Ate at the restaurant. Nice bar, good high end design, but not so fancy you needed to be in a suit. Food was unique culinary design with a fancy touch to it. Had appetizers and jumped to desert. Stout cake desert had a lot going on (popcorn ice-cream was best part). The waitress recommend the butterscotch pudding with salted caramel had that too and it was great. Only downside was the glass ware was hazed with hard water stains and table sat at had crumbs on seat and floor around table.

Lived at this place for 7 years. It was awesome but expensive. People there did not respect the property. Lots of young people. It is beautiful as far as the campus. It s like a city in itself. You don t have to leave on weekends. Always something to do and places to eat. Very European. You can even walk to a small grocery store located on Campus. Ofc staff friendly and helpful. Lots of monthly outings for residents arranged by the ofc staff.

Elegant rooms and great customer service. Would give it 5 stars if the hotel had some more restaurants or just more than basic menu in the current restaurant.

This was a very nice hotel at a good price. The rooms had a luxurious feel that you don't normally find at this price point ($180, though that might be an off season price). Double sinks in the bathroom, separate room for the toilet, high ceilings, and a bed that my wife (who doesn't like many beds) said was perfect. A cool building, nice amenities, and close to fiesta Texas, shopping, golf, and UTSA. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. If you golf, check out the public Cedar Creek course nearby -- was only $30 to walk on a Saturday and is a very cool and unique layout, especially for the price.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at... the housekeeping staff was great. The hotel was room was clean and fresh. The hotel's restaurant was incredible. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend it.

Elian really isn't a place where, "My family and kids will love it." It's a place set up for a romantic getaway with your spouse or lover. If you only just go for the weekend for the pool area alone, you will be happy. There are some really good restaurants in the complex and a good quiet bar. If you are wanting to experience authentic San Antonio, you would be better off at a Riverwalk hotel, but for a lover's getaway, this place is perfect.

Terrible service and lack of information. We made a reservation for 3 rooms with a king and a sofa bed. We arrived and there is only a king bed on each room. I call the front desk and instead of trying to help me, they say that there is nothing they can do. I explain that we are a party of 8 with only 3 beds and he says, there is nothing he can do....
not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Terrible service, we are not staying here again.

The place is stunningly beautiful, so if you are on a "get away" it is great!! I unfortunately was on a business trip. Probably the worst internet connection I've experienced since dial up. Constant connection issues in and out of the "business meeting rooms". Vacation hotel... 9 business meeting place 3

Super kid friendly, staff is very friendly. They were happy to answer any questions we had an and assist our needs. The rooms are clean With more than enough space. The pool was probably the best part. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome staff and delicious gelato, hmmmmmmm in my tummy

-Reservations were messed up when we got there-very poor communication.
-On 2nd day our room keys were "accidently" deactivated in both our rooms
-Service at the pool was very slow to order drinks...they walked right past us several times, even calling out and ignored us
-Valet service was very good and the gentleman was very nice.

We had a very good stay here with our two young children. The staff worked hard to find us a room that would accommodate a rollaway bed and a crib. There is a small gated kids pool with zero entry, a fountain, and two water cannons. The adult pool also has a lift for wheelchair users.

3days 2 nights...top shelf hotel and dining..a must for your bucket list..

Nothing right here. Bad directions, bad service, 24hrs for blankets. Lucky to get star from me. If I could put angry face I would for the star.

Very beautiful place! Train rides through to take you to six flags fiesta Texas! , very beautiful scenery and a lot of variety of places to go such as a spa and restaurants

Had a great time staying here the last 3 days (St Patties Weekend). The hotel is great and it s close to the Rim. Adjacent to the hotel is a nice mall with some bars and restaurants.

Our room, service and view were all perfect. Very clean and nice. Next time in San Antonio we will definitely stay here.

Resort is emaculatelling and gives a Victorian feel.

Very nice resort with great amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice since the weather was cold and rainy. Room had a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Location is close and convenient to Six Flags and shopping centers. The Sustenio restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast and dinner. Also 3 other restaurants a very short walk away included Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Piatti Restaurant (Italian), and a Japanese Restaurant. Piatti Restaurant was also wonderful. Valet ($35 per night) and self-parking (free) are offered. Valet nightly charge is waived for the handicapped.

This place is so peaceful. From the hotel, to the shops, to the restaurants, to the promenade, Eilan is a beautiful place inside and out. The atmosphere is like taking a trip to Europe, but it s 5 minutes from my apartment and a lot less crowded. It s one of my favorite spots in the city.

The hotel is very beautiful and for the most part the staff is nice however when my laptop was left there the staff never notified me that it was left behind I had to drive back to get it even then they did not want to say they found it I had to let them know my tracker placed the laptop there. I asked to speak to management but I could tell they didn t care I would never stay there again.

Amber at the front desk and the rest of the staff all provided 5 star service! The room was excellent the pool area was relaxing!

Excellent place to relax, beautiful outdoor pool, large indoor pool & a fitness room w/all amenities, spa, coffee shop, excellent dining areas, beautiful views, and shopping close enough! Friendly staff! This grandmother enjoyed the safety & comfort knowing 3 teen girls were safe & entertained!!

Family of seven enjoyed our stay here. It is a very nice hotel with some nice amenities. Both pools are nice, especially the outside pool in the cooler months. The workout room has everything you need but isn't the nicest stuff. The restaurant is nice but pricey, has a decent happy hour. There girls said they enjoyed the spa. Overall, I'd get a different room next time and go at a busier time of the year!

Bizarre. Some New York developer seems to have thought, Hey you guys, let s chop off the top of a hill down in flyover country and stick a big, beautiful, Italian-looking hotel on it. Nothing quite looks right or makes sense about the place. Restaurant has awful service.

I was there for a celebration held on just one night. The grounds are beautiful and make it look like a little city. It is a calming atmosphere with many picturesque views to take in. Plenty of things to do and see there.

Service and food were good in a group setting. Decor was also nice. I didn't get a chance to see the regular menu, so I don't feel qualified to comment on the value that Sustenio might provide to the individual diner.

Stone oak is so beautiful and the landscaping is awesome. Speedy valet service and very friendly staff. All of the surrounding shops of la cantera are beautiful and you might be lucky enough catch a Spur or two out and about during the off season. I loved touringnthis facility. And would highly recommend it to my closet family and friends

Our leadership team came here for a planning sessions, the facilities we're very clean and elegant. This is definitely the upscale area of the San Antonio hill country.

Cons, the parking is not ideal. Your either paying for valet or you're hiking.

THE WORST FOOD I TRY IN MY LIFE, WAS CELEBRATING MY B'DAY THIS PAST SATURDAY WITH MY GIRL FRIEND LAMB RACK, NO TASTE SEEMS LIKE OLD MEAT, I EAT PERUVIAN CEVICHE IN ANOTHER PLACES BUT FOR BEING A "LUXURY HOTEL" THE FOOD SUCKS SORRY BUT IS JUST LIKE THAT THEN IN TOP OF THAT I ALWAYS HATE THE $25.00 DOLLARS VALET FEE, AND IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING LIKE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE TO YOUR ROOM, STRAWBERRYS OR ANY THEY CHARGE YOU "20 SOMETHING SERVICE FEE"
I LOVE THE HOTEL IM MOVING TO SAN ANTONIO AND I PLANIING TO STAY THERE FOR LIKE A MONTH WAITING FOR MY HOUSE TO BE FINISH NOW I THINK I HAVE TO TAKE LA QUINTA OR SOME CHEAP MOTEL CAUSE AFTER THIS SORRY BUT SUCKS

Luxury. Restaurant is awesome. Sunday buffet is worth waiting for. Elegant, clean, atmosphere....

Beautiful location and scenery. Tara Burch and staff were very friendly amd knowledgeable.

The hotel was VERY ELEGANT, I had a great time there, the virtural golf needs a little work, and the resrtuant, is expensive.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The pool was gorgeous. The only problem was the parking lot was really far away and calling the golf cart was kind of a waste of time. Other than that the hotel was definitely a 5 star experience.

Posh rooms. You have to park two blocks away and take a ride on this really bad smelling, gas powered, golf-kart contraption that constantly backfires.

Everything was wonderful. Clean, smelled so nice, beds was comfortable. All the staff from concierge to yard crew was so very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious

Wow such a beautiful hotel! It's giant though and very difficult to navigate around on your own! Fortunately though you can do what I did and call the front desk to come escort you wherever you want to go on the property! Great service, absolutely gorgeous hotel, clean and spacious room... 5 stars all the way!

The Eilan is a beautiful property full of great amenities and restaurants. Also the gorgeous keep pub is very trendy and they have a great happy hour. The resort pool is great and they have cocktail service.

Great service,very hospitable staff. So luxurious, made us feel like we were living like the stars. So beautiful, we will be visiting again soon!!

Went to a luncheon at Sutenios. Soup was cold and entree wasn't good at all. I notice that whoever had what I had barely ate their either. Service wasn't very good either.

My guest and I travel on a corporate promo and I hadn't realized it was expired. Deborah Krcmar was very impatient and rude to us. I explained to them that I was waiting for the updated letter to come through my email after making a simple phone call. Manny, the Director of HR offered to let us stay one night and gave us time to get the letter and informed the front desk to give us a room key. Deborah did not, she was still rude, checking her email every second and repeating she doesn't have it. Within 10 mins the email was received and suddenly her attitude changed. I want to give a sincere thank you to Manny for trying to accommodate us in a very uncomfortable situation. The hotel was beautiful but because of Deborah we will not return.

Very nice, elegant hotel with a spa. This place is beautiful, although It seems a little too elegant to be owned by Bluegreen vacations compared to their other properties. All in all the experience here is great! The rooms are a more hotel style, not as spacey as some people may like. The units do not have kitchens or kitchenettes. The only thing I didn't care for was the parking. Unless you pay for valet parking you won't be parking near the hotel. They have a shuttle (golf cart) that will take you back and forth to the parking area, but the 2nd day we were there we called the front desk to request it come get us and after 10 minutes of waiting it never showed so we just walked, which we didn't mind too much. Got to the hotel and there was the cart sitting there at the door with 2 valet guys outside and 2 hotel clerks inside. All in all it was a good experience and we'll be back!

Stayed here as a Marriott Plat. This hotel is in a great location close to very nice outdoor shopping and Six Flags. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place, the unique drinks were excellent as were the appetizers, the bar staff really were attentive, the restaurant staff not so much, even though they didn't seem busy, the valet staff was excellent. Very nice place off the beaten path.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. All of the staff were very pleasant and courteous! The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful food at the restaurant. My hubby and i will be sure to come back!!
