Always appreciating the food they give. St. Mary's is a life saver.

We were given enough food for at least 2 weeks and allowed to come back in 2 weeks. On holidays we have enough for a service of five adults and two children for a meal. We always go to St Mary's Food Bank and we are always pleased!

The staff and volunteers were very helpful and kind.

They always can help u when your in need all u need is I'd and proof of address

St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance is a GOD send! A little helpful tip and reminder, make sure to take your photo I.D. and proof of residence. If you have any other concerns, call the Alliance directly. GOD BLESS

Okay..so here we go this was my first time going to st. Mary's food bank, I went to this turkey event today, waited in a long line for a while for a turkey dinner didn't recieve one instead ended up with a box of apples, oranges and onions..a couple cans of chickpeas and tomatoes sauce I was so disappointed I called in at the location a woman answered the phone and was so rude I had explained to her in a civilized manner that I didn't recieve a turkey, and I sat there and watched people leaving with a trunk full of items..not recommending this place and not going back now my family and I will go without a Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow..so much for going above and beyond for people which says on your website well thank you everyone and have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The service was fast they're really friendly I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes

Great organization to call upon when needing a little assistance. Pantry provides a variety of much appreciated food items. Many may assume rice and beans would be the extent but I was given box's of General Mills cereal, fresh produce, chicken breasts and multiple loafed bread.

Large food bank.... Little wait.... Friendly staff. Decent parking, handicapped spaces. Ramp and large doors to accommodate wheelchairs.

When you drive by and the long line discourages you... don't let it. I was the last in line and it was wrapped all the way on 31st Ave. I thought for sure I would be there for over an hour. Wrong!!! I was through the line and on my way home in 30 minutes. The staff directing traffic was super nice, helpful and very personable. Seeing the military where food is loaded in trunk gave me chills and tears....they were also very personable, extremely polite and made you forget for a short time your struggle. Thank you to the staff for the amazing things you have done. Thank you to our Military Men and Women who protect and defend our country....and still find time to help those who are struggling. I am very thankful for the food boxes and grateful for everything I was given. It hurts my heart to see some reviews complaining about what was given in the boxes or amount. Whatever you have received was more than you had, be thankful!! Any single mother struggling knows how to make something out of nothing much. Use the food as best as you can or leave it behind for those more appreciative. Thank you again.

Want to do your community some good? Get out and volunteer at St. Mary, they have a variety of areas you can help with from packing food boxes in a fast moving line (think "I Love Lucy- Chocolate Factory" episode) to carrying out food to cars. When packing boxes, bring your crew, this is a great team building event. We did it for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.

What a relief are the overnight bags provided for emergencies and homeless persons. They are available to persons TWICE weekly and are often the sole food supply for homeless persons or those on fixed income. Thank You so much for this benefit and the volunteers who administer it.

Great place to get food boxes for the needy families

First time going to st Mary s or any food bank. Staff was extremely helpful. Thank you St Mary s. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone struggling to make ends meet. Living on a fixed income is not easy especially when it comes to meals. Thanks again.

This place was a blessing for my family when we were going through hard times and we are blessed to be a blessing to sow back into this program today. I notice someone said slow and homeless everywhere but to me that mean they are no respect of person and reach out to all they can. Keep up the amazing good work you do St. Mary's Food bank

I went to the Distribution at Paidiea School today, Friday, 10/23/20. Said "drive thru", but had to walk up about 50 feet and get box. Maybe, I am missing something, the box had 6 cantaloupe and I got a large Lipton Peach Tea. That was all I received ?

We took 15 cases of Florida orange juice that we had over from our delivery last night to that food bank. It was a quick in & out.

Awesome place very helpful. There is always a need for volunteers.

Fresh food brought out by staff or volunteers. The chicken was a wonderful surprise. Will try to get here monthly. They are a huge help.

I volunteered and it was not what I expected. They play music while everyone makes food boxes and it's just a great environment. It's so fun especially if you go with friends.

You can go twice a month but have to have 5 days between visits, the staff are very friendly and they are fast. This place has helped me out when i was going threw some difficult financial times. Thank you St. Marys Food Bank

Saved my family and I from going hungry. Great place. Very clean and organized. Food wasn't ALL that great but nothing to really complain about considering it was free. Make sure this is the correct one for your area. If it's not they will tell you where you have to go. Bring proof of residence and state issued ID or DL.

Today I took 3 of my clients to get a food box. The employees are great! They treated my sweet clients with respect and dignity that they deserve along with everybody else I saw. Way to go St. Mary's and your employees. You all rock, keep up the great work. We all thank you.

When I got there the line was 8 blocks long.
Surprisingly enough it went really quick.
All of the volunteers were Absolutely Amazing.
The amount of food that I received was unbelievable.
We got Milk, eggs, chicken, pork roast juices, fruit, vegetables, snacks for the grandkids.
I truly don't know how we all would make it through this rough time.
Thank you so much for taking care of all of us.

I loved volunteering here. What they do for our community is amazing. If you ever have an an opportunity to volunteer this is the place. If you have money to donate this is the place to donate. Your money is helping so many people. They stretch the money so far if I remember right for every dollar you donate you create 7 meals. That's just amazing.

I'm a social worker and Master level Counselor. I have brought clients to St Mary's and they have taken care of their needs. Friendly helpers.

I m grateful to have this available in times of great need and financials are lacking.
The Food is always in abundance. Their getting better with respect to distribution of nutritional valued foods for consumption conscious individuals. I m grateful for what I receive and what I can t eat, it s never wasted.

If I could I would rate this place zero stars. I left twice with no help to feed my children. I am unemployed at the moment because I am an employee with the school district. No job, no income. I thought I was going to recieve some help from my community but no such thing. First time I got a basket full of berries, bread and sunflower seeds with no powder milk for my your daughters. Second time, a bag full of onions, mexican candy bars, green chilies and a box of mangos. I don't know how they expect families to be fed. Would they eat the food that they gave me? Then they allow folks to trade food in the lobby and give large portions to people who in my opinion look like their just coming for free food. If you are trading then you probably don't need a boxes at all.

They have proved and streamlined there proseses to the point you can be in and out in 10 minutes or less. Bring a proff of address every time it's mandatory as of Jan 1 2019.

I'd never been there and was surprised on how well they treated me. Without any judgement. The staff was great!

Need more of a variety what ever happened to the choose your own food

I am a social worker and I go here for my clients or sometimes with a client to get a food box. The process is very well organized and I think in general as places like this go the waiting times are not bad. However, the food is not ideal. In fact it's pretty bad. That is to say for example the other day I got 50 apples and a six-pack of marshmallow Puffs in a jar.of course I also got two whole fryer chickens and 4/2 gallons of milk and two large cartons of good Greek yogurt so it's better than nothing. it's just that often several of the items are not very healthy and would tend to make the family that gets them pretty fat. but I know they're doing the best they can and I think it's a great organization. Recommend.

Very helpful place only bad part there volunteer are in a bad mood and dont talk to customer look down on you and treat you bad employees are very helpful as long as you bring proof of address and a id otherwise will not help you long lines and only two or three employees helping customer long lines and dont explain very much ask question and mostly get run arounds if not they tell you to ask when you come back another good thing it is very clean when call your number to got to go and ask them cause they dont tell you who called you or where to go mostly english speaking not a lot of spanish speaking employees so when they dont speak english have to ask other customer for help they state they open to four but after 3:30pm they tell u to come back tommorrow

In and out and was able to get food for my family with out having to prove anything with berth certificates and marriage licenses thank you St Mary's

St. Mary's has always and will always be a wonderful organization. It a shame that 1 bad manager can ruin it for everybody. The last time I was there, upon turning over my clip board, the girl told me my area code says I should be at Hope for Hunger. I was is fact at Hope for Hunger a few times that week and every time I went they (Hope for Hunger) was closed due to lack of volunteers. I explained that to the girl and she called a manager over because it was noted on my account that I was told before I should be at the other food bank. I again explained to the female manager my dilemma and she very rudely denied me a food box. I have never ever been denied a food box or treated so poorly. I left embarrassed and hungry as well as depressed about telling my family why I came home empty handed. I wish I knew her name. Shame on that manager. I was certainly not trying to pull a "fast one" with food boxes or anything. I do know that this wasn't the norm for the way St. Mary's usually treats people. It's hard enough having to need a food box when up until a couple years ago I never couldn't supply my family with basic needs like food. My health took a wrong turn and wow! Anyway, God bless St. Mary's.

For those who are in need this service is great. Now that Covid is dictating the rules, the Guard has engineered a drive through system that is touchless, and efficient. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes. They can process 10-12 cars at once, so any lines to get in move quickly.

Loved volunteering here, I went with people from work, but I think I ll start coming here with my family, too. Super organized, they have a system and it works, the time went by so fast, and we got a lot done.

The Management Dock Workers and Drivers are Great. There working for a Great cause it's Safe,friendly and Quick

This place is horrible. They only help people who have roofs over there heads. How are they more important than people who don't have a place to sleep at night who are hungry? They turn you down if you're homeless. Do not come here or even bother if you are homeless. You're better off wishing for a miracle of food to happen in your face then coming here. There extremely rude and do not care about the homeless community. This should be a case of discrimination.
