Best gym in moscow! They have child care and both staff and members are so supportive. I have tried anytime fitness and i would never go back!

Very friendly staff and pretty much has all the equipment you need for resistance training and cardio. A big separate room for wellness class that you can use for SAQ training. And also fair price based on what they offer.

This is the best gym ever! Everyone is so supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. The instructors and staff are friendly. They always challenge you to do your best, but don't make you feel bad if you need to take a break. I've had 4 private training sessions which were awesome as well! The KidCare is staffed with moms/gym members who take excellent care of the kids for a very affordable price. Look no further!

What sets this gym apart is the great classes. I love going to HIIT twice a week and the spin classes are great as well.

Clean and welcoming gym. Day passes available with few questions asked and no strings attached.

NIAC is a great place to workout. All the gear and machines are well kept, organized and clean.

Always plenty of room and the patrons all seem friendly. The staff is always working and helpful; more than once I've asked for variations on workouts and received knowledgeable advice. Highly recommended.
