I had to call them due to the Flooded car of mine. Not very helpful staff. I had to wait on the phone until they just said nothing much can be done. I think this kind of things must be discussed or mentioned in the contract clearly.
It is one of the best Insurance brokers in the market. The staff are very professional and always there to assist you with whatever you need for your car insurance in Al Barsha Branch. The reviews above are not reflecting the quality being served by the company. I would very much recommend it .
We are very saddened and disappointed with LINKS INSURANCE BROKERS (L.L.C) policy not clear make sure you can check before these things if you buy car insurance from them 1. Insurance Transferable or not 2. Cancel policy i suffer both of these points. I cancel my policy but they didn't transfer or refunds.

basic policy thats just for visa stamping purpose and not required any after sales help
third party insurances (you dont required any after sales help with this policy)
Allways contact this people 2months advance and please remind them every 2weeks for reply as they are very busy...
