Anna is so helpful and kind. Moved to Element 42 in December and have had a great experience all around. Diego is helpful too. He has a great attitude.

My fiance and I just moved here about a month ago, and initially the apartment had some appliances that were not working right. I made sure to let the manager, Jaime, know and she was quick in addressing the issues. They replace what needed to be replaced and they even re-cleaned our apartment after doing that. I am very grateful and happy to see how much they care about their residents. Ana, the lady that works in the office is very attentive and helpful, as well as Diego, and the other maintenance guys. If you're looking for a place in West Seattle I definitely recommend applying here.

I lived in a studio apartment at Element 42 and loved it! Sweet location, great quality apartment, and the common spaces such as the roof top patio are really nice. One of the best parts is the amazing staff, Anna and Diego, who go out of their way to help make Element 42 a great home!

Element 42 is an ideal place to live, not only because the building is clean, attractive, and well-managed, but also because it's located in a thriving walkable neighborhood with access to so many different options: stores, restaurants, banks, a beautiful park, and even Alki Beach, just 1.3 miles away. I feel at home the minute I walk through the door, especially now at Christmas time with the lobby festively decorated. The bottomless candy dish is also much appreciated! And I look forward to using the roof-top deck in warmer seasons. Kudos, also, to the kind and helpful management and maintenance staff.

Living at Element 42 the past 6 months has thus far been a great experience. 2 major factors behind this are their daily on site staff: Anna and Diego.

Anna always welcomes you with a friendly greeting and never fails to have answers or a solution you may need in a timely manner. Diego is always on the move and finds a great sense of pride in his work- I offered to help him with some trash duties and he said no no I love my job! .

I highly recommend considering Element 42, and look forward to extending my lease.

My partner and I have lived at Element 42 in West Seattle for 6 months. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. The building is very tidy and the convenient amenities include an onsite fitness and parking garage. 24 hour grocery stores Safeway and Metro Market are a block away for convenient shopping or getting your late night ice cream fix.

The current leasing agent is Anna. She provides a knowledgeable service with a compassionate demeanor, while efficiently meeting your needs. Diego is the head of maintenance and is a constant presence in the building. He manages to keep a big smile on his face despite his busy workload.

Element 42 is in an ideal location and is sleek and modern for your busy lifestyle. Highly recommended for singles or couples, and your fur children are welcome.

We have rented a nice open one bedroom here at Element 42 for the past year. From the first day onward Anna has been most welcoming. Everyone from management to maintenance has been quite professional.
We loved being near Hiawatha Park and the ability to walk to Met Mark, Safeway, Alki beach, and lots of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant place to live.

I am semi new to the area & have been looking for a new place, I have been to a few places in the area but Element42 exceeds the other places I ve visited. First I was impressed with how clean & well maintained the property was and I had the pleasure of speaking with Anna she was beyond helpful & very knowledgeable about any questions & concerns I had. If you re in the area looking I would highly recommend stoping by here first !!!

I have lived at Element 42 two separate times during my time in Seattle. Both experiences were great! The only downside was the noise below from the Safeway, but you eventually get used to it.

Every staff member that has worked at Element 42 has been exceptional and have gone above and beyond to help with any issues that arose. These issues were extremely minimal and were address almost immediately.

Angelica in the front office does an incredible job addressing any questions I have and always has a positive attitude when I go to the office.

Diego is without a doubt the most exceptional maintenance worker I have ever encountered anywhere I have lived. His positive attitude, great work ethic, and promptness to addressing apartment issues speaks volumes of his character. This is the type of employee any company should be grateful to have. He literally goes above and beyond to take care of the residents and I truly believe that Greystar and Element 42 owe this man a raise, a promotion, and an award for the work he puts in.
