Rooms are a good size and the amentities are reasonable for the price. Reasonable breakfast as well. Really the only issue is that during the busy times you can wait 10+ minutes for an elevator.

Deep in renovation currently amazing staff even by embassy standards can't wait to see how it turns out. Currently I would be concerned about wheel chair accessibility and verify by phone if needed.

My family (husband, four year old, and infant) stayed here for one day due to a doctors appointment and I would have to say, we will never return. Considering we travel often, use Hilton often, and didn t choose a basic room, we would have been taken care much better. First, when we pulled into the garage to unload the vehicle at the door we were told to back up and go to the parking garage. With an infant we travel with a good amount of baggage but the area was crowded so we were just brushed off to the side, which is semi understandable but definitely not a good first impression. Next, when I finally walk in with all of our belongings in my arms the door man was not anywhere to be found. The only elevator to get up to the lobby wasn t big enough nor working right, remember I have a stroller and my arms full at this point. I ended up walking around the other building connected just to realize it didn t have any connecting elevator to the hotel. If the man would have been doing his job instead of standing at the top of the elevator just watching me struggle things would have been smoother! We had arrived a little early so we expected to wait for a room- but ended up having to wait TWO hours for the suite we requested, and I must add that for the price of the room, what we received was mediocre at best. Now with 2 children that is a bit annoying to say the least. While waiting for the room we had a glass of wine, mine was spilt by my daughter, full glass, and they did nothing but hand my husband napkins to clean up the spill and broken glass. I ve never experienced this type of customer service in any of the other hotels we have stayed in before! The hotel is under construction due to remodeling, which was never stated online or when we called in, we choose to stay on a higher floor due to this and we were still woken up by the workers pounding on the floor! The pool area was FREEZING. We did go down to the happy hour which was nice, but considering everything else that had happened it definitely didn t make up for it all. We didn t go to the breakfast. I would definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone. It is too over priced for the service given and the quality of the rooms.

We are on night 1 of 5, although the pool being closed and having to go over to the back up at another hotel is going to suck with our kids. Mike the bag guy, Kim at the front desk and Jeff at the bar have made our stay. Truly great people!

The stay at this hotel was excellent, I loved the staff they were so friendly from the check in to cleaning staff to the breakfast staff. I also loved the clean rooms and there were no garbage or debris out side. The free breakfasts were excellent and the coffee at the front desk was always fresh. They were remodeling a couple rooms but they do need to keep the Hotel in great shape so I was ok with the construction. Parking was 22 dollars a night that's not bad. And the sky walk connection to everything made this Hotel a great place to stay, you can walk to food and movies and shopping in 5 minutes in the sky walk and NFL football is next door.

Big room, great breakfast (made to order omlette station), a little dated but major problem was no WiFi in the room because I was in a corner suite and the elevators closet to our room was out of service. Overall nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was very clean and very big

I wanted to treat my family to a special evening so I reserved the best suite available. Even though many of the reviews at this hotel indicate it is in desperate need of renovation, I should have listened. My main issue with our stay was the overall quality of the "suite". The floor was literally coming off, the windows leaked in water and were very loud in the wind, there were many peices of trim coming off in the kitchen area, the list goes on and on...overall I expected an outstanding suite for the 80,000 points I spent for one night. I can honestly say, if I would have known the quality I was getting for the points spent, I would have asked for a 50% discount as I feel 40,000 is a much more reasonable rate for that room. All this said, the staff was WONDERFUL so that made up for any shortcomings of the property. If you are looking for a place to put your head down for the night, it works. I would not, however, recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Our room was very clean but the mattress on the pullout couch was horrible and the bathroom was very small. This is my first experience having to pay for parking but we couldn't even do that as there is no way they can accommodate a pickup with a lift. I'm paying to stay at your hotel shouldn't parking my vehicle be included? Breakfast wasn't even an option as there were so many people so I went to get a cup of coffee and that was empty. Very frustrated customer!!!!

I have never had such a bad experience. The staff was rude and treated guests with disabilities unfair. It is not handicap friendly for a person with disabilities. And At no time did I parade my disabled family member around. I sincerely hope that they do not treat every guest like this. I can honestly say I have never been treated like this before. And will not being using my Hilton Honors again.

Very nice accommodations right in downtown Indy. The convenience of being right downtown and being able to walk to the game or down to the mall, or virtually anywhere downtown is so nice. Clean, bright and great customer service.

If you know you're going to have sporting teams staying in your hotel, I would assume the hotel would plan better at getting them in and out. Obviously these groups made reservation well in advance, so you would think the staff would stay true to their check out time and make them leave.

I would have to say one of the best Emabassy that I have stayed in. The customer service is the best that I've ever had. The furniture was a little outdated but the people skills, location and cost makes up for it.

We are long time Hilton Honors members, had a $275. room booked for a stay for after a concert. The concert cancelled at 4 pm and called the hotel to see if we can reschedule the room for the rescheduled concert date and Kelly Copeland was rude when I tried to explain the situation, she then kept me on hold for over 30 minutes and then refused to change the reservation or cancel. Contacted Hilton Honors and they tried to convenience Ms. Copeland that it would be reasonable and good customer service to allow the change but she refused Hilton Honors request too. I have been on the phone now for an hour and a half trying to work this out. This is an unacceptable way for Hilton to deal with your longtime customers. I would stay at any other property due to the lack of customer service at this particular location. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and her decision was final. Hilton Honors says it was a decision the hotel made on its own. I will dispute the charge.

There was construction during my stay, which I didn't know about at time of booking, and when I checked in I was given a parking pass for the adjacent parking garage, and was lead to believe it was part of my room fee, when it was in fact $22. I felt it was an extremely expensive room for what I received and I will not return.

Worst run breakfast buffet I've ever experienced at an Embassy. They were out of food for 20 minutes at a time, including potatoes, milk, and other items. Food was cold. No reason to pay extra for the Embassy if their typically stellar breakfast is awful. I'll not stay at Indy-Downtown anymore even though I'm a Hilton Honors member.

Very disappointed. There was a cheerleader event and the entire hotel was chaos. Police were arresting people for open drug use and minors drinking. We called before booking to ensure hottub was working and was told it was; it was not. The children were constantly playing on the elevators and running around the hallways with no supervision. The staff did not seem to care. Several people attempted to complain but they didn't do anything about it. Breakfast was overrun by children dressed in appropriately and acting very impatient and immature...I have children and love kids and this was me disliking children...It was terrible planning on the hotels part

The suite didn't include silverware or any dishes as other suites. There was quite a bit of hair found on the floor and carpets. Beautiful building though and up to date furniture. Also the AC unit was so noisy, hard to stay asleep because of it

The room was clean and beautiful. I had some trouble with the elevators being full in the morning, but that is to be expected with such a large event happening (Bands of America Grand National Championships).

Worst hotel we ever stayed in .. Loud guest through the vents and doors ..The furnace let out a loud boom every few minutes no sleep at all ... mold all in shower .. no cushions on outside furniture of our private balcony separated tiles on balcony as well ..picture are far from what is showed . For a penthouse suite expected a lot more .. front desk supervisor didn't seem to care at all.. construction outside of our door... Not a very good 24th Anniversary.. only plus was the room service

I have to say, I am quite disappointed in the qual...

I have to say, I am quite disappointed in the quality of our hotel room. Prior to arrival, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing construction. We had to use the service elevator, which we waited over 15 minutes for, to bring our items to our room.

The room itself lacked many amenities that I would consider necessary for a 2 master bedroom suite. Half of the burners on the kitchenette didn't work. There were no utensils, plates, or any other kitchen items provided. We weren't even provided dish soap or paper towels in order to clean up after ourselves!

The entire hallway leading up to our room was covered in plastic, making it a huge tripping Hazzard (which I did) and incredibly difficult to even move a cart on. In addition to this, there was a pile of metal beams for construction on the balcony causing a huge safety Hazzard and leaving us limited use of space of the balcony.

I also found it odd and greedy that when renting out a two bedroom master suite, clearly being used by more than one person, we were only allowed to have one parking pass.

All in all, I will never stay here again and believe that this room was not worth anywhere close to the $400 I paid for it. I have stayed at other Hilton suites hotels and have never come across such awful quality. In my opinion, if the entire hall is being renovated, as well as the current room, it should not have been able to have been booked. Especially when there is construction equipment in the room! This room supplied the bare minimum and in no way was worth the price. IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CLOCKS IN THE BEDROOMS!

We put up here for the recent Taylor Swift concert 9/2018, and the place filled up!!! Yet, you never felt it. Great service, great amount of living & breathing place. Breakfast here is a great spread, $20+ type of you were to go out, so another great value. Rooms as I said, are spacious, and fresh.
