They have a land property on the corner of state street and Merritt street in Hamden and also a multi family home. It is left abandoned and being used as businesses parking lot . Grass is over grown with weeds. The home they allow parking on the grass and leaves are piled high on th front lawn, hedges not trimmed and junk on the side of the property.
Cuomo tried to rip me off for $1200 and attempted an illegal constructive eviction on behalf of Joyce Fleming-Doyle. We had the police come out on our behalf and I can contact them for a report if it helps you in your dealings with this business.
Ive lived in New Haven, CT for 25 years and i have never had a greater experience at a residential community anywhere. The owner and staff at Elm City Management are AMAZING!!! Ive been a resident for 7 years and they have been consistant, reliable and old-school personable. When something isnt working, i call and it is fixed THAT DAY, even on a Saturday. I consistently have respectful neighbors which is huge. The owner is very accessible and on the premises at Elm City Management. He greets you with a smile and knows who you are, especially if you happen to drop off your rent check at the office. He will actually ask about your life. He takes great pride in his i
