Overnight room was adequate. Breakfast is fantastic...well worth the visit just for this if you are that inclined.

- room was very small (think London size) for price - really not practical for 2 people - not typical for Stockholm
- I realize there's no need for airco most of the year but in the middle of summer room was, esp. considering size, barely tolerable

This hotel is very central. Do not expect too much with the room but the amount is reasonable relative to the location. Extraordinary service from the hotel staff.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Nice room - the bed was so so comfortable - and breakfast served in next door restaurant Vassa Eggen was fresh and tasty and very plentiful. The hotel staff always helped me out with any queries I had in a very efficient and friendly way. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

Wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff. The breakfast is top notch.

It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff! Unfortunately there was no AC so they were nothing to prefer during hot days!

Great location, pleasant if not huge rooms with great view and superb breakfast in a really nice dining area . Plus Mauro was a great help to us (thank you!).

Good bed, pillows and duvets. Too hot but could not open the window or adjust the heat yourself. Loud music echoing in the courtyard.
Small toilet where you had to turn 180 degrees to reach the toilet roll.
Got info at the reception that it took a quarter of an hour to walk to the center, it took 30 min but caught the train by 2 minutes margin.

The hotel is very well located with proximity to most things. The staff was friendly and the room was fine. However, there was not a proper door (sliding door only) that could be closed and locked to the toilet, which was a minus.
But the downfall was still the music from the restaurant that thumped loudly only until 02.00. Did not get much sleep.

Very nice hotel. Room was located to the street 2nd floor but no too loud noises. Bed was amazing ja breakfast was best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time.

My first visit to Sweden and I'm glad I stayed at the Elite Plaza. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, which is appreciated, and there's always a sense of courtesy and respect in the air. The location is fantastic, directly opposite is a wonderful park full of things to see and enjoy. Shops, restaurants and bars and more are all close by. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel, period, although it did not change much. Room & bathtub were clean and pleasant. I noticed the restaurants in the area were busy, but my room faced the courtyard and in was very quiet.

Central. Very small rooms, unfortunately you cannot stay two people in a superior room. Toan feels like a caravan toilet. Room service is not 24/7.

My room was located to side street and the noise from outside was terribly high.

Great location and friendly staff. European Central cooling system for whole hotel meant for a warm night. Staff helpful and supplied a much needed fan for the room. Stayed 4 nights in June.

I had a wonderful experience here with the concierge staff - namely Amada who helped me navigate around the city when my phone was dead! Muchas gracias Amada and I highly recommend the service of this lovely hotel!

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are neat and clean. There is breakfast in the hotel and a restaurant in the same building.

Excellent location within walking distance to most of Stockholm's tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of fresh warm and cold options. Rooms are small but very functional. Only negative was hearing the late night restaurant music through the closed window.

Booked de lux rooms, not what they were called mini bathrooms, dirty and broken plastic curtains had to change rooms up and down in category without compensation.
Asked for a kettle to come, called down but had to go down and get tea and coffee myself was not included, we had changed rooms but paid for deluxe. Came back to the room when there were no glasses. Called down we had to pick up ourselves if we wanted they had no staff ....

Embarrassing and bad never again Elite Hotel I live very much in hotels but will never come to you again ....

First the positives: good breakfast and well cleaned, clean and tidy, but
, unfortunately miserable standard in the rooms, small DARK creeps that do not make a person happy. Costs a minor fortune to upgrade to something better, worn (even the junior suite was hesitant) WARNING to prepay without being able to cancel. Small beds. Unfortunately, it was only 1 star

INCREDIBLE BAD SERVICE!
Sent an inquiry by mail three weeks ago. When I asked for an answer after three weeks, I received an answer. Total silence before that. Know nothing about the hotel but if they do not even respond to mail, the experience on site cannot be better.

It had a Nice atmosphere, very good and helpful service. The rooms and food was excellent.

The room was nice, big plus that there is parking in guarded p- house right across the street not so expensive, breakfast that is well stocked nothing, the night staff very pleasant as arranging coffee whenever we ask so absolutely worth going to and affordable price in Sthlm city

Very friendly staff and an incredibly good breakfast. But several things in the room were broken. The room bar was incredibly hot but did not get any AC, the minibar was hot and all the drinks were hot. Didn't even get cold water when I asked, but they said I'd buy my own !!. The furniture on the balcony was broken did not get to sit on them. I don't think it is a four star hotel but more two star !!!

Good breakfast is included in the rent. The chair in the room is not comfortable for working. Hot sauna is complementary but is required a reservation beforehand. The receptionists are nice and friendly. Internet is good.

Beautiful place. Very Scandinavian architecture. Gorgeous. Nice cafes and restaurants. Beautifully decorated in Christmas. Wonderful to walk around, relax and enjoy.

The rooms are very small, but I think it's common in Stockholm center. Breakfast was very good.

Good value for the money. The room is quite small, but practical. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is large yet feels quite cosy and intimate due to the separated rooms. Having breakfast here is quite a nice experience, since it's dark lighted, so it has a romantic touch to it.

Nice hotel in beautiful building with pleasant personnel. Small room, but hey, it's Europe... clean and comfortable. AMAZING breakfast....sit for a long time and just enjoy the great food and soothing lighting and music... seconds to many nice restaurants and shops...

Very elegant hotel, rooms were nice and amenities sufficient. Included breakfast was definitely a highlight, more than expected. Overall atmosphere is a little cold, could be more inviting.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of noise late in the night, our suite was cramped and had bad chairs and hooks to hang our clothes on. The breakfast was good with the two days we were there it was very crowded and scarce. Our room also had an noise from the element that could not be removed.

My third time staying here and it's my go-to for Stockholm when on business. Great room and friendly staff. Located perfectly!
