Services are very poor, they make you to wait for long time un necessarily. No one is available at counter.

Person receiving the hard drive doesn't even communicate properly, behaviour was almost ignorant. She says server down keeps walking away. Doesn't even tell whether to wait or to come tomorrow.

If your Hard drive is not working at all and you have it under warranty and need a replacement,. This is the place.
No data recovery happens here and the new Hard t will be sent to you r address after filling a form here and hand over the hard drive needs to be done.
This place is a 3rd party vendor called inspirisys solution limited, which handles this task at 1st floor. Location is 100 percent correct and precise.

Make sure you have internet on your phone as the form needs to be filled online.

Only replacement centre
If there's any data in harddisk take backup and clean it via third party before giving to replacement.

Very bad customer service. They suggested to get the product repaired at local vendors than their official center. Not sure why they have established this service center

On expensive side. But does good trusted service. Quite difficult to search the place using Google maps.

You can drop the faulty harddisk under warranty and new one will be sent to your postal address. No data recovery from faulty harddisk

No repair and no data recovery. If warranty available then only replacement with new after a week without data recovery. Not satisfied.

You people should change your name Replacement centre in the place of service centre. Staffs are least bother about customer here.. Of we ask for data recovery, they simply recommend you to replacement.
