My experience with ELS Chicago was amazing. Well planned strategy to teach English in all courses, a good variety of programs that will take you to the level you want and last but not least, the easy access to the facility and the learning programs. Overall, from a professional and personal point of view, I strongly recommend ELS to any student who wants tailored support and dedicated attention.
I'm currently taking English classes though their online programs but it's always FRUSTRATING to get answers from them. It seems that all the employees work at home right now due to covid but they never give me answers whenever I email them. It always takes about 2 weeks on average. Also, the woman who is incharge of immigration issues made mistakes a lot and ended up emailing me saying that "I have to go back right now." without any explanations. Even though it was all her faults but she never apologized to me. It was very rude and I really can't believe and stand that they work this way. Please don't take their classes.

My experience with ELS was great . I travel from Puerto Rico to Cleveland and stayed at Cleveland just for the exam. The personal in ELS guide me in the entire process and also recommends me to take a preparation course the day before of the test and it was really helpful for me. The day of the test the personal was really kind, professional on time and accessible Thanks for everything.
I am very glad to study here, there are excellent teachers and classmates, I learned a lot different culture and make a lot of friends. And I love Chicago, which is very trandissional and morden city in the US. There has a lot of musium, in the summer time was great at all. thank you for every one at ELS
