I have to say, I am quite disappointed in the quality of our hotel room. Prior to arrival, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing construction. We had to use the service elevator, which we waited over 15 minutes for, to bring our items to our room.

The room itself lacked many amenities that I would consider necessary for a 2 master bedroom suite. Half of the burners on the kitchenette didn't work. There were no utensils, plates, or any other kitchen items provided. We weren't even provided dish soap or paper towels in order to clean up after ourselves!

The entire hallway leading up to our room was covered in plastic, making it a huge tripping Hazzard (which I did) and incredibly difficult to even move a cart on. In addition to this, there was a pile of metal beams for construction on the balcony causing a huge safety Hazzard and leaving us limited use of space of the balcony.

I also found it odd and greedy that when renting out a two bedroom master suite, clearly being used by more than one person, we were only allowed to have one parking pass.

All in all, I will never stay here again and believe that this room was not worth anywhere close to the $400 I paid for it. I have stayed at other Hilton suites hotels and have never come across such awful quality. In my opinion, if the entire hall is being renovated, as well as the current room, it should not have been able to have been booked. Especially when there is construction equipment in the room! This room supplied the bare minimum and in no way was worth the price. IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CLOCKS IN THE BEDROOMS!
