Okay so hear me out! The place is nice and big, security guard was pretty nice and professional. Everything looked great until I was told to wait to get a dock. I waited for an hour to get a dock but I do not complain about this since my appointment was at 10a.m. and I arrived an hour earlier. However, after I received a dock, it took them another 2 hours to unload me which I would say fair considering other companies that sometimes unload in around 4-5 hours. But I still think that 2 hours for unloading is slow because they charge lumper fees! If there were no lumper fees, I would not have complained, however, 2 hours of unloading for lumper fee is slow and kind of unfair to me. In conclusion, the place is nice, big and plenty of room for truckers.

Good place to delivery my appointment wwas 8am . They gave me a dock at 6am . Out 7am . All good. They have over night. Lumber fee too. Security guard is cool old guy.

7a appt. Got called at 515a to go to dock door unloaded by 7. Everything is done thru text links with capstone. Complete everything from comfort of cab.

Arrived at 7:30 for an 8:00 appointment, finally got in the door 2.5 hours later. Attaching photo of their policy if you are late and the penalties. I wonder they apply their standards to themselves? Not likely...

I check in for delivery 2 hours early ,and out in 2 hours good place

In and Out, Unloading was no joke quick!
1, shift Guard (Female) very Professional and courteous.

This is sad had a 6a.m. del checked in 5:30 a.m. said it will be about 3hrs cause its a floor load. Someone worked o. It for about 30 minute, went back to receiving was told another 3hrs, but no one is working on the trailer. But will reject or reschedule a driver if we late. Unexceptable!! No more deliveries to them.
Still here 6hrs and still counting. Went to pay overpriced lumper fee $375 for poor service RIP OFF!!! Don't waste your time delivering here you lose money all the way around. Will make you late to you next appointment.

Glad they allow overnight parking. Wish I could have used the bathroom though. They want us to use the porta potty outside like an animal and spread the virus instead of using the bathroom that has soap and running water.
