Very poor mobile customer care. Repeatedly disable...

Very poor mobile customer care. Repeatedly disables my SIM when I'm abroad for more than about a week, which means I'm left stuck without my phone. Each time, customer care keep repeating the same steps and repeating the same incorrect information. Each time, the care agent refuses to escalate the issue, instead dead-ends the issue and starts ignoring me. Why I'm still with them, I don't know, but I'll be switching as soon as this whole COVID-19 thing has calmed down.

Shittiest service..the worst customer care..its been more then two weeks since i am asking for a refund... customer service agents lie to your face i have recordings of them in phone..

Eir you are the most useless inept service I have ...

Eir you are the most useless inept service I have ever come across and that is saying something! You speak about customer service yet you have no clue. If fact I shouldn t even be using the words Eir and service in the same sentence! . Since the 2nd of July I have been trying to get you to install a modem in my new apartment. It has taken me days and hours and getting nowhere! I speak to someone who tells me to call another number who then tells me to call a new number or the previous one back. Seriously you guys couldn t get someone drunk if they were standing in a brewery! You were very happy to take my money and sign me up but now it s like trying to get blood from a stone. Today was supposed to be the 3rd time that I was getting an install done. But still nothing. Somebody needs to contact me and resolve this and I want it escalated to somebody senior who can actually resolve or the matter or you will he finding anything belonging to eir out on the street because it s doing nothing in my apartment. You guys are pathetic! You should be getting 0 stars!

Very helpfull but its impossible to talk to people on the phone its all just recorded voices with the amount of money eir has you would atlest expect a direct number to phone instead of geting recordings that are no help what so ever

Hugely disappointed with our switch over to Eir. Currently sitting at home with no tv or internet service and an engineer should be with us on Monday or Tuesday next week . From day 1 - Poor functionality, poor performance & awful customer service. Every day is a learning day- please learn from our experience.
