They have getting their money every month for my water bill for year in the same method of they I have been paying them and every since March of 2017 they have messing up on the billing on my water bills say the money did not get to them. They are lying either their computers system is messing up and not willing to admit it or they are straight up lying and try catch customer not paying attention and trying get extra money out of the customer

Unnecessarily difficult to reach a supervisor upon request. Additionally, requests for call backs are ignored or fall on deaf ears. It's also a challenge to get the name of supervisors and head of departments.
Should not be secret info.

When you're driving by and your truck fills up with the smell of +600k peoples colons rotting away in the hot sun and you dry heave for about 5 miles.. you get 1 star
