We saw Shen Yun and it was the best performance I have ever seen.(I have been going to the theater over 30 years). A definite must see and better that expected.
Warning - unlike other places you can only take bottles of water into the performance hall. There was as n intermission for more refreshments though.

I enjoyed performing here and the staff was amazing! However I m pretty sure if you are actually IN a show you aren t supposed to get charged for parking- the attendant charged me twice over the weekend as I was leaving from rehearsals. Other than that it was a lovely weekend and it was amazing to get to be here!

My daughters spring performance was held here today. We were disappointed with the seating, we ordered front row seats at the price of $35.00 per seat of course thinking they would be the best seat in the theatre. To our surprise the stage was over our heads, we could not see from their feet to their ankles on the ballerinas. It was so awkward, uncomfortable and disappointing. To charge $35 for the worst row in the room is just ridiculous, I would highly recommend sitting 3rd row and beyond. Maybe even up on the balcony to get a great view of the whole stage! That front row is just way too close to the stage, so of course that initially knocked off a star for a review. Then, right in the middle of my daughters recital, the fire alarm went off, the whole theatre had to be evacuated. We waited for fire dept. to show to be told it was a malfunction and only a tech person can fix it: so we had to leave and MAYBE come back at the 7pm show. We had 4 family members drive from out of town and had to get back home, we had dinner plans so of course the 7pm show didn t work for us. So my daughter had to miss her own recital. I understand these things happen but I expected some more professionalism as far as rescheduling went! another date would ve been more accommodating. I later found out only 4 girls from my daughters class showed up to perform, that s 4 out of 12!! I called to get a refund for my 8 horrible tickets and immediately the lady said yes of course! I was very grateful for that, it was the least they could do. Which is why I hold this review at 3 stars. Beautiful theatre, convenient flower shop inside and there were cute ballet trophies! I really hope this doesn t happen again to anyone else! It was heartbreaking.

This a great venue for up and close concert performances. Italian restaurant across the street. Nice lobby bar for early birds. Parking is all in walking distance. Arlo Guthrie and Herman s Hermits were great shows.

Beautiful center! My friends and I had the pleasure of visiting to watch Shen Yun perform on January 11th. It was incredible! We were blown away by the beauty and artistry of all the artists and musicians. The choreography was so entrancing and the colors so vivid.

Before seeing the performance we walked around the Eisemann Center and also enjoyed the artwork from local artists. What a wonderful evening!

What a wonderful experience for my daughter! We attended the Dolls and Dudes Disney Pageant for the disabled. The staff were so kind. The volunteers were knowledgeable and attentive. The ROTC came out and landed support too. There were so many people thT contributed to ensuring that our loved ones had one of their best days to date. The Center was immaculate and easy to navigate with valet parking as a wonderful bonus.

We went to wash a marvelous presentation of Vocal Majority. Finding seats and entries to the hall is a kind of tricky the first time. I was in the Mezzanine and was able to ear and see fine.

The location is a bit isolated in a mewly developed area of Richardson. We enjoy the performances there because the isn't the congestion of a downtown venue. Parking is not free, but it's in a garage and not expensive.

Ticket prices are also reasonable, but they don't tend to have top-name talent, either.

We enjoy it because it's a pretty stress-free evening out.

Visited here for the Nutcracker play and it was such a memorable experience. The place is clean and is in a nice area. I'd definitely go back and visit when there is a next play or make it an annual trip around the holiday season.

Very nice venue. We were sitting high-up and to the left of the stage and still had an unimpeded view. Bathrooms were easy to access and clean. For a stage production I would want to be down on the main floor. The staff were friendly and well informed.

First Nutcracker ballet experience. Don't know that anything will ever live up to it. The Tuzer ballet performance was phenomenal. My heart breaks for the dancers who knew Tanji Tuzer so well...he left a beautiful legacy behind.

I have volunteered her before but never actually got to see the actual theaters. Do when I finally came to see my niece's ballet rehearsal inside a theater, I was very impressed. Acoustics were nice and the seating very comfortable too.

The Eisemann Center was such a wonderful place to have our wedding reception! The staff is simply amazing. They were very responsive when we were deciding on where to have our wedding. We took a tour that was very informative and from day 1, we knew we needed to have our reception in their Bank of America Hall (downstairs). Once we secured them as our location, they have a full team that works with you. Your team consists of your event coordinator, a security guard, an on-site technician the day of, and several other members that are there to help you along the way. They do have restrictions on your food (must use approved vendor list) and alcohol (must be catered by the Renaissance Hotel which is next door) but the majority of wedding venues do. This site was also very convenient for us since our out of town guests stayed at the hotel next door which allowed us more flexibility in a lot of wedding day activities.

Our biggest reasons for picking them includes: customer service, staff assistance, price, convenience of location being next door to a hotel, and you get the room for the entire day for a great price. You have the room from 8am-12am (midnight).

Overall, we are thankful and very happy with how everything worked out!

Great evening hearing Frank W. Abagnale,Jr. speak. I have seen the movie about his life 4 times,
"Catch Me If You Can". After sharing his life story he shared ways to protect yourself from fraud. Very informative.
