The location is convenient and easy to find and located on the 22nd floor of the Admiralty Center.
The elevator opening chamber was already full of spacious office. The receptionist wearing a flat street uniform made me very surprised. I always felt that the receptionist of this kind of chamber would be neatly dressed and an administrative suit.

The hotline staff is very good at the attitude and patiently guides how to fill out/prepare the relevant documents...etc. Because the instructions are clear, I went to the counter before the day, and the waiting time was very fast. In addition, the staff mentioned that the general morning waiting time and the process will be smoother than in the afternoon. Their meal time is about 12 o'clock. If there is still a small number of staff to handle it, it will be relatively slow.
