I loved this hotel very comfortable and very good price

Well! It s hard not to give this hotel a 5 star. I stayed there for 4 night, it was all amazing. I love the staff there, very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak very clear English. Location was good with many things to do nearby.
Nice pool, nice views all over, very clean gym. They could used better fruits in the breakfast bar since we are in an island . They gave me a free upgrade on a corner room . Hilton honor member.
Parkin was very easy and pretty safe.
Happy hour bar was nice with many different drinks friendly bar tenders.

THE BAD) I stayed in many embassy suites around the world as I traveled for work. I have never felt harassed before by security for trying to sho off my room to my sister. They would not let my sister and cousin in the room for more than 10 minutes. Only one day, one of the GM approved my sister to come look at the room for 10 minutes with a threat to charge me $30 per minute if I went over.. ridiculous!!. I stayed in many upscale 5 star hotel, I have never experienced such a thing. I Do understand if this is their policy, but it was not explained in their website that they would not allow visit by family members or friends.
I guess next month I will be booking somewhere else .
I will still be a Hilton honor member for life.

Nice friendly staff. They provide prompt courteous service.The hotel reservations includes breakfast,a free happy hour for hotel guests,free parking and a secure environment.The hotel has an infinity pool.I reserved a suite for my family.The only downside to my stay was the breakfast .They prepare a good breakfast except they do not properly keep some of the breakfast items warm and the bacon was too greasy. I will stay there again and recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, first class facilities (lots of hygiene on all sides) !! I attended a wedding and the service of the waitress service is great, the food uhmmm delicious, they have several rooms that lend themselves to any event. Keep it that way !!! Enchanted of everything.

I love this hotel. It s a estate of the art property. All glass huge tall tower considered the tallest hotel of the island. I originally stayed August 16 till the 20th but extended my stay 5 more days and did not want to leave. Sooo clean everywhere , sheets change daily and suites clean daily. The staff was my best experience because they care for us the minute we arrived. I felt very safe and comfy. Mr wodelman caraballo the gentleman at the front entrance of hotel was so professional, and always recognized us when we were back from shopping. He is an asset to this hotel because the way he told us about the good things in the hotel and where to go in the city. He even got us a magnificent transportation to the airport so safe and polite driver for that I will be grateful. I love the suite I got 707 perfect view of a magnificent pool and the city , the room , living room , kitchenette beautiful and bathroom was incredible impressive with an expectacular view as well and very very spacious. Thank you all for making me feel like a queen.

Very cozy, spacious and comfortable rooms, breakfast (which is included) very rich, fresh and full, there are all the options for breakfast. The staff very respectful but very serious, could use a warm and genuine smile to the client ... that never fails !! In order I recommend it 100%

I stayed at this location for week for a meeting. I certainly enjoyed my stay. Excellent service, friendly staff, and great food worth the price that you pay. I definitely recommend this hotel when in DR.

I had a medical emergency and they did absolutely nothing to support me. I wanted to request some medicines from the pharmacy and they did not support me, they preferred to attend to some Spanish tourists that my emergency

Modern, imposing, elegant, great view from the event hall on the top floor.

Excellent place where you can enjoy the natural life in an all-inclusive environment.

Good stay, with enough comfort, in addition to good gastronomic offer.

In summary, a good place to enjoy a rich vacation.

It is a quiet place and you can enjoy that but there is no interaction with the people in that place.

A world class Hotel with all the amenities. "Infinity" pool, exercise room with all new machines, made to order, free breakfast, and all the best staff. Much more than you would expect, especially if you stayed at a different hotel in Santo Domingo before.
The room are spacious with fantastic views of the city, and like other Embassy Suites hotels, you get a two or three room suite, a kitchenette, and the biggest walk in shower I have ever seen!! (with great water pressure too!!)

The service and perks are excellent for the business traveler. I got a room with one of the best views in the city. There are lots of fast food and upscale places to eat within one block. I especially enjoyed the cigar lounge and the movie theater in the adjacent mall.

Looking for a great place to stay when visiting Santo Domingo? This is it!

Here's why I like it so much:

-Every room has great views with floor to ceiling windows
-Rooms are all very large, you're basically staying in a mini apartment. The bathroom here is larger than my own at home!
-Service is great from start to finish
-FREE breakfast depending on your status
-Easy access to a small mall next door along with a few restaurants to grab a quick bite including Applebees (this Applebees is much better than what you get in the US)
-Close to one of our favorite restaurants (Laurels)
-Easy to catch an Uber
-Hertz rental car available in the parking garage, no need to go all the way to the airport to rent a car (we learnt this the hard way)
-Planet Fitness is located next door, if you have a membership in the US it will work here also!
-Pool area is nice and has a good view, sometimes it does get a bit crowded

We use its convention center every month, the attention is excellent.

Simply the best hotel in Santo Domingo, the best staff, the best suites, great pool, nice breakfast and every day they have a complementary happy hour, I love staying here!!

Details like that the restaurant closes very early for breakfast (9; 30) forces the tourist who came to rest to get up early for breakfast. I did not know and I arrived with all my family just at 9:30 and they did not allow us to enter, the treatment of the employees towards the guests is not the best. I DO NOT go back

You'd get your money worth at this place for a day pass. You pay $DP1,980 = USD$40 for a day pass, out of that money, half goes to drink amd food. Note: If you pass from the amount(half) you're responsable to pay the different. But the food is good and the drinks are good.

Good place to stay for business travelers. Centrally located in Downtown.

Excellent suites, comfortable, clean, good location with many options to eat, the bad thing is that you feel a lot of street noise in the rooms.

I was today December 11 in a meeting with foreign executives, all very well, except that on the way out to the Tiradentes some young people threw stones at the garbage truck ... the same white stones that are adorned in the hotel's flower beds . The security did not do anything and I had to take shelter ... when I reacted there was already a problem, I reported it to the administration and they left to return the call ... they never did it. VERY FLOJA SECURITY WITH THE PENCILS OF CRIMINALS IN THEIR FRONT.

Excellent place very friendly treatment and very good food and large portions. Recommended

All phenomenal, just a little more attention to the arrival outside the lobby.
