The store is a bit hidden but the store is easy to spot once you're inside.

Hypermarket, hotel 4 stars are available...bowling centre at rm5 per game located at 2nd floor

Lack interest mall. Too much broken and rundown facilities such as lift, escalator and so on. Too many closed premises cause as no tenant. Service seriously bad. The only attraction here is because the hotel, restaurant, parkson, cinema and the others. But the mall is really bad.

Suitable for bringing children to play .. various toys there ... ank play easy mother bshoping out of money c the husband..hehe

A lot of the escalator is non working. Some of the shop have closed or move away to other shopping mall. Overall the place is clean and equipped with a good facilities such as toilet or surau with medium to high crowd flow on saturday and sunday.

This shooping mall..is huge and have a lot of food there..

This shopping mall is okay and have many tasty foos especially rainbow kiosk.

It's struggling to survive. With so many new mall opening in KK, many stores are leaving this place.

Nice train ride for kiddy, but need longer route for each ride.

Escalators not working, shops closing down... If not for GSC, Parkson and Giant, (and UMS students) this mall could close down in the future.

The cheapest beer on Borneo. And the shrimp are good

Great place. There's always an event here. It's still the biggest hypermall in sabah no doubt. Most of the branded shop is here. Its a great experience to be shopping here.

a lot of convenience stores..but very strict ( attire ) @ swiming pool..wearing swimming suit (a bit loose) but they not recognize it and not allow to enter the swiming pool

Complete one-stop shopping mall with cinema, complete fast food outlets, public events, joint hotels, easy parking. ATMs are limited and the road to and fro are prone to daily traffic jams.

Year by year, worst maintenance. Escalator break down always, cooling systems down sometime, lift always under maintenance but never solved. Tiles broken everywhere, Car park $3 , toilets $0.50 no water, toilet $0.30 got water, vip toilet dirty. See to believe. 1 Borneo is dead sooner. No more a family shopping complex, 1 Borneo became UMS student station. Too crowned with student. It's fact!

The largest Hypermall at Sabah!
Got 4 hotels, GSC cinema, Boring, Karaoke and many more branded goods to buy, many famous restaurant to eat, kids play station.

A good shopping mall. It is suitable for teenagers as the shops there is not the high class expensive shops. It is quite long, thus may not be suitable to individuals who cant walk long distance

Didnt have any chair to sit but its good place for shopping

Park your ride at the basement park, as it is easier to find space. Food choices are not much, and the toilets are still not that good.

Great place to shop and hang out with friends. There's a cinema (GSC) on the 3rd floor if you wanna watch movies, plenty of place to eat down on the basement floor. Large, spacious and comfortable, and relatively safe compared to the other shopping malls around KK city.

This place is so huge even I, a regular visitor can get lost inside.

Comfortable lounge for all ages :) all ok except the toilet, there is vandalism. Disappointment with maintainence.
