Great company and even better people! I use them every time I come for work. Their dispatcher once even helped me get to a Cubs game from Hoffman Estates and told me to call for any reason if I needed help.
Easy to book online, and friendly and efficient when I called with a question.
Carlos has driven me a few times now and he is always right on time and super friendly and helpful. His minivan is in good shape and he is an excellent driver.
I would never call another service for airport transportation.

I have used this company twice before without issue. That changed this week. I reserved a pickup to the airport on Monday and the driver was late because he admitted he didn't read the directions I provided and got lost. Also, I wasn't aware that American Taxi was part of this organization as that was the company logo on the taxi that picked me up. I get stuff happens, but tonight is really why I'm upset. I made reservations to be picked up from the airport to my home. I called the number and an automated message said that the driver would call me in 10 minutes for pickup info. I waited 20 minutes and left I voicemail stating my driver had not called or arrived yet. I waited a few minutes and called again. I followed the prompts once again to alert the company I was waiting. No call back. I double-checked the webpage and it clearly states it's a 24 hour taxi service. Apparently that's not true or the people who work there don't care.
Previously I would have given them Five Stars, but there is no point in explaining why because they didn t even pick me up for my last, email-confirmed, reservation to O Hare. And never even responded my follow up calls (around noon) to ask why no one had shown up yet. Had to beg a friend to take me and almost missed my flight. Since the last time I used them (four months ago, and about 6 times before that) they have gone from first to worst or maybe nonexistent despite still sending confirmation emails of online reservation, and answering phone (voicemail only).
