Awesome attorney! Eric is professional, concise, knowledgeable, and cares about his client outcomes. I am the CEO of a business and made an unintentional filing mistake with our employee's retirement account. The IRS was involved in the matter. Eric went over the situation with me and gave sound advice regarding my letter to the IRS. The matter was resolved with all fines being dropped and no monies being paid for my mistake.

I've recently set up a company through Eric. My experience with Eric, and the company, was nothing short of amazing. He explained every detail of the process to me in terms that I could understand. Eric, and staff, were courteous, professional and receptive. I will most certainly be recommending Elliott & Davis in the future.

Eric was great to work with when we decided to start up our company. At first we looked into doing everything ourselves, but it got a little overwhelming pretty quick. DON T TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!!!! Rohit Dharwadkar was by lawyers at the time, and I wanted to meet him at his office, he told me that his office was closed down so we decided to meet up at a restaurant, he gave me only 5 mins of conversation and he made me sign a paper which made me give him Permission for him to take money out of my account, THIS man told around $875 DOLLARS out of my account, than HE DISAPPEARED ON ME AND TOOK all of my $875 and I WOULDN T TRUST THIS MAN EVER AGIAN AND IF UR READING THIS DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!

I worked with Eric to set up my first business and he was great to work with. I really had no idea what I was doing, and he walked through the steps, got the paperwork in order, and took care of everything for us. I've even talked with him when I had other legal/tax questions, and he was happy to schedule a call and discuss. It makes me feel better knowing I have a resource like him when I have a question. He was great about answering emails, and even connected me with my current CPA.

I have no complains with this Law Firm. I would only recomend that if you have an immigration case with Rohit Dharwadkar just make sure he keeps you posted on how is your case is moving forward and to give you an update every week or so on what is the next step .
