sangria's and wine. That's accompanied by light snacks... Chips, salsa, hummus, veggies.

The grounds are beautiful. We loved seeing all the ducks enjoying the pond and it was a relaxing way to start and wrap up each day by hanging out and taking in the sights.

Honestly, the one knock on this place (and it could be killer depending on your neighbor) is how thin the walls are. We could clearly hear the TV in the bedroom next to ours a few mornings starting at 6:30 and our last morning I was awoken by the guy in the room to our other side snoring. Ouch. However, that didn't spoil our stay and we will certainly keep this Embassy high on our list for our next Napa stay.

This hotel is located near the freeway, but also not that far from downtown Napa. You can walk downtown, but it's more than just a little walk. The courtyard of the hotel and restaurant is great.

Rooms are great. Very clean. A little different layout than other Embassy Suits but in a good way. Indoor and outdoor pool. Free happy hour drinks from 5 to 7. Downfall is that WiFi is only included in the common areas, otherwise it's $9.99 a day in the rooms. Parking is also costly at $18 per day. Neither of the extra costs were clearly explained.

The layout of the hotel is really gorgeous - felt like a very upscale resort for the most part. The staff we encountered we're all very personable and the customer service was lovely. Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin and our room was overlooking the roof.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The property was beautiful; full of palm trees, wine barrels, lots of greenery and an outdoor pool. The room was nice and clean with the exception of some spider webs in a few corners. The made-to-order breakfast was definitely clutch for going to early morning winery tours! Worth a stay.

Food was very good. Restaurant was hundreds of feet from entrance. No one in lobby questions what we were doing looking around. Signage not clear or easy. Lunch was very nice. Very good waitress and drinks.

We actually used a FREE NIGHT on this stay. We were in town to celebrate my wife's Birthday. We were also treated with some free wine. The staff was very nice. A shout out to Crystal and Aaron who went out of their way. Thank you.

Embassy Suites is a short UBER to downtown.
We took 8 people to Celadon for dinner. Our 3rd trip there.

Very beautiful atrium and property. Room was clean, there was a manger's reception every weekday afternoon, and the front desk staff was always very helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed our stay!
