Horrible experience living as property owner in one of Emaar projects, they think they bought us so they want to control everything, feels more like jail not a community.

COMPLAINT REGARDING HAMPTONS!!!

DEAR EMAAR,

I RAISED COMPLAINT AGAINST HAMPTONS YESTERDAY AND RECIEVED A CALL FROM MR.JOE TODAY. WHO IS NOT HELPING OR UNDERSTANDING PERSON AT ALL. MY COMPLAINT WAS THAT HAMPTONS IS NOT PAYING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK WHICH I GIVEN THEM ON THE TIME OF RENTING APPARTMENT IN ARIYANA TOWER.

I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE THIS COMPLAINT TO TOP MANAGEMENT TO BE INVOLVED AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM.

MR. JOE WAS JUST SUPPORTING HIM SELF AND HIS SALES AGAENT AND DID NOT EVED HAD COURTASY TO SAY SORRY OR APOLOGIZE ABOUT HOW I FEEL. HE JUST MENTIONED ONE POINT IN WHOLE CALL THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE MY MATTER.

I HAVE TOLD HIM MY FULL YEAR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS AGENT TALHA WHO MANAGE ARIYANA TOWER THROUG HAMPTONS BUT HE DID NOT SUPPORTED FOR ANY OF MY COMPLAINTS.

I RAISED MY COMPLAINT THAT EMAAR REALLY CARE, BUT AFTER TALKING TO MR JOE TODAY I FELT HE AND TALHA IS DOING OPPOSITE OF THAT..

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE REFERENCE WHAT I AM FEELING READ GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR HAMPTONS WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO MINE ONE !!!!

THEY JUST DONT WANT TO RETURN SMALL AMOUNT OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER COMPLETING MY CONTRACT!!!

THIS WAS THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I HOPE YOU GUYS WILL INVOLVE AND HELP TO RESOLVE MATTER

A company whose projects are exaggerated, the prices are the most expensive, and the state real estate company

Bought from them a property that was never delivered and now canceled from their side and still they are not paying back to their customers. .. I bought in 2008 !!!!!

A company that deals with professionalism and high professionalism .. Cooperation with them is fruitful and they have excellent financial solvency for investment and real estate development ..

Don't ever think about purchasing a property from them. You will pay way more than what you will get back. My first and last property from Emaar. The worst investment I have ever made. You'll not only receive your property two years later (if not more), you will also receive the worst customer care, the cheapest materials in your property and the slowest service. I have endured enough with this developer. Their priority is to get the most out of you, not to build a strong relationship with their clients. When receiving the villa, I was told the service fee is waived for a year as it's new property, which is reasonable. Turns out they lied to me. I have leaks and the door and window handles stopped working, its been VACANT. How does handles break in a NEW PROPERTY?? The state of the villa was awful when received. Horrible material all throughout. Be smart and buy from landlords directly or other developers. Avoid Emaar at all costs.

Completed my payments and received completion certificate more than 3 weeks ago, but still keys are not handed over due to problem in their online system for Land registration..Continuous follow up, but weak customer service,..
