Location is great, right on the river. Rooms are what you'd expect from a hotel of this price range; nothing to rave about, but nothing to complain about either. The few times we needed something, they were brought to us in a timely manner. Plus there's the complementary breakfast which is nice.

The staff made the experience EPIC! They were so accommodating and polite. The only downside was the Jets in the tub didn't work out... something was weird. I still enjoyed it tho..nothing like a good ol' traditional bubble bath! Thank you Embassy Suites for a great evening!

We booked Embassy Suites for our wedding reception and we so glad we did! The majority of our family and friends were visitors of Peoria and were impressed with the service of the hotel and of the town. They enjoyed the food, especially the appetizers. The service was mindful and efficient. The cook came out personally at our tasting to talk with us about his service. The event planner made my parents feel confident in a way that I ever could, for which I am eternally grateful. They communicated with us well even though we had to plan the event from out of town. They were also great about working with the rest of our vendors coming in and had worked with many of them before.

Even the shuttle driver made an excellent impression by giving my aunt and uncle a personal tour of Peoria (without excepting any tip). My uncle expressed an interest in Peoria native Richard Pryor (comedian) and the driver gave them a tour of Pryor's neighborhood and the rest of Peoria before dropping them off on time for their flight back home.

My only frustration was the lack of handicap rooms and types of room available to our guests.

I always like when you pay $200 for a room and have to do your own maid service at midnight. After waiting 30 minutes for clean sheets, they only brought us one set, even though both beds were dirty. We had to go down to the front desk and get another set change. Then cleaned off the hair off the shower walls. Thanks Embassy Suites Peoria!

Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel had everything you could need including a coffee shop, WONDERFUL free breakfast, free snacks and drinks at night, and a cafe to order food. The food reception and breakfast staff were phenomenal...so friendly and helpful. They were so accommodating and made you laugh. Front desk staff was also friendly and nice. Conference rooms were great however it was pretty cold in there all 3 days. We had issues with our projector and a gentlemen came in an fixed it right away. Hoping our future meetings are held here.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a giant conference center and a lovely hotel sitting across the river from the Peoria skyline. I walked through the revolving doors and I met a smiling front desk agent. We confirmed my reservation and got set up with my room. My jaw fell open as I pulled back the curtains to reveal that same breathtaking view of the Illinois River and Peoria skyline that I had witnessed just moments earlier. I called to request some beverages and they informed me of a managers reception that would be taking place that evening and let me know I could get complimentary drinks and appetizers there! That night I slept soundly in an immaculately cleaned living space that was as close to home as you can get in a hotel. When I woke, I grabbed a free made to order omlette and took my breakfast to the riverfront patio. Just when I thought my day couldn't get off to a better start, I caught a glimpse of a mighty and majestic bald eagle soaring overhead. The shuttle driver got me exactly where I needed to go without a fuss. The staff had excellent recommendations for food and attractions. 10 / 10 would certainly recommend this hotel over any others in the Peoria region!

This place is great. Very clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was great and staff were all amazing. Shuttle service will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. Our shuttle driver was a sweetheart. :) It's not cheap by any means but you get what you pay for. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

Very nice rooms, though more than I needed. The prices for the room are reasonable compared with surrounding hotels. There is ample parking and great service from the staff and the driver. There is also plenty to do during the day and at night in the surrounding area.

Our stay was amazing! The kids loved the pool but i think is should be monitored a bit because their was a lot of people and they weren't being respectful of the other patrons. The breakfast is superb! The staff clearing plates were swift and beyond polite! But the two gentlemen cooking made-to-order made the whole experience phenomenal!! And lastly, Donna the reception lady was the best! So sweet and quick to make sure her customers were happy! Will definitely come back!!

I love the building and the rooms are lavish. Amenities are fully provided for. Omelets are the beer thing served otherwise the breakfast and cocktail hour are uninspired. Excellent location on the river too!

Really nice hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. For the area, no complaints here. When I first entered the hotel, it had that stale, old smoke smell from years ago, I'm sure, but it was shortlived. The room was very clean and had a decent smell that was almost like shaving cream, but again not annoying or too strong. Bed was extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from that helped with a great night's rest! Will use this hotel every time I'm in the area!

Great hotel, always nice. Been staying here for years. Unfortunately my room was starting to show its age. Shower was worn and broken fitting, bathroom door won t close, closet door broken. Not a big deal but could be if trend continues. The resturant has also cut back to very few selections.
