Very friendly and helpful staff, large and clean room, good and varied breakfast.

Good location, parking right outside the door and nice reception. The breakfast buffet was good but well arranged. The rooms are stale but very well maintained and clean. The bathrooms are clean, although you could pay more attention to details. But the many small attentions and the friendly staff do the same :-)

The hotel is interesting for an overnight stay. The staff are welcoming, there is a small private parking under the hotel and the breakfast is more than adequate. However, the proximity of the station and the road has been a problem for me.

From the reception it looks like a fairly modern hotel but once you enter the room you see that the furniture has never been renovated for some decades, the same that is to say for the bathrooms. All a bit old and overfished. Come on, renew a little! However, the reception staff are friendly and helpful!

Helpful and friendly, clean and tidy rooms, available parking. The premises could use some updating being dated. Shame not to have breakfast in the homonymous bar but otherwise a practical hotel, convenient and clean.

The place is beautiful and all good. But the only flaw is that the bathroom has to ask for the key. SANTILICHERI once said that the bar bathrooms are public so you don't have to take anything to use it.

Average structure ... basic services ... kind staff ... you pay in advance because before 2.00 pm the receptionist does not arrive. When there is no hot water in the morning and you can't take a shower, the staff tells you that it takes 10 minutes to restart it. After half an hour waiting for a solution, I abandoned the structure. They compensate you for 12 for the inconvenience of being left all day on a hot summer day without being able to wash. I don't let anyone give me charity.

Cheap hotel, opposite train station so noisy at night!

The hotel is in a good location, a stone's throw from the station, within a few meters you can find pizzerias and restaurants of excellent quality. The rooms are nice and very clean. We stayed for two nights, with a package of Emozione3 and despite having read that many, with these packages, had found themselves badly (IN OTHER STRUCTURES) both for the booking and for the stay, on the contrary we were really happy. The booking was immediate and the stay a pleasure. I ADVISE!!

It is a bar near the Gemona station. Very convenient to eat a sandwich and drink cold and hot drinks. Excellent coffee and jeenseng.

I booked one night via smart box package. The clean room and the very friendly staff, available even for a check-in outside the established time. The only down side was the breakfast; all packaged things, and not very assorted .. the hotel has a bar and for breakfast the drinks machine! 7 per person for breakfast seems excessive to me if it is prasetata in that way. Positive side only the room and the friendliness of the reception staff ..

The kindness and helpfulness of the manager and staff are very effective: stopping in Gemona (cycling the Alpe Adria cycle route, from Tarvisio to Palmanova) I found a very welcoming place, well equipped with everything you need: spacious rooms, spacious bathroom complete with every accessory, a large room for the storage of bikes (equipped with a truly impressive and enviable set of tools for repairs, at the height of the most demanding and competent mechanic: pinion extractors and bottom bracket, headset and bearings hub, chain tool, polygons of all sizes and much more). If on the phone Mr. Pittini had been very reassuring, in person and with his structure he proved more than up to the promises. For the cyclist then breakfast is fundamental: abundant, very varied and very tasty Definitely to be recommended!

Good structure, convenient location, excellent hospitality, excellent room and bathroom. It left me a little disappointed that the fruit in syrup was old and that my report was replaced only with the one I indicated. Moreover, even if I realized that the bar had a separate management, it didn't seem nice to request the extra amount for the requested soy cappuccino, even though I had actually stressed that I was willing to pay it as an extra.
