Very poor service, the personnel not available, speaking to a living person demands either a certain degree of deviousness ("diplomacy"?) or brutish persistence. HOWEVER, once one gets through that wall, the staff is helpful and provides meaningful information. Had I to rate the staff and their performance, they would get five stars. Regrettably, since I am rating the Legation of the Republic of Poland, it merits one star only: the Poles seem not to have grasped the fact that good service assures good PR, and the latter helps in being "the darling of the masses.."
