Very professional and informative regarding Visa and passport information.

Can t be objective because couldn t even reach a
Consultant. Someone was constantly hanging up the phone. Very unprofessional.

Very poor service, the personnel not available, speaking to a living person demands either a certain degree of deviousness ("diplomacy"?) or brutish persistence. HOWEVER, once one gets through that wall, the staff is helpful and provides meaningful information. Had I to rate the staff and their performance, they would get five stars. Regrettably, since I am rating the Legation of the Republic of Poland, it merits one star only: the Poles seem not to have grasped the fact that good service assures good PR, and the latter helps in being "the darling of the masses.."

Horrible. The staff is rude and condescending. They belittle you and cannot answer your questions.

Very rude over the phone. I have called to get info about obtaining new Polish passport. The person over the phone was interrupting me, could not wait to hang up, did not want to let me ask another questions

I got all information and help as I need, very friendly and professional personnel.

Operator was efficient and professional. My call didn t go through because the line was busy. Then I noticed that Wednesday was the busiest day. My business is not eminent so I ll call back tomorrow. I expect to have the same professional experience.

This place has such rude staff. It was my second time calling to ask a question and second time experiencing unprofessional person on the phone. If they are so unhappy with their job and are unwilling to help customers maybe they should change their job. Do not bother calling there.
