Whole building run downed , most of the escalator not functioning.
Doubt whether safe to stay inside the premises.

Very run down now & many shops have closed down....

A lively place for shoppers. Plenty to shop around with availability of banks, restaurants, and hotels.

Become a requirement of Students and the community to buy daily necessities

Wide range of choices for shop even hotel. But the parking system is a bit rusty.

Large mall with a good variety of stores, coffeeshops and restaurants. Very few ATMs! It becomes usual to see many people standing in queues waiting for an ATM.. Which is a shame for such large mall!
* Update: Two ATMs have been added to the mall in October 2017, thank you for responding to our request..

Service, cleaning and place lighting need more improvements.
But overall, I advise to give it a visit..

One and only nearest shopping mall from Tuaran or Ranau towards Kota Kinabalu Town area

Not really great location-wise. It's at the far back. But the store is quite big and you can easily find items you want.

Elevator lifts end to end too far and difficult lift access ..

Because it is like one stop center. Have a mall amd hotel in 1 place.

Its a nice place but far from the city. Personally, this is not my favorite place / taste.

Visiting almost every month.. My favourite Watson brances

Great shopping mall for tourists who stay at nearby hotels and also convenient for staffs and students of UMS.

Friendly staff. Not so crowded. Placed a bit hidden inside 1B mall.

Aisles are a bit too narrow for strollers to manoeuvre

A Great place to shop as it has huge parking space and a very safe friendly environment not to mention a diverse stores but the escalator does not work well.

1 borneo hyper moll is the best for us to travel as a family. All the stuff is there.

sometime ok sometime not ok...1week stay ok..everything in order, 2 weeks stay no water heater,

Lots of shops, Reflexology Centres, Hotels, ..you name it! Many restaurants at the basement...Pizza Hut, KFC etc..

It's huuuuge! This was mh second time here and everything you can find here!

Its good being here.. there's a lot of things I could find even its a bit expensive.. beside that,there are variety of shop..you can do a shopping things here..

Quite good, excellent services and have many of choice to buy especially for toiletries and personal hygine

The toilet need improvement, not very clean and smell funny
