Nice establishment. Well renovated. But noisy street until 2 am because of the steak house on the ground floor.

Would not book again, nightlife very noisy, even with the windows closed, hotel desperately in need of a makeover!

Central location in Stockholm. Rooms are small but clean.

A very pleasant hotel. Good breakfasts. Minus for the lack of a gym (it is available in a friend hotel 500 m away).

Clean room. Super good breakfast buffet. Be careful when crossing the Atlantic you will be given a single bed (1 place) if you are alone. The mattress could be harder! Two great restaurants located downstairs / next.

It s impossible to sleep at this hotel. From 5am there are lorries backing in just by the window (rubbish collection or something) and it goes on for hours. I would suggest rescheduling that type of work for later in the day...

Hotel is a good position (10 min walking to shopping area and 15-20 min walking to all touristic attractions).
Also a VERY GOOD BREAKFAST: you can have a very good sweet breakfast (with self made nutella waffel) or salted breakfast.
Rooms are just a little bit small, but to be honest, I'll recomend it.

The staff is very nice, the breakfast is good, it is clean and well maintained. There are deductions for partially unbearable nights. There is no air conditioning and now in summer you have to open the window to avoid stifling heat at night. Unfortunately, it is then very loud, not the traffic, but especially loud and drunken people coming out of the bar and continue celebrating on the street under the windows. Many guests have complained here, on the part of the hotel it was unfortunately only one could not change it.
Unfortunately, we can not recommend the hotel (for the summer), but would definitely visit in winter again.

Cozy hotel, within walking distance of the old town.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, great friendly staff. If you open windows, a lot of noise is heard from the street, otherwise the hotel is in a great location, right in the center.

Unfortunately no information that the SPA part was not included for my 12 year old son when we booked. There was no info on the website either. In addition, it cost an extra SEK 195 per person, which we did not get info about when we booked the family room. Luckily we at least had to cancel on site in favor of another hotel 5 min away

Good location, good breakfast. Pretty small room (standard room) but it is enough if you are only there when you are going to sleep.

This is a strange hotel. I travelled alone and was given a single room. I travel alone quite often and can't remember the last time I was given a single bed. The room was smaller than I've ever seen. It suited an English seaside guesthouse, not a 4 star hotel in a countrie's capital. There were no tea/coffee facilities. It needed redecorating. There was no air conditioning. The bathroom was passable but minute. The mattress offered no support and gave me a "hammock" like feeling. The breakfast was excellent as is the location. My room overlooked the park which was very pleasant. The central staircase is very attractive. One of the best points was the gym, unfortunately this was in their sister hotel, the Eden Park that is a couple minutes away.

Hotel a la "old prison". Everywhere you expect gray. Long narrow corridors with small adjoining rooms - cameras. Full price does not match the quality. Stay one night, but no more.

An average hotel at a good location. The room wasn t cleaned that good and breakfast is average.
The tv channels had really bad reception.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, rooms very small. Very annoying noice from the restaurant until 24h. I had to phone 4 times until they stop. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Our room was at the back of the hotel and didn't get the wifi(free) so we were moved to the front of the hotel overlooking the park at no cost. In the night you can hear the bass from the bar down below but this is easily put out of mind. Breakfast was incredible with such a large selection of fresh produce, cheeses, meats and normal breakfast things. We had this hotel booked for us as a surprise holiday through srprs and we couldn't be happier.

Good location with very good rooms. Just big and comfortable bed, only negative with the room was the bathroom floor which was somewhat cold. Fully stocked breakfast buffet with vegan options.

Besides the hotel being centrally located, I am not sure why it is so popular. It is expensive and the building is old. Sounds from the bar next door are heard late at night and likewise the neighbors are heard on the inside of the building. I got to sleep with earplugs. Stains dirty walls and very small room (Standard Queen). I also couldn't use the pillows as they raised my neck too much. Besides the location, the only positive thing I can say is that the bed is comfortable and the breakfast perfectly ok - waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheeses etc.!

We were well met by staff but we arrived a little early and room was not ready. Staff took hand of baggage while we went for a coffee. The room which I can call a junior suite was clean and well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was compact but suitable for purpose.
The hotel operates with what could be classed as a grill bar.we didn't try the food. Same facility is used as the hotel bar so there was no area to relax. This area was also used as breakfast room which was below typical Elite hotel standard. Staff were excellent in all areas.
