Ive lived in New Haven, CT for 25 years and i have never had a greater experience at a residential community anywhere. The owner and staff at Elm City Management are AMAZING!!! Ive been a resident for 7 years and they have been consistant, reliable and old-school personable. When something isnt working, i call and it is fixed THAT DAY, even on a Saturday. I consistently have respectful neighbors which is huge. The owner is very accessible and on the premises at Elm City Management. He greets you with a smile and knows who you are, especially if you happen to drop off your rent check at the office. He will actually ask about your life. He takes great pride in his i

properties and so does his staff. The common areas are always maintained and clean and the outside is manicured at all times. I cant say enough positive things about Elm City. Kudos to them. Thanks for reading!
