Beautiful room and hotel. The hotel is new. The service was friendly and attention to detail was superb. I would recommend this to anyone. They have a lap pool and a separate outdoor pool. virtual golf course and a good resturant. The rail track for the trolley makes it feel like a Disney resort. Other restuarants in the eilan "village" include an Itailian, Japanese, and steak restuarants.

I went here because i was promised a "FREE VACATION" and they are a total SCAM. i cancelled my certificate and never got my refund and it has been past 5 months. I called customer service and they are saying they are closed. Please DO NOT do anything with BLUEGREEN RESORTS, IT IS A SCAM!

The incanto ballroom was where our event for SATLA was held. It's a really beautiful hotel and the event space was just lovely. The venue was well staffed and made for a wonderful evening. Great food too!

I was blown away when we first arrived, it is breathtakingly beautiful. However, once we were checked in and ready to take full advantage of the hotel and spa we were horribly disappointed.
First off, the receptionist was smacking away on a bag of chips, while talking us through the spa packages that she didn t know anything about, next I sign up for a Brazilian wax and a deep tissue message. I go early so I can use the only amenity available, the stream room, and of course it was broken and out of commission.
Next, it s time for my Brazilian, ladies if this was my first wax.... I would never go back! Literally looks awful... tons of random patches of hair and leftover wax EVERYWHERE!
I will say the massage therapist I used was wonderful and professional. She is literally the only reason my review even gets one star.
To top of my worse spa experience ever, I am trying to relax afterwards and take a shower and get dressed and every 2 seconds I have a janitor right behind me. I felt like me being there was getting in the way of HER doing her job?!?

We had dinner Christmas Eve at Sustenio. It was nice and quiet, service was excellent, and the food, as always, was fantastic.

We always recommend Sustenio to visitors and we will be back soon!

We went to eat at Piatti and everything my group and I had was delicious! From the bread and olive oil to start to the Grilled Chicken under a brick, finished with table smores! I would definitely eat there again and recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food.

As a Bluegreen owner, I come to expect certain amenities. As advertised this was just a hotel room, not an extended stay suite. No kitchen, just a small refrigerator. The on-site restaurant was ok, but limited menu. The kicker was limited free parking a distance of a couple blocks from the hotel. The indoor hot tub looked cloudy. The outdoor pool was full of leaves. On the plus side the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Not my favorite Bluegreen stay.

Now keep in mind this review is not for the actual resort, it s for the company who books it. Which is a 3rd party called Vector Travel, Do not do business with them, they will take your money and run away. They go by another name which is la cantera suites. They are imposters!

If you have stayed at other bluegreen properties you gonna be disappointed with this one. This one is pretty on the outside and the inside, and also in the atrium .This blue green property has no microwave refrigerator kitchen like most of them do, the rooms are smaller , they're nice but small. You'll wonder why it costing so many more points to stay here when you're getting less. And if you stay here , Wait till you see what the parking fee is here to park .

The hotel was ok. Nothing amazing except the surrounding businesses. We had a terrible experience will valet however. We stayed there for 3 nights utilizing the valet. On the second night we asked about public parking because we dont mind walking to our car however the valet told us he did not recommend it because it was unsafe and the area was known for break ins. We listened to the gentlemen and continued to use the valet for vehicle security. Well on the morning of our check out we walked to our vehicle and the drivers side had obviously been tampered with in what looked like an attempted break in. The handle was broken, door was messed up, and the lock was popped. The valet supervisor filed a claim and told us to expect a follow up email within the day that would detail what would happen next. That email only arrived after calling them multiple times for 2 days. Now the company is refusing to take responsibility, saying the valet is not responsible for watching the vehicle even though it was parked only 20 feet away from the hotel entrance. Our claim was denied and now we are left with a vehicle that will not lock and broken door handle all because of using this hotels valet after being assured that it was safer to use the valet. The hotel was ok but based on the fact that you cannot park your car safely and follow up customer service, I would not recommend staying at this location.

Let me tell you all the reasons TO GO HERE...The front desk staff were super helpful & professional. Our rooms were superb with wonderful amenities & the most comfortable beds! The staff at the restaurant Sustenio aim to please, especially Teresa, Lilia, and manager Michael. The cafe is well stocked & staff are friendly. The outdoor pool is beautiful, although not heated quite enough even for us northerners. We were here over Christmas and the weather was beautiful so we did plan an afternoon at the pool. Outdoor hot tub is just the right temp! Absolute best part of the trip was the great attention and service by Colin, in valet. He is a generous, intelligent, and kind man who was conversational, and gave us great recommendations that really made our trip extra special.
The one star rating is for Scott through Bluegreen Vacations. We are owners and attended an owner review (with a very helpful rep, Jonathan.) Part-way through the meeting the sales rep realized that a third party, who is on our timeshare deed was on premises, he notified Scott, the manager. Scott informed us that we could continue with the meeting but he could not provide us with the $225 gift of resort credit if all deed holders were not present at the meeting. We explained that we have previously attended owners reviews without the third adult present, and that we thought we had explained the situation when the meeting was scheduled. Instead of providing excellent customer service and allowing us to complete our meeting & provide us with the resort credit, which we had planned on with our budget for the trip, Scott said we could wait while he listened to the recorded phone call to confirm if we were told that the third party didn t need to attend. We were already 40 minutes in and had planned our entire day around the owners review (it was Christmas Eve.) He stood firm so we excused ourselves from the meeting and we returned to our room frustrated. We told the third party on the deed about the situation and she said that upon check-in, she had confirmed with the BG rep/concierge that she did not have to attend end the meeting with the two of us. I had forgotten that had occurred so we went back to Scott to confirm what she had been told. Again, without taking our word for it, he said he would talk to the other employee because there was no way they should have said that. He did offer to have all 3 of us go down and start a new meeting (this is now 1.5 hours into a one-hour requirement.) We declined due to our Christmas Eve plans. He said he would check into it with the other employee to see if we were told what we said we were, and if that was the case, he would give us the credit. We never heard from Scott again, not even with a courtesy call informing us of the outcome of his checking.
Scott had the opportunity to provide great Bluegreen customer service to three vacation owners by acknowledging that he trusted there was a miscommunication somewhere, that he appreciated the time we had spent in the owner review (45 minutes before we were told it wouldn t count), and provided us with the resort credit, while confirming that all three of us needed to attend the next owners meeting together. Keep in mind that if I had not casually mentioned in conversation that the third owner (my mother) was on premises, then we would have been allowed to attend without her. Moral of the story...Scott did not recognize the value of having three happy owners (grandma was spending time with the grandkids on Xmas eve), and instead treated us as if we were lying, and although we asked that he let us know the outcome, he did not have the courtesy to get back to us prior to our departure, 2 1/2 days later. Elian is great, Scott at Bluegreen was a disappointment.

Clean rooms, first class service, friendly people, facilities in excellent condition. In San Antonio TX definitely a hotel that has it all. Do not hesitate to spend at least one night enjoying your comfort.

Overall we were very pleased with the room, and staff. But the issue is parking. Nothing is covered (including valet) so your car bakes in the Texas sun (104 degrees when we stayed). The self parking lot is a 5 minute walk in the sun. There's a golf cart that comes around every once in a while, but you end up standing (in the sun) waiting for it, if you're not willing to walk the 5 minutes up the hill. How did they not take this into account when they built this "resort" ??

Word of mouth got me really excited, but I was a little let down. Its a nice hotel very pretty to walk around the grounds. Don't get too excited and you won't be disappointed. I attended a conference here. Not sure if the food provided was their usual hotel offerings, but it wasn't good. Parking here is a nightmare. Sustenio restaurant was very enjoyable though!

I went to the elian hotel for my senior prom and the location was beatiful it was like a small village located in a fairytale book. The salon was small but good enough for all of us to fit. And outside it was perfect for pictures.

The space was wonderful, catering was great. They failed at providing quality a/v though. They had an unexperienced kid to run or slideshow and presentation and they couldn't figure it how to get the sounds to work. Luckily we also had a DJ we hired and were able to bypass the hotel sound system. Everything ended up working it ok but I wouldn't trust them to know how to operate their own equipment.
