We recently purchased a color multifunctional printer from EGP Document Solutions and absolutely love it! It serves all of our printing, scanning, copying and fax needs. We have used EGP for 6 years. I have shopped around and no one has been able to beat their price yet, and NO ONE will beat their customer service. Our rep Rachel and our repair technician Rick are THE BEST. Service is same day, with a smile, and a whole lot of knowledge and experience. Our law firm simply cannot function without our Kyocera printer/scanner/fax, so when it is down it is an emergency. It is RARELY down, but when it is, Rick is usually at our door within the HOUR. Just wow, you guys blow us away! Thank you!!!
