Jacobs Land Management, LLC Review

This is a good company to have come take care of all of your landscaping needs.

Emailed info after speaking with someone and have called several times, leaving messages and no returned phone calls. Jacobs Land Management needs to work on Jacobs Office Management !!

They are horrible, they come in my community and half cut the lawns they don t edge the curbs and they don t blow the excess grass from the walk wats. I called the office to complain and the lady put me on hold. She did come back and take my callback information but I have nothing but time. I know where the office is .

They cut my grass 2 years ago....and a rock flew up and crackedy windshield....it is still cracked because they Refused to have it repaired. I called the office...the receptionist was very kind....I called and called....the owner would never return my call....and I even got a police report. The office said that a rock hit my windshield and it did in fact cause the crack.....

Called to request a quote and was told someone would call me back but, they never did. Called a few days later and no one answered. I went with someone else. BUSINESS 101... CALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BACK AND PICK UP YOUR PHONE WHEN THEY'RE CALLING YOU!

Did not trim my shrubs in Oct but paid. Received bill for Nov and not paying until service is rendered. This is not the first time it has happened. Very dissatisfied.

The ran over my tent ...manager was very nice and replaced it . Now they've ran over and broke my birdbath , and I've called 4 times no response. They barely cut the grass and weed eat my flowers !!!:(

Horrible service! This company maintains the lawn at the location I manage. The young men they send out are very unprofessional and lazy. They cut the lawn without picking up the paper, they do not blow the lot, the shrubbery is always half done. I have called several times to have the company fix the problems or at least follow up on their guys but it seems to get worst with each visit. I do not pay for the service it is included in the rent but I am in the contact with the landlord to have them replaced.
