COMPLAINT REGARDING HAMPTONS!!!

DEAR EMAAR,

I RAISED COMPLAINT AGAINST HAMPTONS YESTERDAY AND RECIEVED A CALL FROM MR.JOE TODAY. WHO IS NOT HELPING OR UNDERSTANDING PERSON AT ALL. MY COMPLAINT WAS THAT HAMPTONS IS NOT PAYING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK WHICH I GIVEN THEM ON THE TIME OF RENTING APPARTMENT IN ARIYANA TOWER.

I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE THIS COMPLAINT TO TOP MANAGEMENT TO BE INVOLVED AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM.

MR. JOE WAS JUST SUPPORTING HIM SELF AND HIS SALES AGAENT AND DID NOT EVED HAD COURTASY TO SAY SORRY OR APOLOGIZE ABOUT HOW I FEEL. HE JUST MENTIONED ONE POINT IN WHOLE CALL THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE MY MATTER.

I HAVE TOLD HIM MY FULL YEAR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS AGENT TALHA WHO MANAGE ARIYANA TOWER THROUG HAMPTONS BUT HE DID NOT SUPPORTED FOR ANY OF MY COMPLAINTS.

I RAISED MY COMPLAINT THAT EMAAR REALLY CARE, BUT AFTER TALKING TO MR JOE TODAY I FELT HE AND TALHA IS DOING OPPOSITE OF THAT..

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE REFERENCE WHAT I AM FEELING READ GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR HAMPTONS WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO MINE ONE !!!!

THEY JUST DONT WANT TO RETURN SMALL AMOUNT OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER COMPLETING MY CONTRACT!!!

THIS WAS THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I HOPE YOU GUYS WILL INVOLVE AND HELP TO RESOLVE MATTER
