Good breakfast, mostly rooms are good. Good location

If you have bad luck, you will end up in a small, crowded double room with a sofa that faces the TV. Ask the reception about the possibility of changing rooms.

Many rooms are close to the hotel's connected club, and vibrate with extremely loud base all night. Most will need earplugs or strong drinks to sleep

Wasn't dissappointed by this place. The interior is preserved from old times and looks noble. The room was quite small, but comfortable with quality furniture. The bed was very comfortable. There was a bath, not shower! The breakfast was great. The personnel was polite and friendly. The only downside was the noise from the street, as there is some night life, and on a hot summer night I had to sleep with the window opened, no air conditioning.

Staff: perfect, very helpful and nice
Location: perfect. Very well situated.
Services: poor, gym and similar in another building near but you have to walk outside.
Breakfast: poor, not varied, difficult to find tasty options, even compared with others of the same chain.
Rooms: clean, small, some in floors that can not be accessed by guest elevators.

Overall: 3. Must work in accessibility, services and offer more local breakfast.

Have stayed here several times and this time we unfortunately got a worse room without air conditioning which is not OK 2018.

Rooms with front to Birger Jarls Gatan is very noisy

We got a superior room but it's nothing special in it, the facility is poor, a water boiler and cups would be nice. The breakfast is boring compare to other hotels, as the choices are limited. Also, the bartender at night was pretty rude. Over all it was not a very pleasant stay, and I must say that the other Elite Palace is def better.

Hotel has a very small entrance but don't let that put you off. Once inside it opens up to a marvellous and modern hotel. Facilities are excellent as are the wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast choices were of the highest standard as we're the cleanliness of the rooms. Hotel is very centrally situated for a perfect trip to Stockholm.

The room I had was small, but everything there was was king size and well maintained and new. I slept in room 308 and everything was quiet and fun.

The breakfast was pissed for jazz tones and New York feel ....

Nice and good hotel with good service and nice rooms. Good location close to major shopping centers and good restaurants. Wall in the wall with the hotel is the star hook Vassa Eggen, if you plan in good time you can be lucky to book a table there. Incidentally, you eat breakfast inside the restaurant's premises, which is very cozy. The breakfast is of good quality but is nothing sumptuous.

Great location in the middle of town. Good with parking facilities on David Bagares street around the corner. There is usually a place.
The rooms are not huge but is msn itself it is no problem If you are two I recommend going up a class or two. Good breakfast inside Vassa Eggen, which by the way is perfect for a beer or two.

Tingest roms ever! Its ok of you only want to sleep and take a quick shower but it is not an enjoyable rum.

This is my favorite hotel in central Stockholm. Good quality on the rooms, even if the toilet room was a bit too cold for my liking this stay. I'm visiting on my own and can't speak for the bigger rooms if you're staying as a family. Excellent breakfast, I look forward to it every visit :-)

Cold in the room. Disastrous breakfast arrived in the room without a coffee cup and with a dry bun instead of a croissant. Unpleasant lady at check-out who refused to face her eyes. The room cost taken twice from the account. I met two nice employees at check-in but that is probably the only positive thing I have to say. However, the location is good.

Hotel very well located and good quality reception very good, the only downside is the size of the rooms a bit reduced though we had ordered a deluxe room supposed to be bigger.

Great stylishly furnished rooms with everything you could wish for and the breakfast is also really good! A small minus that they do not have their own gym but not so it justifies a reduction of the overall grade. Come back.
