Lousy cars, and very poor customer service. Jim Giese especially, in the "Consumer Affairs" dept. is an embarassment to the company and goes out of his way to make customers feel put out, forgotten, and generally ignored by the company they trusted to buy a car from (Hyundai) and if this man is any indication of the rest of the personnel at this distrcit office, then I'd say this folks is DEFINITELY a company in trouble, and I would run (not walk) from ANY Hyundai dealership -- any other car out there would be a better choice!
