I've never been disappointed with a performance here

Really nice venue. Great acoustics. Easy to get in and out of.

The Richardson Symphony Orchestra had a great concert with a most amazing violinist!

Nice venue for plays and other performances. This venue is right off highway 75 and there are some street parking but there is a covered packing lot connected to this location.

Attended Hamza Namira s concert there. Very clean place and all staff are very cooperative!

Went to see a play, great small venue but the seats were SO uncomfortable that I had to stand off to the side almost half the time.

My daughter sang here for the Richardson Wild Flower competition I had no idea this gem was hidden in my own back yard. It is a beautiful event center.

We came to the Opera Shen Yun very impressive stunning Opera the tickets for this performance are underpriced at $100 to $150 definitely a must see and the staff extremely friendly and helpful Thankyou!

Remarkable facility! The floor plan leaves not a bad seat in the house. You will feel a personal connection with each performance.

Expansive concert hall with fine appointments and great acoustics

Very nice performing arts center! Highly recommend. Beautiful artwork inside and in the gallery on the top floor. Comfortable seats, clean bathrooms, great sound quality. What more can you ask for?

This is an amazing small venue that is a great value for the live theater enthusiast who doesn't want to drive to Dallas.

The Eisemann is a great place, good parking, well laid out, good acoustics. I've had no problems here.

Wonderful venue. The smaller theater has smaller seats, but a very intimate feel to it. Avoid the restroom if at all possible, particularly women. Access and egress is a nightmare.

The BEST place to attend a performance! Seats are spacious with plenty of knee room for my 6'2" frame. Acoustics are great. Well staffed to help locate your seat.

Expansive architecture, high ceilings, spacious enough for large groups and breathtaking to experience. I highly recommend it for any occasion. Small tables with chairs in one area outside the concert hall, but inside the building. Vendor tables were set up nearby along with a permanent concession stand.

Very nice place. Parking is easy and close. Very helpful staff, and lots of them. Seating is good in every area.

Acoustically excellent. All seats are excellent and much closer than the mega sized venues elsewhere.

I perform at this venue once a month. Backstage is spacious. A lot of reverberation in the concert hall, which for classical music concerts requires players to articulate more. They have nice dressing rooms downstairs. Overall, the venue is good for performers and audience. I would recommend it.

Great place....only complaint is they are not equipped to handle the rush of intermission.....almost impossible to purchase a refreshment, consume it, then be back in your seat in time.

This is a nice place, and it's one of the very, very few such venues where all the workers are really, really nice and friendly.
And the Concession.... Ah, yes, friendly people, reasonable prices, and generous pours of wine and liquor... Really...instead of wondering why you're getting shorted, you can't believe they are still pouring.
Turns out (I realized after I got my credit card statement), it's run by Renaissance Hotels. Maybe I need to start staying at Renaissance Hotels.
Oh, and one other nice plus... You can take your drinks into the theater!!

Great show in the black and white series. Nice intimate theater and conveniently located near the highways.

Wonderful evening of entertainment. The Eiseman Theatre is the best!

Went for the opening night of the Richardson Symphony Orchestra. The facilities are nice including the bar drinks. Multiple venues inside.

Great performance by the Richardson symphony and the Broadway boys! The Eisemann Carter is wonderful!

I am here with my mom to see her favorite band ever. Asleep At The Wheel.

There was a bunny outside the night I went to the Eismann for a work event. Would recommend for any event, with or without bunnies.

One big box of concrete. I like the Eisemann. It might be a better experience if there where art instalations, better food and more adept bartenders. I go for the performances.

The Eisman center has various price ranges We paid $12 each for the highest seats in the house. We took the elevator to the top floor BUT still had to climb 23 steps to get to our seats. However, the Vocal Majority singing group was worth even paying to park two blocks away. They do have valet parking.

Update: The center has contacted me and made it right.

I have been to this venue before and never had issues.

However, my daughter is in a dance recital at the venue in May. I logged on at the time the tickets were going on sale and I had all the tickets loaded into my cart. As I was trying to pay for them the system shut down. Not only did I not get the tickets I had selected I ended up having to sit way further back then I originally had selected.

I understand that there are technical issues that do happen. With that said your team should have stopped the sale of the tickets for that event. I am extremely frustrated and upset.

With the amount of money this venue makes from events throughout the year you would think that they would hold tickets for a specific amount of time before another person is able to select/purchase those seats.

The singers always are very good the Senior Follies is very good also

Great event center, had a hard time concentrating because attendants kept getting on to people taking pics of the contestants. No I was not one of them but in fairness it said no filming but didn't say pics weren't allowed.

Went to see the "Redhead and the Cuban". Great musical play.

Very nice and clean area. Ushers seemed well trained and everything went as planned. Good venue.

Excellent facility. Have been here numerous times for various events. Including symphonies, shows, plays, and catered dinners.

Parking was a mess during a large event. Other than that, the center was very nice and staff was professional.
