The Senior Follies were outstanding and the Eiseman was lovely...clean as a whistle!

Didn't enjoy the singers or the artists very well, had hoped for a better performance but in the end was left with a half baked performance for a great cause that requires more backing

Parking, dont park in front of the nearby apartment complex, there are no signs there but you will get towed. Should have paid for the actual paid parking garage.

There is a nice balance of types of performances plus reasonable close parking. It's much closer than the Dallas arts district.

Lovely venue for a variety of musical and thespian performances. I attended the Plano Symphony featuring two excellent Broadway singer/actors and thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

That Lady selling the tickets yesterday November 25th 2016 had an extreme bad additude but I didn't know her name but it made me mad and they are so unprofessional

I was watching in the smaller auditorium.
Those seats are obnoxiously uncomfortable. The sound is way too loud and actually echos. It smells like a locker room on the mezzazine level.
Parking, while seemingly ample, is actually quite confusing and limited.
Also, why is there a high football stadium quality and priced concession stand?
It's a dated building with uncouth staff that isn't properly maintained or designed for fine, performing arts.

nice auditorium, small, good for small programs. even if you sit in the last, you can see the stage clearly.

As always the Pegasus Black and White production was a superb experience.

It was wonderful! Watched my granddaughter perform in a dance contest . Nice, clean. and comfortable chairs . Snack bar was a life saver, good thing there was good close by.

Saw the clowning around with murder. In living black and white. It was terrific. The theatre is very nice, clean and we'll run by many volunteers.

We just watched Stomp. Out of the 4.5 years dating, we both agreed it was the best show we have seen together! The theater was very nice and clean, too. No issues whatsoever!

The Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts or simply the "Eisemann" for locals is located in the Galatyn Park Urban Center in the heart of Richardson's business and technology area.

Opened in September 2002, the Eisemann is one of the leading performing arts facilities serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The Eisemann is located just south of the intersection of Central Expressway (US 75) and the President George Bush Turnpike (Hwy. 190), is easily accessible by car. It is also easily accessible by the DART Rail s Galatyn Park Station on the Red Line.

The Eisemann Center serves the entertainment and special events.

Totally loved the Pegasus Theater presentation of "A minor case of Murder" at the Eiseman theater, a clean beautiful space with full stages. Great way to spend an evening!

First time there for the black and white show. It was fantastic.

Excellent performance, seats were good and staff was friendly before the show. After the show they can't get you out fast enough.
Food at the Prelude Cafe was excellent.

The layout is a little confusing, but I think it's better to blame the bad signage for why the layout seems confusing. When you stop paying attention to the directions they're trying to give you and just use common sense, it's relatively easy to navigate the place.

The elevators had the same problem. Using the information on the buttons, it's ready to get lost. It's like the whole place is coded in a weird cypher that looks like English.

The chairs were really uncomfortable, and they made my back hurt and my feet fall asleep.

Everything was ridiculously overpriced. DVDs for the show were $35. I wouldn't have paid $35 for a DVD back when that was a standard medium. But I kind of expect those shenanigans at places like this.

The staff was very friendly, even if not always helpful. Most of them seemed just as lost and confused as I was. But still, all smiles and good intentions.

Great place for recitals! I'm sure other things as well. Clean, lots of available parking and courteous employees!

Great local venue but does can be pricey. But Plano Community Band plays there for free. Excellent.

I worked around there when I lived in Dallas for over twenty years before I moved to Pennsylvania. I still like living in Dallas.

Great place to see shows and a great volunteer program

This is a smallish concert venue that has excellent acoustics. There is a semi private arena mainly the front two rows and behind it is the main floor seats. There is also an upper level that appears too far from the stage but it really isn't. Seeing that the whole auditorium is small. If you have kids seeing a show here you might want to to sit upstairs as the sound pressure would be less. There is a food court available at the main entrance that offers random selection of fast food. Kind of mediocre but expected. Oddly enough there's a bank of America branch in there next to the cafeteria that looks out of place. Mostly the musical events here are of older bands or Indian shows. Asleep at the wheel was the only band I recognized on the list. They are playing March 20, 2020.

This place is very nice! We went to see Leslie Jordan and his show was great! This is a nice place to spend an evening.

It's a good venue. The staff was friendly. Both Inside and outside seemed to be well kept and clean. If you get there early you might be able to park on the street behind the building for free otherwise expect about $20 for parking.

We saw the Vocal Majority. They were wonderful. Their show helped put us in the Christmas spirit.
