Amazing service and very happy with my carpets!
As first time buyers my partner and I had no clue what we were doing, I'd ordered many carpet samples and wasn't getting anywhere...then we met Monique at Deco Floors! She was friendly and helpful and asked us what we were looking for/how long we wanted it to last/budgets etc. and showed us some options. We borrowed some samples and returned a few days later to order our carpets.
I had my rooms measured early so I didn't have to take time off work and our carpets fitted on a Sunday! Deco were flexible and accommodating every step of the way and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had our kitchen and hallway laid with LVT and a carpet laid in the lounge.

Deco did a great job with both. Very helpful helping to choose flooring we liked within our budget. Everyone we met who works there were very friendly and vinyl floor and carpet both laid efficiently and skillfully. Even helped me out with moving some furniture completely unrelated to the carpet job!

Fully recommend them.

We used Deco Floors for our new carpets in our rooms and landing and their service was great and we absolutely love our new carpets. We had to delay fitting our landing carpets due to unfinished works/leak even though we had already ordered them in and they were already at Deco Floors being stored. Monique was completely understanding of this and accommodated this request which we were so grateful for. The fitters were also great and did a brilliant job on both occasions. We would definitely recommend their service and product range to anyone.

I saw a review of Deco on Nextdoor so thought we d get an estimate. We visited the store in Oakwood and enjoyed talking to Monique who runs it with her brother Bako. They installed a quality carpet at a good price and the service was friendly and on time. When a section needed an adjustment few months later, Bako was here in two days to do it with a smile.

The whole team at Deco Floors were helpful from the start; answering our questions, even coming back to measure twice as we changed our plans. The fitters were clean and considerate too. We are so pleased with our flooring and the service we received. We would highly recommend Deco Floors.

Absolutely superb. We had old school individual parquet tiles throughout our ground floor and engineered planks upstairs. Bako, Monique, Alan, other Alan, and Alex and his wife (sorry, didn t get her name but she was also fantastic) made the entire experience calm from start to finish. They were so patient walking us through options, and their price was as competitive as anyone else s. When it came to laying it they were fast, careful, on time and lovely to have in the house. Upon finishing, the aftercare has been brilliant as well, coming round and helping when there was a a couple of minor marks caused by sofa delivery folks. When there was one slight issue, as there always is with big jobs like this, they resolved it so fast, politely and calmly. Not often I m so happy with a service - they re great people and highly recommended. I d advise going in to see them so you get a feel for their knowledge, choosing a floor is pretty stressful without some experience and advice!

Very efficient and helpful staff. We were able to take away several samples to help make our final decision. Beautiful flooring and very well fitted. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

What a fantastic service!
