Attended a wedding recently and the staff was extremely helpful. This service was very good, and the food was also very well prepared. A tad pricey for my tastes, when compared to those around, but all in all, very nice.

This hotel was pretty much a joke. I'm not sure how a business can ethically charge full rates while providing a sub standard experience by having their hotel under complete construction. This wasn't a few rooms being renovated, the entire lobby was closed requiring guests to walk a labrinth of hallways to reach the elevators. If this is how Hilton does business I'll never stay at another again.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was great!! They have a reception (cocktails) included every evening between 5:30 and 7:30. Had a really nice time. Pool area small but very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a family getaway. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool area was nice. The breakfast buffet was hood and had a lot of selection. The staff was friendly and responded right away to our requests for more towels and blankets. We would definitely stay again.

I was there this morning to attend a professional meeting, and the hotel staff were very helpful. They answered any questions that I had immediately and politely. The hotel was very clean and the bathrooms were clean.

Horrible stay!! Currently here . Kids running all over the building. Our room has had so far at least 10-12 times kids knocking on door. Front desk has been called nothing has been done . Ordered 2 pizzas to eat in common area and the meat pizza had a spider crawling out of the box , called a staff over and he just stood and looked and said he would get back to us . An hour later we threw it away. Sad sad sad. This was a get away for my 16 year olds birthday and it was just my daughter and 12 year old son staying the night. We called down for pillows and toothbrush. It took 2 hours. There were still no sheets for fold out so we just went looking for them. Horrible. It s 11pm
And kids are still running everywhere. You can t even get on elevators because of them.
Thanks embassy suites for ruining her 16 Th birthday !! Way to go since she chose this over gifts. Shame on your management !!!
And I m sorry but who serves Animal crackers for appetizer in an adult hotel , with chips - no salsa ? Management here needs to visit Corporate Exchange building - they are a class act !!

It was under construction and overall tough since the experience was inconsistent with the grinding and the drilling. The room was nice. We got a discount for being with a wedding party. It was near nothing since it was in a certain area and you need a car to get anywhere. The workers were all great about anything. I have to say the staff was the better part of my experience. Hilton has a policy you have to cancel before 72 hours before the reservation so be warned. They will not break their policy.

This place is great! We came for The RDP food show at the zoo & they provided shuttles to & from. The room was excellent, a living room, an office 2 big screen TVs. Not to mention spotless. They also had complimentary drinks at the bar from 5:30 to 7. Chips & salsa too! Excellent customer service also, highly recommended!

Visited for a wedding brunch. Building seemed very nice. Was a bit odd that the food for our event was simply from the normal breakfast for regular guests. We left the conference room to get our own food. Never experienced that before, but so it goes.

This is a great hotel. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are many, including, a great breakfast and happy hour (FREE). A special thank you to Michael at the front desk for making my grandson feel as though they were best friends!

Can't say enough great things about this hotel. From the super-helpful staff to the enormous rooms with two 55-inch TVs. Beds are superb, furniture and room clean. The breakfast is amazing, as is the nightly reception with drinks and snacks. Pool has adult-hour before 11 so a good time to avoid kids - though this is mainly a business hotel. Two pool tables in the lobby and amazing food from room service. Only problem with this hotel is there's only one entrance and there's almost zero parking near it, so if it's raining, prepare to get wet on the long walk from the parking lot.

Very nice hotel and staff. There was an older gentleman that worked bussing tables and as a server while I was there that stuck out as being extremely kind and hard working-he deserves a promotion.

Awesome place. The breakfast was the bomb! And the bar downstairs was very nice. Very spacious, plenty of charging stations and chairs, sofas, game rooms, pool, definitely will be going back.

We have stayed here in the past and it was awesome but this time due to the renovation going on it's hard to get around and alot of walking. They also seem short staffed also. We were gone all day came back after 4pm and room wasnt done. So we just asked for towels. The breakfast was still good. I hope the Reno is worth it..the hotel will be that way until November!!!

The entire hotel lobby was under construction, this made it difficult to get to our room. The fire alarm went off at almost midnight and we had to evacuate the hotel. Not a good nights rest

Hotel is lovely. Staff was very courteous. The breakfast was delicious! My only complaint was that there were several people in the main area watching a game and were extremely loud! Till around 1 a.m. I was surprised they were not told to be quiet as their echos and cheers could be heard clear up to the 3rd floor where we were and 5th floor where friends were. I guess that's not really on the hotel, just poor etiquette of the guests watching the game. But if you are a light sleeper make sure and tell them when you make the reservation and maybe they can put you somewhere quieter.

Liked the breakfast, happy hour, and snacks with the room. The hotel itself needs a pretty severe overhaul. Our shower leaked. The roof leaked on a second room floor, the fitness center was closed due to the roof leaking, and sitting at the common area we had to move due to water dropping down from the atrium roof. Our carpet was pretty stained , the hair dryer was really old and barely worked, and one of ther light fixtures didn't turn on.

Very positive experience with this hotel. Stayed here for one night for a bachelorette weekend. Room was fantastic, clean and had lots of great amenities not offered by most hotels. Like a made to order breakfast for free and free snacks and beverages in the room. Little mini fridges and friendly hotel staff made for a great stay.

Went to the Embassy Suites for a wedding reception. The food was delicious and the service was great. My one complaint is that the servers would take my water almost every time I went to the dance floor.

Good food....very nice room.....hotel scheduled to many events at once, constantly changing our meeting rooms and diminishing the effectiveness of our meetings with no managers on duty to help while three major events were happening simultaneously

The front desk staff - Nicholas and Aleja - went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and my son! I need help with the business center computers and Nicholas spent 15 minutes trying to find a solution for me (and did!). I needed a spoon, my son needed scissors - and Aleja never hesitated to offer help with *anything* we needed! They were both so helpful and friendly!!!! Their customer service was amazing

It was great except the fire and evacuation. The room was great. Was told we would have milk provided in-room in our package by the front desk (they upsold us on this point as I have a toddler) and we got no milk. Had to keep going to get some.

A very nice site with a beautiful courtroom area, clean rooms and excellent service. We had a two-room suite which was of high quality. When our air conditioning wasn't working we had someone come to look at it within minutes. Breakfast is well above average hotel fare. I would recommend this hotel.
