Had a conference here. Meeting rooms were nice. Staff was very helpful. Lunch was tasty. Did not stay overnight.

Pillow had some red gunk on it. Wasn't sure if it was blood or spaghetti sauce but it was gross.

Very clean staff very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

This hotel was perfect in so many ways but they have no queen beds (only kings and doubles) and the comforters weren't large enough and were hard to keep situated. As much as we love the many amenities, what we really want is a good night's sleep.

entire hotel is under renovation, was not given any notice of this.

I love this hotel. I stay here when I go for business. Happy hour every night and breakfast is included. The rooms are always clean and they are suites so you don't hear anything in the hallways at night.

I thought it looked extremely lovely in pictures, but sadly when we arrived for our stay it was undergoing construction. I just would have hoped for a warning before our stay.

Hotel is always nice. I have stayed here for years.Staff is amazing. This location is now charging their overnight guest $10 to park in the parking lot...... really?? This is ridiculous. You expect that in a downtown location but here?

Nice hotel friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff did a great job of sanitizing , restocking, and keeping things wiped down.

Nice hotel with very large rooms. They did a great job with the conference I attended here. The restaurant downstairs was also very good.

We stayed at your Embassy Suite on 9-8-16 - 9-11-16 and I can't say enough great things about your hotel. Incredibly clean, reasonably priced and the amazing breakfast every morning, such a treat! But most importantly, your staff was just amazing, friendly, helpful from the people who cleaned our room to the people who served us breakfast. However, I want to give special commendation and praise to the following 3 people at the front desk, Kunal, Ajfa, Habib - they went out of their way to assist me with my plane reservations - so patient, SO NICE AND SO KIND. Please recognize these wonderful employees who went above and beyond the call of duty. Sincerely, Bert M.

Rooms, staff very nice, but the breakfast is only a 2 star. Other Embassy Suites have much better breakfast.

Overall really nice place to stay if you travel for work. But currently hotel is under construction.... No conteuction noises at night time but it does feel congested.

Always love the Embassy. They were under construction so we could not enjoy the benefit of everything. Still had a nice visit.

They need more wheel chairs, my wife hurt her knee and was not able to walk. We call front desk the night we needed and in use then when check out the only wheelchair was still in use, had to roll my wife out on a luggage cart. Unacceptable! We do the the Embassy !

Company is following proper covid precautions, rooms were nice and clean,no complaints

Great room. Spacious and quiet even though the hotel was packed.

Nice updated rooms, but the noise reduction needs work. You can hear other rooms beside you as well as lobby noises. The interior bedroom door does help cut down on some of the noises. The breakfast is top notch, you won't be disappointed. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

Very open setup. Great accomodations. Rooms are very nice and clean. Couldn't ask for more. The pool and hot tub are nice as well.

Our stay here was amazing! The room was nice and clean, the staff was amazing, and the complimentary continental breakfast was fantastic! The location is very nice, there are a few really nice restaurants about 5 minutes away. The bar staff, in particular, was 10/10, especially Casey. She was so sweet and made really good drinks! Everybody at the bar that night was having a wonderful time, just chatting and chilling with her. I will most definitely stay here again when I am up that way!

Embassy Suites are usually nice and this one is as well. Clean room and great breakfast. My only complaint is how loud it is even late into the night.

Went for an event. staff was friendly and accommodating

Nice room, broken toilet, had to manually flush. Sink faucet would leak and leave water all over the counter, getting multiple things wet unexpectedly. The front desk was nice and helpful. No fault of the embassy but the driveway is on a one way street, and at times was difficult to get back to the hotel when not used to the area. Other than the faulty toilet and water leaks it was a nice place.

Even though hotel is under an upgrade, stay was still enjoyable. Two small issues. First on the first night room next door had a baby screaming up till 11 pm. The baby either got quite or I got used to scream. Second day the room above us had some one bouncing ball.

Rooms are nice once you get past check-in, which took over an hour.

Best place to stay in Dublin, Ohio. With clean rooms, great amenities such as gym and swimming pool, free parking, and free breakfast, Embassy is the best place to stay. Swimming pool was clean and gym was decent. Moreover, they offer complementary free drinks to tenants in the evening. Breakfast is free and has variety of different food with great taste. Additionally, they provide free parking. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Don't go here until they finish construction of the front entrance and lobby. Way below embassy suites standards and a bad experience. Unloading zone gone and your family experience takes a hit because of the long detours to get to an elevator. And for those who don't know if you book through Expedia no loyalty points and no incentive to put up with this mess at a Hilton hotel .

It was ok I was there for a lacrosse event and the rooms were ok.

Not an overnight guest, just visited for an event in their meeting room- That said, staff was very helpful with the event, everywhere was clean and we'll kept. No complaints at all! Again though I did not enter or stay in one of the rooms.

Decent hotel. Good food and beer in the bar/restaurant. Ceasar salad was especially good.

Great staff, comfortable beds and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again the next time we are in the Columbus area.

Currently going through construction until Nov 18. Rooms are nice but construction noises fron 9am to 6pm. Long walk from temporary entrance to elevator. Otherwise it is a 5 star hotel

Stayed here twice, big rooms and a nice open layout of the hotel... The breakfast is second to none as far as a buffet goes!! Highly recommend staying here

Great set up, service and facilities. Bar never dead and serves quality food with good healthy options too. Rooms feel like home. Nice set up for "home hotel office". I actually keep the drapes open and the desk is offset so you're not staring at people lounging on the terrace.

Under construction is an understatement. The entire atrium area was under plastic sheeting, we were rerouted from one end of the building to another, and the hotel had limited resources due to the construction. The rooms were clean but somewhat sterile, all the equipment and technology worked, the towels and bedding were comfortable , and the breakfast /evening reception were a nice trade for dealing with so.e of the inconveniences. Would like to return when the rebuild is completed, this could be an above average place to stay.

I booked and paid online so check-in was pretty quick. We had a two room suite as there were 6 of us. I got a premium room which basically just includes the fridge being stocked with soda and water and several bags of chips/snacks on the counter. I had to exchange one bag of chips as they had already been opened. The room had a very faint musty smell when we first walked in but I didn t notice it after that. The room appeared to be clean. Beds were comfortable. My husband called down for more towels and shampoo/conditioner. After waiting nearly an hour he called down again and they brought some up within 10 minutes. That was around 10:30. When I got up early in the morning to shower I noticed they hadn t brought conditioner, only shampoo. Kind of irritating since I heard him ask for both but nothing major. We did not go down for evening reception but it was offered from 5:30-7:30. They had a great selection for breakfast and everything we had was tasty. I do wish they would ve had some kid friendly cold cereals like Fruit Loops or something. My husband and older kids took advantage of the fitness room. There was a pool but we didn t use it. Check out was easy and employees were friendly. The free parking was nice too.

Great service, good breakfast, overall good experience

We were given the wrong room at first but it was quickly corrected. Despite being at capacity the hotel was clean and seemed able to deal with all the people. Rates were cheaper than another cbus embassy suites and were also cheaper by calling than online. Would use this location again. Some minor construction around the site was the only downfall and added a few minutes to any trip out.

Was there for a conference. Lovely facility and helpful staff. Provided all the necessary accommodations for it to be a success

I feel bad writing this review because when we were here on St. Patrick's day (3rd floor rm) everything was perfect, this time not so much. Our room was not clean and sheets appeared not changed.(I will see if I can post pictures) A spot of blood was on the top sheet and what appeared to be smeared blood on the duvet. There was a face pad from previous guest as well on the side of our toilet. Smh So please future guest watch out on the 6th floor (I was in room 613).

Very clean. Extraordinary staff. Absolutely delightful!

Sorry but it looks beautiful outside and inside, our room was stuffy so we turned the air down and it wouldn't get any cooler. The carpet is fraying and I stepped on a nail coming up from it. The bath tub had soap scum around it and little pieces of toilet paper scattered all over. The night clerk when we called to ask about a fan or anything to help make it cooler in our room responded I will see what I can do... never did nothing not even a call back to say he couldn't help us etc. Pool was closed but gym was open? Chlorine kills germs but people's sweat doesn't. Just not what I expected from Embassy Suites by Hilton, I guess I better lower my standards to theirs. Sorely disappointed.

Everything was great. We always have fun at Embassy Suites. This one keeps up the great quality.

Nothing special. Personally didn't have a great experience, but previously enjoyed the hotel. Probably won't be back.

Clean. Breakfast omelettes were great as I remembered. Pool was warm. Staff was friendly.

Venue was great! Service was outstanding!
